i have an account in state bank of india mathura branch. in this branch i had applied for a multi city cheque book 45-60 days ago, but to the till date this is not sent to me. so i am facing a great problem in doing any tansaction. therefore i request you to solve my problem as soon as possible.

      Dear Sir,

      This is to inform you that I have an account in State Bank Of India New Delhi Lajpat Nagar Ring Road Branch with account number [protected].
      Unfortunately I have lost my Debit Card and after that I visited my branch and applied for Re-Issue of SBI Debit Card in my branch on 12 Nov 2011 despite facing rude behavior of customer care officer. After that against the same Rs. 200.00 has been deducted from my account as "Card Replacement Charges".

      However, till 28 Nov 2011 I have not received my Debit Card. To inquire about it I also called at customer care at 09:45 PM on 28 Nov 2011 for no help In fact the executive naming "Arunesh" was rude and not willing to help me also disconnected my call.

      I have been again redirected to my branch.

      Kindly intervene and help me as I am a working man and can not go to my branch every now and then. If this is so then what is the use of customer care and online support today and what about consumers benefit.

        As per Air force record office letter no RO/3201/1/P&W(Rev cell-09)dated 12 May 2011 to state bank of India central
        pension processing centre 83/1A Vivekananda Road Kolkata (WB) 700006 for revision of my basic pension @ 6402/-PM.for JWO (Group-X) wef 01 Jan 2006 to 30 Jun 2009 under modify parity for the last rank held(JWO) at the time of discharge.

        Till date my revised pension is not actioned.Therefore it is requested to revise the pension and make payment
        of arrears at the earliest.

          Sir,
          I am to state that I am an employee in Institute of Minerals & Materials Technogy (Govt. of India), Bhubaneswar (earlier known as Regional Research Laboratory, Bhubaneswar) and having SBI Saving Bank Account No.[protected] and beg to state that on 22.08.2011 I have lost my old SBI-ATM-cum-Debit Card No.[protected]. Immediately, I contacted the customer care and blocked the card vide Blocked Confirmation No.[protected]. On 24.08.2011 I applied in the prescribed format for replacement of a card through the above Branch where my Saving Account is operated and paid Rs.200/- towards replacement charges. On 02.09.2011 I received a repalcement Card bearing No.[protected] without PIN. As per guide lines of SBI I have to get the PIN within 7-10 days of registration of complain/request. Several times I visited to the Branch for obtaining of PIN but failed. On my written request the Branch immediately registered a complain vide ticket No. AT[protected] dtd.12.09.2011 for issuing of a REPIN. It is need less to mentaion here that till yesterday (15.11.2011) the said Branch did not receive REPIN and informed me that the case is pending with CMS Unit. In this regard several correspondance have already been made to Customer Care, [protected]@sbi.co.in , dgm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, local contact centre and also made several SMSs to 567676 from my mobile [protected]/[protected]. It is informed by the Branch that my REPIN has already been genarated sine 13.09.2011 and further action is under process in CMS Unit. As per advise of Customer Service I have re- registered a complain vide No.OA[protected] dtd.16.11.2011 for the same purpose. To-day on 28.11.2011, I came to know from my Branch that re pin has not been received by them against the above two complains. In this connection, it is requested to look into the matter for issuing of the REPIN. Under which circumastance the re pin is not being issued may be intimated to me. Correspondence made with SBI are incorporated for ready reference.

We also suggest you to kindly keep the basic information about your account handy before making call to helpline numbers. This will help us to serve you better.

Due to non co operation of SBI, I am facing a lot of problems for day to day business.

On 24.08.2011 I applied for a replacement of card in the prescribed format through the above Branch where my Saving account is operated. On 02.09.2011 I have received a repalcement card bearing No.[protected] without PIN. As per instruction I visited several times to the Branch for obtaining of PIN. It is need less to mentaion that till 12.09.2011 the Branch did not receive any Pin from the issuing Unit of SBI against the card which has already been received by me. on my written request the Branch immediately booked a ticket bearing No. AT[protected] dtd.12.09.2011 for issuing of a RE PIN. To day on 09.11.2011 I visited the Branch and came to know that the RE PIN has not been received by them so far. In this regards may I know the present status of REPIN by return mail.

            I am having the Installment amount in my ECS account connected to the loan account but still I have received a sms stating that my loan account is irregular by rs. 8578.00
            pls contact branch manager

            The money is also not withdrawn from the account.

              (1) I had got a sbi card of limit Rs.20000 before about 6/7 years.
              (2) Before about 2/3 years one marketting person came and offered another SBI IRCTC card with 20000 limit
              more and I got one. But Surprisingly the limit is devided to Rs.10000 each. OK.
              (3) Now before about 3/4 month another marketing man came and offered SBI Spicejet card and
              assured Rs.50,000 limit more in adition to other cards I have. He convinced me by calling several
              offices/officers on mobile and I got another one with limit of Rs.10000 only. OK
              (4) To-day when I made a transaction by using old SBI card it is declined and on enquiry the
              helpline told that the card has not been activated after issue of Spice jet card.
              (5) By deviding the amount it is difficult to manage single purchase of above Rs.10,000 which is my
              regular and common requirment.
              (6) It is amazing that, I am in the same circle as before 6/7 years and wasting my time and hope
              due to wrong information and misguide by those sales person/marketing executives.

                  I had done online payment of Railway Ticket through my debit card on[protected] for an amount of Rs.1348. The transaction No. for the above amount is POS[protected]. But with this same transaction no. my account is debited twice. For this I had done complaint on SBI toll free no. on[protected]with Complaint Ticket No. AT[protected] and second time on[protected] with Complaint Ticket No. AT[protected]. Till date status of both this complaint are coming closed without mentioning any details. Not only this I also complaint for this on my home branch i.e. State Bank of India, Dhar Branch. They didn't told anything about above two complaint status and moreover they refused to accept my complaint against this by saying that they didn't know what to do and how to do. Moreover they talked very badly and rudely against this matter.

                  sir,my saving accont no is[protected].On 9th nov i withdrew 40000 from my account.but during transcation i didn;t get 25000 but it got deducted from my account.it means i got 40000 but my account is debited with Rs 65000 .i submit my problem to sbi but they are asking for recipt of transcation but i dont have recipt.Do needful .

                    Dear sir,
                    This is reference to your SBI ATM cash withdrawal.
                    I am a SBI bank AC holder and i have an account in SBI Avadi branch, Chennai. SB A/C No[protected]
                    I have a SBI ATM card & presently i am in Ambattur for the last few years and i am still regularly using that account from here. On the dated 25.11.2011 i had visited near by ATM WDL-ATM3123 AXIS BANK LIMITED AMBATTUR MH IN center for withdrawal of Rs. 500-.
                    When i inserted my ATM card into the machine & entered all the details,
                    done transaction successfully and withdraw Rs. 500-.
                    my balance statement shows that i had withdrawal Rs. 500- only.
                    i shows at my Net Bank that i had withdrawn Rs. 500- twice, (500/-+500/-) at Same ATM Center but actually i had only one success full transaction.
                    I need your kind attention on this matter so that i can be able to get back my hard earnings money.

                          I am having a credit card of SBI on the name of Kul Bhushan Gupta vide card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 9494. I have taken an easy money i.e loan option in the month of May'2011 for Rs. 1,86,000. I had received the cheque (200834) and deposited in SBI Kalpakkam branch (02219) on 30/05/2011. Till date the cheque has not credited in my saving bank account, but it is debited in my credit card account and every month EMI of Rs. 10152 is also being debited in the card. The matter was informed to SBI branch as well as credit card department and plenty of correspondences has made with credit card department (complaint No.MQ[protected]. Initially credit card department told that they will make the stop payment and settle the credit card account, but later they told that the cheque has credited in my account on[protected]. Then I have sent my bank statement for the month of June and July 2011 to confirm that the cheque is not cleared and amount is not credited in my account. Every time they say that with in 4-5 days the issue will be resolved but till date even after 6 months there is no action from the bank. I request you to kindly take up the matter and force them to resolve this issue and settle my credit card account at the earliest.                             This is to bring to your kind notice that, I am a merchant navy professional an existing customer of SBI, having a salary A/C with Mumbai fort market branch. I am staying in Orissa at given above address. There are two local SBI branches nearer to my home are CHANDPUR and BALUGAON br. So I planned to open an A/C at chandpur br to transfer my money from Mumbai br to chandpur br. On 4/11/2011 I visited Chandpur br and had approached to br manager to open an account. He refused me not to open my A/C on that day, not even issued me an A/C opening form and told me to come on 8/11/2011. Again on 8/11/2011, I went to the said br and br manager issued me a form and told me to come on Fri day or Tues day. I asked him for the reason and he told me he is opening the a/c only on Fri day and Tues day in a week. I argued him that, today is Tuesday , what is the reason for not opening of a/c ? As answer, he told me to come on 15/11/2011 between 12 ‘o’ clock. Again on 15/11/2011 at exactly 10 ‘o’ clock I visited br mgr along with filled application form with all supporting documents. That day he received my application and did not open my a/c and called me on 18/11/2011. On 18/11/2011, I again visited bank, on that day he was on leave and asst mgr was on his chair. On that time asst mgr was gossiping with his staffs by closing the br mgr’s cabin door. I knocked the door , as result he shouted on me. Then I entered into his cabin and explained all above in details and requested him to open my a/c. He refused me to open my a/c and insulted me in an offensive way that which is embarrassed and have wasted my valuable times. Till now I am not able to open an a/c with the said branch.Kindly do the needful and take proper action on these irresponsible officials and awaiting for your valued co-operation and responce.                               i hold a sbi railway card and have been extensively using it since 2006. last year i.e. october 2010 suddenly they blocked my irctc id and i contacted them umpteen times to know as to how i could reactivate it but no proper response. recently i sent them emails asking them to solve my problem but instead of solving or giving any solution, they refunded my annual fees(which was automatically debited from my account) just to wash away their hands from the whole problem. i have plenty of points maybe more than 10000 accumulated till now but am not able to access those at all. this month's statement also i have made around 500 points but have no access to them. PLease help me resolve this issue. SBI being such a reputed organisation seems to be responding in such a way. please help resolve this.

For the current month payment I have recieved the statement dated 03 Dec 2007 amounted of 26113.49, which is showing amount of Rs. 561.80 for exceeding credit limit.                                   I have applied for a credit card in 1999 and get it cancelled after around 1 year. In the mean time I have neither used it and consequently nor received any bill till date. Now today ( on applying for a car loan to HDFC bank) I came to know that there is an outstanding of Rs. 34000/-. And the customer care person are not able to give me details.
                                  I have surrendered my sbi card long back due to many resons but to my surprise i still get sms recently i received a sms saying that some amount is in credit kindly clarify the same

                                  Sub : Long pending settlement of SBI card transaction

                                  IABE -2007, International Academy of Business and Economics ( www.iabe.org). Las vegas, Nevada, USA was conducting Annual Conference in LasVegas during 14-17, 2007. The conference registration fee was $295 USD for attending and presenting a paper at the conference.

                                  I had downloaded the registration form from their website. The filled up form was having details: name, university, address, paper title, payment method (through credit card), total amount paid $ 315UDS( 295 - registration+20 – service charges), SBI Card no, expiry date, code, card owner billing address.

                                  The filled up form was sent to IABE online for faster registration. Subsequently, the hard copy with my signature was sent by courier to IABE, 983 Woodland Drive, Turlock, CA[protected] USA.

                                  IABE confirmed my registration process. Subsequently I got a credit card statement 6 –Aug 2007 which showed debit transaction for the amount $315USD( Amount INR 13, 197.82) dt 1/8/2007, IABE[protected] CA. The payment was on Flex pay of 12 EMIs @ 1232 Rs per month. I have paid last installment recently. Now I need not pay any amount to SBI cards.

                                  I was surprised to see from your 6th Sep 2007, SBI card statement, $315 USD(Rs 13, 313.64), transaction 2096673.74 IABE 31/8/2007 against debit transaction( second time). This indicates twice charged on my credit card by IABE, USA.I had applied for chargeback to SBI credit card division, charge back dept, Gurgoan on sep 11 2007. Mean while temporary credit was given for the disputed transaction. Charge back process was initiated against IABE, USA. SBI charge back department claimed charge back and debited the above said amount through IABE merchant bank processing at pay pall on October 6, 2007. As the amount has been debited from IABE account, the same should have been credited back to my account by SBI. Surprisingly, bill statement dt 6/11/2007 showed reversal of temporary credit and again showed debit of of amount Rs 13, 313.64.

                                  I have been following up for the last 11 months to credit the amount back to my account. As usual I have been paying the EMIs ( Rs 1232 per month) for the original transaction. SBI statements show the wrong billing continuously charging interest . This really objectionable and unjustifiable. In the entire process, your behaviour and attitude is to victimize the customer. I have suffered a lot. You have put me lot of agony. I don’t want your card services from now. I have enclosed the broken card also.

                                  Kindly look into the matter seriously and settle the issue.

                                  I had a SBI Credit Card from Oct-06 to Sep-08. In the month of June-07, an amount of Rs. 770 by some email has come in my statement. For the same I complained to their customer care services and paid them the balance amount due against me. They had not taken any action after 2 complaints to customer care.

                                  After that in Oct-07, I have mailed to customer care and head cards also. But no answer from there also. Now after 2 years, They are showing Rs. 9032/- due against me.

                                  It is my 19th complain to you, I am not getting monthly bill, despite my various reminders and telephonic request to call center, rather you are keep sending bills not adjusting my payments. Although I am paying bills but now I will not pay any bill still you send bills since july 2007.Moreover some times although I am handingover the cheques to your cheque collector, it is said my cheque is lost and interest is charged and I had been compelled to give fresh cheques.My card points gift had been asked 6months ago nothing is received as yet.

                                  I WERE TAKEN CREDIT CARD FACILITY FROM SBI WHOSE DETAILS ARE, CARD NO IS [protected] AND EXPIRY DATE 10/08, I DO LOTS OF PURCHASE FROM THAT CARD BUT ALSO I PAY THE FULL WITHIN THE DUE DATE, EVERYTHING WAS GOING SMOOTHLY BUT SUDDENLY I SAW THAT THEY CHARGED ME SOME AMOUNT AGAINST SOME INSURANCE WHICH WAS OUT OF MY KNOWLEDGE, I HAVE ASKED THEM FOR THE SAME BUT I CAN'T GET ANY PROPER RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE, SO I WAS NO CHOICE EXCEPT STOP PAYMENT, AND I DID IT, EVERY MONTH THEY SEND BILL WITH ADDING PENALTY AND LATE FINE.
                                  THERE LOCAL OFFICIAL CAME TO ME AND TAKE MONEY TWO TIMES ON THE NAME OF SETTLEMENT, BUT THE DONT DO ANYTHING.

                                  I am using SBI credit card last 6 or 7 years and this card is life time free card,this information given to me SBI credit card agent.Every year i got a bill in May month with annual charges.After that i called to SBI credit card customer care then company reversed the charges.But this time ,i face the same problem with SBI credit card again i called the company's customer care then company is saying he will not not reverse the annual charges.Company is saying that this scheme is close and you full-fill the annual charges but my card is life time free cardWithout notification he stop the life time free charges.Kindly help me.

                                  SBI Credit Cards — Wrong Billing

                                  Sir i have applied fpr a loan in State Bank of India, however the same has been rejected with a plea that the credit card dispute has been Post(WO) settled. This is to bring o your notice taht the, whiule the credit card was issued, it was mentiod that thereis no annual fees, under which the credit card was taken. But after receipt of the card suddenly i received a statement asking for Rs.450/- as the annual fees, which i did not pay. This continued for a longer period and every now and then thay used to call anf force me to pay.This leads to an amount of Rs.19,933/-. After a long tine out of frustration, I asked them to settle down the case and finally it was settled.

                                  Now the cibil report shows that outystanding Rs. 19,933/- and the current staus is 0. but the remark was given the Post written off settlement , for which the bank is not sanctioning the loan.

                                  You are requested to writr off the remark Post(WO) settled , so that i can avail the loan.

                                  SBI — Unnecessary billing of yearly maintenance charge

                                  credit card a/c no [protected] as per yr terms & condition it was told that if 60,000 spent on this card there will be no yearly maintenance charge will be there but you are sending bills after bill by putting fine on that without any reason atleast confirm from me by just giving a call on my cell if you behave such a way please take your credit card back i don't want to use it further. i went to SBI AIR FORCE branch also but they told to contact u only please confirm

I withdraw money from PNB ATM LAKARA ATM AMROHA and ATM ID is D1298600 at 13:22 in 25/03/2011 Rs.-8000 but i received Rs.-3000 but remaining balance not received after that i have complain into my SBI branch then they told me that do complain at customer care number then i complain and my complain no. was AT[protected] but till date i don't received my money into my account. After that conformed from PNB branch Amroha they told me that date they found excess money into ATM and they send it into Delhi Head Office and Bank manager not given into written.

                                      Just login to your account on www.incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in. Make a request to Re issue Refund and provide Correct credentials this time.
                                      You are required to furnish Refund sequence no. and CPC Communication reference no. for making this request. You will get these no.s from your intimation u/s 143(1) which has been sent on your registered e mail address by ITD.

                                        i am dr gautam naithani govt. employed doctor at base hospital srikot with account number [protected] . my atm was damaged with tik number [protected]. i gave an application for issuing a new atm card includingly i also filled application for new atm card on 22/10/11. but there was no response thus i submitted a new application for atm on 3/11/11.again there was negligence. I met the bank manager on 12/11/11. but still i have not got my atm card .It is very difficult for me to again and again visit the bank. I want to request govt. to stop providing pays of all govt. employees from STATE BANK OF INDIA. as it is having worst bnking service

                                        this is to bring to your kind notice that, some of your bank officers showing their lazyness towards students... kanchikacherla branch.. krishna district.. andhrapradesh.... to give a new account , they are neglecting applications and delaying to new appliocation.. as last date for scolarships is very near, this is not fair to play with our future.. new account can be given with in an hour.. but they are asking us to come after 3 or 4 days..
