Respected Sir,

On December 30,2011 my mother deposited a Cheque of Rs.20,000/- from SBI,Mominpur Branch to deposit the amount to SBI,Koramangala Branch.While she was depositing the Cheque bank told her that if you pay the above mentioned amount through Cheque there will be no charge but if you make the payment through fund transfer or online then there will be some charges for that.Hence,she deposited the amount through Cheque.But while I am checking the account online it is showing me that there is a deduction of Rs.110 as per intercity charges.Please tell me why is it so even if bank told us there will be no deduction.If there was any charge why bank didn't clarify her properly.

The bank must shame upon itself..this is a very bad policy of the bank..
this is totally unfair..stop this ridiculous Charge immediately..!
Millions of customers are suffering and thay can leave the bank at any moment...!!

    Hi

    I am Balaji, I have an SBI account opened in HAL main Branch, Vimanapura post, Bangalore.
    On 07th of december 2011, I have tranfered INR1000 to an account of KVB (Karur Vysya Bank), Ramanathapuram (near Rameshwaram)Tamilnadu. I had mistakenly given IFSC code of Coimbatore Ramanathapuram instead of one near Rameshwaram. But the money is detected from my SBI account and not reflecting KVB till now[protected].

    When I contacted SBI for the money, they are not responding properly.

    Kindly solve this issue.

    sbi money transfer — neft transfer

    sir i had transferd the money from my sbi account on 5th oct to my friends account through neft to the bank of rajasthan but till to day nor he received the money or they given it back to my account i want to know where the money gone and whom should i contact

      My account is in SBI gauhati (Assam).i have deposit Rs 21600/- through check from SBI ahmedabd(Gujarat)
      SBI ahmedabad deducted Rs 110/- from my account as a inter city charges. before that same way it has decucted 30/- rs charge and no charges also. when i had inquired to SBI ahmedabad, it told me bank rules changes everyday.
      Sir i only want to enquire, is there any charges of such depositing check. if charges is there then how much charges?

        Dear sir

        I took a housing loan in April'11 from SBI RACPC Branch . The concerned manger told that rate of interest is fixed for three years i.e. 8.75 % for I year and 9.5 % for II and III years. But six months latter they send me the letter that it is floating from very first day. The letter of bank is attached here under. Sir, i am a service class person and it has affected my whole financial planning. I can not afford this, kindly help to resolve this. i have already communicated this to concerned branch but they did not reply. Please find the communication mails with the bank here under.

          My Brother has taken a loan before 3 Years. I paid my all Installment in time. On Friday i went to bank at settelite Branch to closed my A/c. One Lady Officer give me Outstanding Figure and she told me to deposit that much amount. I gave the Cheque.She told come on Monday and Deposit Balance Amount in Cash,so,we will give you NOC.Now,When my went their the said you have first meet this person and deposit the Chq.This is their Internal Problem now they said me to come on Wednesday.When me said why should we pay the Interest for 4 Days, Another officer said do not talk with us.You have to pay Interest.

          I am willing to purchase Car thru finance by State Bank of India, Varanasi I have submitted my all docs with there MPST Cell a month back they have done the FI & it was positive then they sent my file to RACEPC Cell for sanction loan the file was returned by the sanctioning authority by saying that your service tenure is less than 1 year & we need colletral security of Rs. 1 lacs which is not fair.Now when we enquired on 23/04/2010 they said now the want 50% colletral security of financed amount ie Rs. 3.8 lacs.
          So, please advise how to proceed with this situations.

            1. My disability pension payment is not being credited since Jun 2011. Now 08 months is started.
            2. I have retired from Indian Air Force on 31 May 2011. I have been sanctioned of disability element of disability pension also.
            2.My disability pension pay order No. 08/14/B/ corr/DP/1073/2011 was despatched to The Chief Manager, State Bank Of India, CPPC SBI, 4th floor Administrative Building, Judge Court Road Patna by the Air Force Record Office, Subroto Park, New Delhi -110010, vide letter no. RO/2703/665973/05/11/PW(DP/RMB) dated 20 Jun 2011.
            3. I have approached to Branch Manager. I have also put up applications along with Xerox copy of disability pension PPO and its covering letter to Branch Manager. On 14 Dec 2011 again I have put up an application for NON CREDIT OF DISABILITY PENSION since Jun 2011.
            4. My service(original) pension PPO No. 08/14/B/11666/2011 is actioned . On 30 Nov 2011 gratuity and commutation amount were credited in my account. Service Pension since Jun 2011 was credited in my account on 09 Dec 2011. My disability pension is not being credited in my account till date.
            5. I have also sent applications along with xerox copy of Disability Pension PPO and its covering letter to The Branch Manager,Local head office Patna, The Chief Manager,CPPC SBI Patna and DGM,SBI Mumbai since Aug 2011 and also I have sent application on their email ID about non crediting of my disability pensin.
            6. It is therefore, I request you sir, please consider my case on the above subject so that my disability pension amount since Jun 2011, may be credited in my account as soon as possible. I will be very thankful to you.

              I had lost my ATM card since lastOctober 2011 and instantly locked and canceled my ATM facility through the telephonic procedure. however after which i followed all the instructed procedure of re-issuing an ATM for my convenience. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank. which have still been not solved and at present with lots of inconvenience I am continuing with my account in your bank. I’m very annoyed and helpless in such a situation. even I applied second time for reissuing an ATM but in vain. Please consider my situation and take necessary steps.

                I had applied for SBI Mutual Fund TAX GAIN under option dividend and payout from Indore (MP). Application no. is xxxx6165 dated 07 mar 2008. The payment was made by cheque no. 753582 for Rs. 20, 000/-. The money was withdrawn from my account on 12 mar 2008. I have not got the certificates and dividend amount. Pl advice line of action.

                  SBI Branch manager or RACPC (SBI, Head Office) does not have clarity of any rules or information. They will misguide the customer initialy and afterwards they will turn from theeir statement.

                  I had availed loan in March, 2011. They had told that SBI will charge fixed interest rate for 3 years. Now after 10 months, SBI is telling there is no fixed interest rate for me. But they have not given any mail or post.

                  SBI Sanction/ Arrangement letter has lot of ambiguity. As per Sanction/ Arrangement letter I should avail fixed interset rate. They had mail me also which showing fixed ineterset rate. But they have modified my Sanction/ Arrangement lettert by hand written (which shows ambiguity). SBI told that as per hand wriiten statement i have to pay more.

                  And they have asked to deposit the amount of Rs. 10,085 through phone call. The are not giving any written information.

                    In the year 2005 I lost my SBI ATM card; I reported to police, filed a GD, wrote an application and submitted to my bank's branch. Additionally, I also applied for re-issue of a new ATM card in replacement of the lost one. After about a month, SBI issued a fresh ATM card in my name and it arrived at my postal address along with the PIN in another post. SBI assured me that my lost ATM card has been deactivated.

                    After 2 years, when SBI started charging an annual fee for debit cards, I found out that SBI is charging me for 2 cards! I was surprised and the Personal Banking Manager at my branch told me there are two cards in my name - both active and hence SBI is charging for 2 cards.

                    I was greatly taken aback hearing this blunder on part of SBI, they kept my lost ATM card active for 2 years and kept assuring me that it had been deactivated! That's ridiculous! It means they completely ignored my written application along with the copy of GD! But they did not ignore the application for a fresh card!

                    After this is a long story, branch kept sending me from this table to that table, from this staff to that staff - but now its 2011, SBI has not rectified their mistake in these 6 years and the most striking illegality is done by SBI here: 2 ATM cards in one person's name in a single account!!!

                    I've reported to branch manager, I have reported to city's main branch, I have reported to SBI grievance cell - nothing helped.

                      i have applied for unblock of my SBI ATM cum DEBIT card at SBI, PAUL BAZAR BRANCH, KOLKATA addressing to the branch manager on 15th December'11. .But after meting the branch manager twice and also contacted the branch over telephone several time till date my ATM cum DEBIT card is not unblocked. please take necessary step to unblock the said card. thanking you

                        I have saving account in the mithakhali branch ahmedabad of sbi bank. i have activated the netbanking facility but i am not able to transfer the fund to same sbi group bank and also not even to other banks.

                        after benificery name added i am able to get a page to transfer the fund but at the end status will come as failure ,at the header of page where i am transfer the fund at their its written that 'POSTING RESTRICTIONS MADE BY BRANCH"


                        another meesage i am get while click on third party payment transfer at that time i get a message like

                        "Third party accounts are not mapped to your profile."

                            Rs 32,500 was withdrawn in a conspiracy and cheating proposition by the Damager- Operations of SBI, Mira Road branch code# 11755 on November 04, 2011. The police did not register FIR. The bank manager did not do anything. The Chairman of SBI board is sleeping. The GM of local head office is snoring. The SP- Thane (Rural) is busy doing nothing. The DGP, Maharashtra and DGP (Law & Order) are useless. More than 50 days are over. My senior-citizen, widowed mother has still not got her money back. She gave away the ATM card as well as the PIN to the Damager- Operations and he did his best to cheat her. The Public is advised to steer clear off SBI investments and trust their hard-earned money with such charlatan banks with charlatan staffs.

                              I have SBI bank Saving A/c No. [protected] at NEERI Branch, Nagpur. On 5/9/2010 at 1:00 pm during withdrawal of amount at IDBI Bank ATM, MIDC M/c, I have entered Rs. 2000/- but due to M/c error I have received only Rs. 500/- in the denomination of 100x5 Notes at the counter, but transaction shows total 2000/- withdrawal resulting less amount of Rs. 1500/- received.
                              While enquiry at SBI, Neeri Branch regarding this matter, SBI has raised the complaint on 09/09/2010 and suggest IDBI bank to revert Rs. 1500/- to my a/c. But against the claim of Rs. 1500/- they have credited only Rs. 500/- resulting pending amount of Rs. 1000/-. While enquiring at IDBI bank they tole that SBI has raised only Rs. 500/- complaint against Rs. 1500/- but quantradict to this SBI said that they have send claim for Rs. 1500/-. During the mismatch of SBI, & IDBI I have still fighting to received Rs. 1000/- received less.

                                I filled the SBI credit card form at bib bazaar - lower parel. I was promised it's a 1st year free card. The bank within 10 days of receipt of card sends statement with annual fees.

                                I have approached them but deny the same.

                                Please note: the application number I signed was S-[protected] – where as the welcome message stated the application number as[protected]

                                I susspect forged signature and fraud to get bussiness by the bank.

                                I claim reversal of annual fees of 1 year as promised while selling the product. The amount involved is Rs. 499.

                                        I would like to inform that a Cheque no 484981 of Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank Jashpur drawn in Favour of Gram Vigyan Pariyavaran Sansthan was deposited locally at State Bank of India Main Branch Jashpur on December 08, 2011.
                                        Further we had been checking the account regularily hoping the amount to be credited in our account. But till date (Dec 23, 2011) the balance shows that the cheque is not credited.
                                        When we inquired about the Cheque from SBI Jashpur, we were informed by the Bank official that this cheque can't be deposited here and would only be deposited in SBI Sagar mentioning RBI Rules. But as per the rules using the Core Banking facility the cheque can be deposited anywhere.
                                        Please take the needed initiative and solve the problem at the earliest. Moreover, it should be marked here that Core Banking facility means that Cheque can be deposited anywhere and there is provision of some charges.
                                        We have also gathered information from Chhattisgarh Gramin Bank, where it was informed that the Cheque is still to be produced for clearance there.
                                        As per the services guidelines, the remittance/collection of cheque (locally) is cleared within 3 days, and it is already 15 days
