[Resolved]  State Bank of India — Indecent behaviour and improper statement

Hi, This is Raees Rasheed Shaikh,I got improper statement from the SBI against my credit card for which i had called the customer care around 04.52pm on 08/10/2011.The executive talked very indecently and put my call on hold for about 50 to 55 minutes and later disconnected my call at 05.57pm on my mobile.

Now i want to deactivate my SBI Credit card from now onwards.

SBI — indecent behaviour of executive

I was regularly getting call from this number +[protected]. she was proposing me the credit card of SBI bank. I got convinced by many calls and said that I shall take the card.but after a while I decided not to go for it and so denied her that I am not interested but she kept calling. That irritated to me such an extent that I was really pissed of . She must have called me 15 times and I even I said that I shall complain in police about her but that even failed to stop her.
Today she called me again and I simply cut the phone. She called me again and literally abused me saying stupid thrice and bla bla.

SBI sucks...

State Bank of India — improper handling of savings bank account

i have an account wit Ac No-[protected],SBI, A.P.Colony, Gaya, Bihar.my accound should have a balance of Rs 11900-instead of that they are showing a negative balance of Rs-7525,i have brought this fact into the notice of bank so many times but they have never made any rectification.please take the necessary action to help me in this regard.
I sri palash kumar mondal, one of the customer of your sonarpur Branch(Station road) . Our sonarpur circle’s total teachers also customer of your bank. We get salaries through your Sonarpur Branch(station road).recently I and our school teacher (Bhabanipur F.P.school) go to your Sonarpur Branch(station road) for opening a savings account of our school’s name . But your Sonarpur branch staff does not cooperated, for opening the savings account. we submitted our documents/ proof. But your staff does not satisfied, and they refused me. Then I and our other teacher go to Boroda bank, and submitted the same documents/proof. then the Boroda bank gladly accept and permission to open a new account.

Recently your sonarpur Branch staff’s behaviors Not so good . I & also your circle many teachers thought that we transfer our accounts to another bank. And our maximum money that would be deposited your Sonarpur Branch.

If you take necessary action for this reason, I shall be very grateful to you.
