Fradualently miss use of my credit card.

R/sir,
I have received a letter from office (SBI CREDIT CARD CUSTOMER CARE) reg. my deactivation of my Credit Card. I have contacted customer care over phone .
They told me that, All my parameters available with you has been found changed viz. Registered mobile no., email ID, DOB,
etc.Your customer care executive also told me that Internet transacation has been made on my card after during NOV.2011 and Dec.20011.whereas, I had ,made no such Internet transaction sofar during NOV.2011 and Dec. 2011 .Normally, I always use my credit card manually.
This could be work of your customer care executive, around 28-29th evening I have received a call from SBI customer Care .that they received a call reg.loss of card mentioned above then he blocked my credit card.I was surprised to listen.Then, I request him to activate . He asked me my parameter to activate my credit card. After making fradualent transaction, he has changed the all parameters. So that I have not received any SMS of the transaction.
I request u to re-issue me a new SBI Advantage Gold and More card, as the person is aware of my all parameters, he can again misuse my card.He has exhausted the full limit of my credit card.It seems that, it is job of some internal executive,who is able to excess to all my information. He proved himself to be a genuine person of SBI customer care by sending password on my registered mobile no. [protected]. He made conversation on my land line no.[protected]
I proper investigation may pse be made to resolve the problem of fradualent internet transaction. AS I am not liable to pay the same.

    Sir , I have been trying to submit a case for subject mentioned above to SBI , Br. Soron (Distt Etah , UP) with complete documentation - 1) application form which is prescribed by bank , 2) Zerox copy of Death certificate , 3) Affidavit in original , 4) Indemnity , 5) Zerox of Ration card for proof of successor 5) Signature of two guarantors where are needed with documents but the same set of documents is not being accepted by Branch manager of Soron Branch every times he is putting some new requirements .

    Pl. suggest & guide me to get solved this case at the earliest , reason being , I tried to submitted the case in the month of march,2011 but not accepted by Br. Manager with replying we prepared document set at ujjain then again we prepared document set at soron(UP) locally but he replied "you got filled form by an advocate" we would not accept we ourselves would fill up form it was matter of Nov 17,2011 then again we reached to Soron(UP) in the branch and requested to fill up form by them selves they filled up form but soon after he replied get me certificate of municipal parishad of Soron for successor then I asked branch manager ,look at documents , already we attached zerox copy of ration card and the same issued by nagar parishad but he did not accept .       Dear Sir,

      Today I went to State Bank of India Masudpur branch to deposit INR 5000 to my SBI account which i had fro Bhopal. I took the token it was no 11. I tried to deposit it the staff member says it is not possible as it the account is not a home account. Then they said i have to send through a third party called ECO Bank (If the remember the name correctly). Then I came out , Just below the bank there is one Electronic shop I ask for the way of ECO BANK. Then he ask me are you going to deposit the money. I said yes. He further ask do you want me deposit the money for me. I was in a hurry so i said yes. Then he said give me 50 rupees more for pocket money. I gave him that, then he entered to that same bank where i was not allowed to. He goes and deposited the money. They (THE SBI BANK ) allowed him to deposit the money WHY ?????????... Is there some kind of corruption going on here.

      In my believe there should not be anything of such kind. If a normal people want to deposit there money and they have to go through all this hurdle the what the point in opening an account in SBI. After all SBI is the bank of State and it is not a private bank and it should think for the people of the Sate and not just some particular group of People..

      I this regard I tried to contact the number of SBI Customer Care number [protected](Delhi),[protected]Mumbai) and many other but they are not picking up the phone . I don't whom to contact and solve this problem

        I have used ATM located at SBT premises, North Parur on 5th Dec.2011; I have withdrawn Rs.1500/- from my SB using my ATM card; and I found next day two debits of Rs.1500/- in my SB; I have received only Rs.1500/- what I
        have intended; I have informed the matter to the Bank; till date the excess amount of Rs.1500/- is not reversed; kindly arrange to reverse the excess amount debited in my account at the earliest.

            Sir,
            I had received my SBI CREDIT CARD at the starting of August 2011, and from that time i had applied many times for ATM CASH withdrawal PIN but till now i had not received the Pin. While talking to sbi credit card customer care ,they are saying you will receive in 7 working days. Pin were sent through ordinary post.
            In the month of November 2011 , when i had requested them again for Pin ,they told me that they will sent through courier and it will reach to me in 10 working days & they will contact me while delivery. After 14th nov 2011 when i make call to them , they told sorry sir, you will receive in next 10 working days ( 01/12/2011 ) , when again i had not received , i make call to sbi credit card customer care they said , again sorry and they will call me within 48 to 72 hours after verification of complete details why pin has not received to you . I had also told them if i had not received ,i will make complaint to consumer court and not even contact me.

              On 01.12.2011 i went to sbi ATM out side vidyavihar ( E) , mumbai railway station . I tried to withdraw rs 3500.00 Money didn't came out and message w.r.t to failed transection was displayed. I again tried to with draw this time Rs 3000.00 . again same thing happened . When i went home i found that rs 3500 has been debited from my account . the second transection has been reversed . i did made a compliant to sbi but nothing happened as far customer care no [protected] is concerned he guy plainly told that he will not lodge my complaint . for information i lodged complaint from tel no[protected] on 01.12.2011 at about 20.00 hrs .

              the timing when i tried to do the transection at ATM was about 18.30 hrs on 01.12.2011

              I need your help in getting my money back .

              SIR ON 16TH FEB I TRIED TO WITHDRAW CASH FROM MY ACCOUNT NO [protected] BUT DUE TO SERVER PROBELM OR HOST NOT RESPONSIVE THE AMOUNT OF RUPEES 300 WAS DEDICTED TWICE NEITHER THE BALANCE SHEET CAME NOTHING .NEXT SAY IN MY STATEMENT TO SHOWED THE AMOUNT IS WITHDRAWN

                Santosh Rajput — Non received of payment from ATM withdrawal

                Sir, I Santosh Rajput having SBI saving account No. [protected] which is joint account namely Kumud Rajput. On dated 02/11/2011 my wife kumud rajput do the some transanction amounting to Rs. 10000/- from IDBI ATM, Ambalal Park, Vadodara, Gujarat but same was not received by her. Some error will be occured in the ATM. It is therefore requested that, please check and do some needful and return to my money amounting to Rs. 10000/- in my saving account as mentioned above at the earliest.

                  I was sold a credit card against an FD in SBI by SBI agent. SBI initially promised to give the card interest free for initial six months which they didn't keep. Anyway, after using the card for several months regularly I missed the payment due date for just few days. After which SBI agents started bullying me on the phone though I told that I am going to pay within few days. This time I had a doubt about their behavior and intention, and indeed I found that the SBI credit card is handled by the American company GE Money. Since I know America / American organizations extremely well, I right away understood what their plan was. I decided to close the card then and there. I didn't have enough money at that point of time to
                  pay my dues in full, and I didn't want to pay minimum amount either, as I wanted to close the card. Hence I went to the SBI branch where I had my FD against which the Credit card was given. I wanted to use the FD to clear my dues in full and wanted to close the card right away. I told the SBI personnel to en cash the FD prematurely and to pay it towards my SBI credit card. After I filled up all the forms, the SBI personnel was working on that, after sometime she came back and told me that she can not en cash the FD as the Credit card dept (GE Money) put an hold on the FD. The SBI bank washed their hands off saying it's GE money who is handling the Credit card and not SBI. Though the card says it is SBI Credit card. I
                  explained in details and the SBI personnel told me to contact the credit card customer service and to ask them to remove the hold from the FD, then to get back to them and then only they will be able to let me pay my credit card dues using the FD. I right away called the SBI credit card customer service, they gave me an address (with a PO box number in GPO, New Delhi), and asked me to send them a letter requesting the
                  removal of hold on my FD. I did that next. In the letter, I requested them to use my FD to pay the Credit card due in full and to close the card. In the mean time, the SBI - Ge Money Credit card collection agents keep on calling me the American way every day, and I was keep repeating the same thing again and again to them, that I have sent them the letter which they should have received, and they have to either remove the hold from the FD or they themselves should use the FD to pay off the credit card due. But all they were doing was calling me everyday and bully me. The intention and the game was very clear to me, as again, in America they do it every moment with lot of people by getting them victimized by the American credit system crooks. The amazing fact is that SBI is working with this American crooks to victimize Indian people now. Next someone again called me fron SBI - GE Money and as I explained what was happening, this time he asked me to email a scanned copy of the letter to them. I did that too. But SBI - GE Money kept on playing their dirty game and didn't do any thing about it. So, SBI - GE Money was neither letting me to pay my dues nor they were doing anything them selves. Nice American style. By doing this they keep on accumulating interest on the credit card due. Standard American story.I do not think SBI - GE Money is doing this only for some[protected] rupees extra, they were actually
                  following some order from some other and playing some tormenting game for some other purpose. This is also a regular American game.
                  They keep doing this, later I decided not to pay otherwise (by paying otherwise) as they were not to remove the hold from the FD, that way they were planning to get the money from me as well as by taking the FD money. Later one fine day quietly they en cashed the FD prematurely and took the entire amount ( which is nearly 8000 Rs more than my dues on the day I went to the Bank to pay my dues).
                  Please let me know what are my rights to sue SBI - GE money in this matter for ripping me off and by creating mental agony. I have the documents.

                    Dear sir

                    On 1.12.2011 I used SBI cash card for withdrawal of Rs.10,000/- through IDBI Bank ATM situated in the same locality ie.1st sector HSR Layout Bangalore - 560 0102. The transaction concluded in " unable to process. No cash dispensed and printed slip issued and no SMS alert also..But I found later that my account was debited with Rs.10,000/- unnecessarily.
                    on 3.12.2011 SBI people advised me to give a complaint through a toll free customer care number given by them. They have refused to accept written complaint. Then I have registered complaint with toll free customer care SBI.on 3.12.2011.
                    They have assured that they would resolve the issue within 7 working days...

                    Now I would like to know whether I have to lodge the complaint with you only after seven days in case SBI fail to do justice to me?

                    Kindly let me know by mail so that I can furnish full details.

                    I thank everybody who worked on my complaint to setright the IDBI ATM error on 1.12.2011.

                    I shall go to sbi tomorrow to get the same confirmed in my pass book...

                      All staffs are not working properly or sincerely from lower level to higher level except the lady staffs.every day they are trying to pass their duty time as much as possible,nobody listening custumers problem and nobody solved the problem.unneccessary they are disturbing the customers.mostly the senior citizens customers are suffering a lot.everyday and everytime they are moving here and there from their seats and we all waiting for him in a que,how much time we wait for him especialy the older persons are facing problem a lot.so please kindly take action against the manager and their staffs except the lady staffs because they are doing their job very sincerely.i[censored] will not take the immediate action towards him then we will and everyone will choose another bank, why we will suffer.Thanking u....
                      my attitude towards complaint is completely true and i agree and satisfy with my coplain and waiting for the result.

                        Sir, My daughter Miss. Prateeksha Venugopal have an account in SBI, Sec-3, New panvel branch ( A/C No. [protected]). The account is used for her educational purpose only. After paying cheque for her Tuition fee, the balance was Rs. 26180/- at the date of 2 June 2011, after that she withdrawn Rs. 7000/ from the account through ATM on16 06.11 she didn't get transaction slip from ATM. Then on 19 Nov 2011 she given a Rs. 10000/- cheque to her institute that cheque was get bounced. after that we updated her passbook we came to know that there are four ATM transactions are made in the month of June 2011 transactions are as follows. 1st on 10 -6-11 Rs. 10000/- from ATM 3494 SBI sector1 Vashi, 2nd on 13-06-11 Rs. 3500/- ATM 4523 HDFC bank New Panvel, 3rd on 23-06-11 ATM 59 AXIS bank Raigarh, and 4th is on 26-06-11 Rs. 1500/- ATM 1053 KMB Vashi) . She is telling that she was not withdrawn any money from the ATM on above mentioned period and also she didn't given the ATM card to any body. We approach the bank they told us that, already more than six month passed the period for the complaint is over. If you want You can complaint in police but there no chance to get it back. Till the date we not done any complaint in police. My questions are, is it possible to withdraw the money from ATM without proper ATM card or PIN number ?, If any possibilities to get the lost amount to back. what can I do for get it back?, It is my request to give me a proper advise & proper way to solve the problem. And do the necessary actions for solve the problem. I am waiting for your valuable advice & action.                           I have debt Rs 300 from ICICI ATM from Sector 45b Chandigarh, but my transaction going failed.i don't know what is the reason.i have try next time but still fail.also try third time and failed. i think there is any difficulty in machine i am gong back. when i checked my account today morning the money is deducted but i cant receive. i have contact with customer care they told me approximately 7 days they will take for review. i am still hopeless.Please refund my balance as soon as possible it is only 900 Rs.

                            1-dec-2011 at 7.00pm i was used icici bank atm at S.G.Highway with 'ATM no- S1CW5271' for transanction with my SBI atm card, i was make 1600 Rs.trans. But that time on transatction receipt saw your 'TRANSACTION DECLINED' UNABLE TO PROCESS,and i not get money, again same as i was try for 1600Rs trans. But same happen i get receipt that your 'TRANSACTION DECLINED' and i not get money than after 20minute i received only one sms from SBI that saw me your card was used fos 1600rs withdrawing, therefor i again went to same icici atm and chek my balance that time i again get receipt your 'TRANSACTION DECLINED' than i chek my acount balance on My Mobile Banking, and i found 1600Rs and 1600Rs two time debit total 3200RS debit from my acount. Than i try all SBI curtomer number but all number is saw me busy i try from my mobile and bsnl landline for caling customer care but i will not success. Now please help me for solve my this problem.

                            and customer care help line number not calling where i will registered my complaint.

Karuppuchamy a/c([protected]) holder of SBI,PALANI branch, DINDIGUL DISTRICT. 01-DEC-2011 at 6.30 PM i tried to withdrawl Three hundred Rs(300) rupees from the AXIS BANK atm centre in ATM 3573 AXIS BANK LIMITED EGMORE , but did not got money from the ATM long time, and finally it show a message from Atm(Host Offline Try again Later). Again two times itried to take the Same Amount For two times (300 Rs)(300*3=900) I got the same Error Message..........
                              So I went to a nearest ATM 8427 AXIS BANK LIMITED CHENNAI . Again I tried to take the amount Five Hundred(500) Rs For three Times (3*500=1500) Again I Got the same Error Message (Host Offline Try again Later)......
                              After I go to the Netbanking To Check the balance The Balance showing 2400 Rs(two thousand four hundred has been Debited from My account....

                              At the Time I dit not able to cunsult any bank because the time was 6.30 pm I m dissaponted with STATE BANK SERVICE ..........

                              Now I M In chennai I did not able to complaint with my home branch PALANI......

                              So plz check and Provide the Solution (Refund The Full Amount Including Othertransaction Charge Also)....

                              I am Corporation bank customer. I tried withdrawing money from ICICI ATM, unfortunately the ATM machine got shutdown so we are not able to find the recepit number and other details the money but amount debited from my account. Pls note below information,

                                Sir, My SBI account No.[protected] is existing with SBI,Sai nagar branch,Anantapur(AP) and my ATM card Number is[protected]. On[protected], while I was claimed withdrawal of amount for Rs.15000/-,I am not able to get cash due to improper transanction of ATM or else. But I know through statement of account that the above withdrawal was performed by me and the amount debited from my savings bank account, but I couldn’t get cash.

                                I therefore, request that the above mis-debited amount may kindly be re-credited to my above savings bank account immediately.Kindly make it as soon as possible.

                                  I have submitted my Life certificate to my bankers SBI,PBB,SP Road,Secunderabad in the first week of Oct11.Iwas to recieve my gratuity immediately and pension from 01 Nov11.In spite of my repeated visits and numerous telephone call the gratuity has not been credited in my account and the pension for Oct 11 and Nov 11 has not been credited in my account No [protected]. please resolve the matter to avoid financial hardship to a retired person.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        This is to inform you that I have an account in State Bank Of India New Delhi Lajpat Nagar Ring Road Branch with account number [protected].
                                        Unfortunately I have lost my Debit Card and after that I visited my branch and applied for Re-Issue of SBI Debit Card in my branch on 12 Nov 2011 despite facing rude behavior of customer care officer. After that against the same Rs. 200.00 has been deducted from my account as "Card Replacement Charges".

                                        However, till 28 Nov 2011 I have not received my Debit Card. To inquire about it I also called at customer care at 09:45 PM on 28 Nov 2011 for no help In fact the executive naming "Arunesh" was rude and not willing to help me also disconnected my call.

                                        I have been again redirected to my branch.

                                        Kindly intervene and help me as I am a working man and can not go to my branch every now and then. If this is so then what is the use of customer care and online support today and what about consumers benefit.
