State Bank of India [SBI] Complaints & Reviews

Hi,

I have used TATA SBI credit card sometime in May-Jun 2006. That card I got as per a corporate plan and I did not visit to any branch so i am not sure which brnach I do have to visit now to get detail.

Recently I have looked at the CIBIL report and against that credit card some amount is wrtitten off. Although I have paid the due amount through cheque drop box facility. Now I am not sure whom to contact to...

There is no system for follow up abut this mail trail. such long time suspended my csp if i surrender all the require document. so what is the reason csp is still suspended. why don't all of You taken any action against the responsible person.
