    i tried to purchase online ticket of west bengal tourism development corporation for a package tour of heritage puja watching 2011 with the help of SBI debit card [maestro card] , during entering datas lastly they want card verification digit which is not mentioned in the said ATM card , so i couldnt book my tickects.

    this is my complain that why there is no card verification digit in the maestro ATM card?

      While withdrawing money through ATM from Syndicate Bank near Armenian Street, Chennai 600001 on 16.08.11 around 7.09PM for Rs.10,000/- , my transaction No.7474 (probably) as I hv not rcvd transaction slip, I didn't rcvd my amount. Immediately against my next transaction vide Transaction No.7475 dtd 16.08.11 at 7.09.53PM I got Rs.10000/- But in my transaction slip I have seen my S.A/c. No.[protected] (SBI, Parnasree Pally Br., Kolkata 700060) SBIN0002016, MICR No.[protected] debited twice.

      Against my complaint on 17.08.11 I have complaint tkt No.AT[protected] and subsequently I got msg on my Mobile ( [protected]) on 20th and 25th " Please interact with your br". Again BM of my SBI Br. complaint on 6th September and got TKT No.AT[protected] and on 9th I got sms msg "Pl interact with your Br.".
      On 10.09.11, I hv interacted all the concerned officials of my SBI Br. They have checked the Complaint Management System of SBI abd there it has been mentioned " the amount has either been reversed to the customer a/c or must be lying in the branch 98582 a/c."

      Kindly appreciate from 16th August to Till Dt my a/c has not been credited and I am facing not only financial problem as well as mental harrassment for days together. Kindly look into this on SOS basis.

        I withdrew Rs 15000 from sbi atm on 9/9/2011 from account no.[protected]. The account is in the name of Seema Rani. But the amount of Rs. 15000 was deducted twice from my account

        11.7.2012 at about 8.11pm I went to an ATM Counter of central bank to withdrawn cash for Rs.2000/-. After entering all require information the transaction processing was complete but payment was not made due to hang of server. Immidiately I went to an ATM Counter of axis bank to withdrawn cash for Rs.2000/-
        Next today I contract with customer care the told that your account will not debited. but my account was debited Rs.4000/-. 18.7.2012 contact Customercare and they gave me Ticket no. AT[protected]. I think this is a major security laps related to ATM. So, kindly look in to the matter.

          I got my account with Rs.1020 less while I was checking my account for paying my September Month premium for SBI Maha Anan Plan life insurance on 5/09/11 and The said amount has deducted from my account on 2/02/11 in two terms on same days with 510 each...so please refund me the desired amount....i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH"POS[protected] and[protected] AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD MUMBAI with the amount INR 1020 deducted from my SBI account...([protected])
          so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount

            Dear Sir,

            I have applied for ATM card in March-2011. My ATM Card recd at mention
            address but due to some personal reason I am out of Indore for 2 months.
            After that when I meet to SBI executive, she told me that ur PIN expired
            and u have to applied for REPIN. I agree with her and applied for repin on
            16/7/2011 Ticket No. AT[protected], after some days I have recd a message
            in my mentioned moblie no. [protected] that ur PIN generated and pl collect
            at ur SBI branch and speed post no. is also given i.e. EA[protected]IN. but
            when I reached SBI Old Palasia branch executive said that she had not recd
            any PIN, pls wait for a week. again next week I went to SBI executive said
            that she had not recd. any PIN, I request her to log a ticket for new
            REPIN, she logged a ticket (AT[protected] on 6/8/2011 and told me to come
            after 10 days. I agree with her and now after 15 day I returned back to
            SBI but executive said that she had not recd. PIN.

            Means from 16/7/2011 to till date I am making round to SBI but I am not
            able to get my PIN. Without ATM how I am suffering I know...

            Could I know why this much time consumed to regenerate a single PIN while the ticket raised by SBI is on 06 Aug 2011. You all Imagine how much I suffer without ATM. All most each saturday I had taken leave from my office and went to SBI branch to know is the PIN came or not? And every time when I need money I have to go to bank, stand in a long line and then withdraw money.

            For getting one PIN I went 7 time to SBI and spent approx 2310/- deducted from my salary, 280/- petrol, 50/- SBI for rePIN, and Time -14 hrs for too and fro from SBI.
            Means for a single PIN I spent Rs. 2640/-, 14 Hrs Time, Risk on travel in traffic and Pollution in Traffic.

            Till today 7-9-11 PIN is not received in SBI Old Palasia branch.

                SBI ATM HAVE 3 ATM MACHINE IN RUDRAPUR AREA.BUT ALWAYS IT IS OUT OF ORDER.DUE TO FAILURE OF SBI ATM I AM USING MY ATM WITH OTHER BANK'S ATM MACHINE.BUT MORE THEN FIVE TRANSACTION WITH OTHER BANK I AM PAYING 25/- FOR EVERY TRANSACTION.
                FOR THIS I TALK WITH BRANCH MANAGER HE TOLD NETWORK IS FAILURE FROM MUMBAI.BUT THE ATM IS FAILURE MORE THEN ONE WEEK
                .CUSTOMER ARE GETTING PROBLEM.
                MORE BANKS ARE DOING LIKE THIS.THEY MAKE THERE ATM OUT OF ORDER OR FAILURE.CUSTOMER ARE GOING ON OTHER BANK'S ATM

                RBI SHOULD HAVE MAKE OTHER RULE IF BANK'S ATM IS NOT WORKING.HIS CARD HOLDER CAN USE ANY ATM UNTILL BANK'S

                    i had lost my first sbi debit card (atm card) in my company. for security reason i closed my debit card by sbi customer care. but day after tomorrow i got that card. one or two years ago this was happen.
                    since then i was using second debit card (atm card) till now. but today
                    my atm card is broken from upper side. it is not operating in sbi atm but operating in other bank atm. i cant see my deposits of payment. so i have one question that can i restart my first sbi debit card. please
                    tell me as soon as possible.
                    my sbi atm cum debit card is not working. its no is[protected] and valid from feb 2004. so kindly block my atm card till the issue of a new card. this is issued with the name of Kanhiyalal panjwani. my email add is klpanjwani.[protected]@gmail.com

                    I ghoshala mamraj have PMSP Account bearing A/C No. [protected] with ATM Card No. [protected] silver .
                    on[protected] I had been tried to withdrawl amount from my nearest ATM by entering correct pin.But it shows "incorrect pin" whereas i am entering the correct pin. After three trials it shows your ATM has been blocked. I am facing problems due to non transaction.

                    It is requested that sort out the problems and make commercial at the earlist please.

                      Sbi chhapra bazar branch is not working as bank, for a single deposite 4 hrs was wasted. I was in line, i saw the drama.
                      I met the branch manager, i felt as he just got up from the bed., i was trying to talk to him, but he was avoiding me, with big pain he opened his mouth...........jaiye aapka bhi jama ho jayega........
                      I ask complain book from him, that also he refused.
                      I found the followng
                      1: counter is operated from 2 side, front and back.
                      2: maximum bank staffs are old and dull.
                      3: branch manager is not suitable for this bank
                      4:bank is full of old local people
                      sbi sr. Officials must make surprize visit check and correct.

                      If you want to lodge any comlaint regarding inconvenience.
                      you should avoid this .. you can get advice but may not get solution.
                      As per the Rules.. if you are not satisfied then write a letter to AGM in you region

                      if he is also not responding then forward that letter to headoffice Mumbai
                      but i know that you will get a good response at AGM Reginal level.
                      I m from Chapra only and i know the condition of that Branch.

                      I m also working as a Asst Mang in the same one but posted at someother place.


                      I have seen many example of these things..
                      the people who have avoided you will come to your place to say sorry..
                      and until you are not taking your case.. they will be fired like anything by higher Authority.

                      just go Ahead for changes...

                        we are running bansi gas service (indian oil corporation) agency in bansi distt.siddhartha nagar, by last 20 years,and from the beginning we have an accont in your bank, the no. is c/a[protected]. recently a accountant virendra verma has joined the branch, and started delaying daily transaction without intimating us. reason unknown. after asking the reason he told to come all the parteners of the firm infront of him. we have already complained about it to the manager. nothing has been done yet.
                        resulting we have opened today an new account in pnb.
                        and started daily trasaction from punjab national bank.

                          dear sir,
                          I am ashok kumar gupta AC/No: [protected] of SBI jamshedpur(ranikudar branch).
                          my saving and salary account has been closed by your bank on 29th/08/2011.And it is still not revived on date 5th/09/2011.

                          sequence of events,

                          1) I have given a cheque for transfering an amount which cheque no 011588 in the account of madhaw kumar singh . SBI khagaria ac/no [protected]. on 29th /08/2011 @ 2:30 pm


                          2) On 30th /08/2011 when I checked my account through ATM @5:50AM my ATM was not responding .when I called on toll free no they suggested to meet branch manager .

                          3) On 30th at 2:30 PM I met branch manager Mr. Jeetu Tuddu he checked my account and replied your account has been closed by mistake and all amount transfered to the ac/no [protected].

                          4) Now again he made another mistake that is he created a new account on name without my permission and revert all amount in the new he created.

                          5) He transfered the amount according to the cheque no 011588. through new created account.

                          6) I dont know the new account I am not ready to use it .

                          7) According to branch manager the matter was communicated and it will revived within three days.

                          8) But till now it is not been revived and I am suffering a lot by this incident .

                          9) Above all I am unable to take my salary .

                            I have applied for SBI online a month ago with the S/A account no. [protected] and account holder name : Divyangi Mayank. I have received my username on my moblie on 4th August 2011 but my password has not couriered yet as written in the mobile messge. I have approached the Branch Manager SBI Lahurabir Varanasi regarding this issue but did not receive a fair response.

                            Kindlly , help me with this issue.

                            I am (Avshesh Kumar A/C [protected]) not satisfy your branch ( SBI Chhibramau, Dist- Kannauj) Because my Net banking password lost, my laptop bag lost. so i am go sbi chhibramau branch and Application form fill for duplicate user and password bank employee say when we call you then come and user, password give you but last four month ago (23 Feb) but till date three time go in branch sbi employee not given user and password and say we not calling you when call then come.

                              During our usual security enhancement protocol, we observed multiple login attempt
                              error while login in to your online banking account. We have believed that someone
                              other than you is trying to access your account for security reasons,
                              we have temporarily suspend your account and your access to online banking and will
                              be restricted if you fail to update.

                              As an additional security measure, you are required to fill the form attached to
                              avoid such occurence in the future.

                              Kindly submit the form attached to this email in order to enroll your State Bank Of
                              India account in the new online protection System.

                              Today Morning I received a phone call from Mobile No. [protected]. Intimated that my SBI ATM got blocked and to restore he asked for ATM details. I scolded that person and cut the phone. If Bank is interested in punishing this type people who still calling even after this awareness raised by all medias and Banks

                              Respected sir today I received one phone call from [protected] he tolled that his from ATM call centre he asked my Aadhar card number to linkup to ATM Card otherwise your ATM card will be blocked after that he asked my sixteen digit number on ATM card, CVV number. I tolled both numbers. I received OTP number on my mobile. and he asked OTP number I got doubt on him I didn't give my OTP number then after I received message that my ATM card has blocked. Please trace out who blocked my ATM card please inform me.

                              i visited searching for web side for passport reneval that time i look there is on web side name as
                              indiapassportsseva.com. i am go on that web side and fill all information on it after that they asked me to pay Rs.2999/-. but after that i am not get any response from that web side or there customer care therefore i found that it is fake web side.
                              i am requesting that please recover my Rs.2999/- an take action against them and also look out that they not misuse my passport and card details i all ready block my card.

                                  when i tried to withdraw rs 10,000 in first transaction faild from my a/c [protected] on 29th august around 14:23 pm from the state bank of patiala atm chandigarh at the time atm machine first transaction faild so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm .
                                  but when i checked the balance from the other atm after an 10min the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                                  I m DINESH SUTHAR having an A/c in the SBI BANK Bilara (Jodhpur) Rajasthan.My A/c no. is [protected]. when I tried to withdraw Rs.3500 & Rs. 100/- from my a/c [protected] on 2nd March 2011 around 11.00pm from the LAKSHMI VILAS BANK ATM at Ramapuram in Chennai[Tamil-Nadu] at the time I received a message on screen as "Sorry unable to process" so that I could not recievd any money yet but when I checked the balance from the SBI ATM with Mini statement after that I come to know that My uncashed Transaction amount has been deducted from my a/c without any cash.

                                  Sir I have already given the complain to the LAKSHMI VILAS BANK ATM at Ramapuram in Chennai [Tamil-Nadu] & also SBI BANK Bilara (Jodhpur) Rajasthan. but till now I haven't got any appropiate reason o[censored]ncahed deduction money .

                                  So I am requesting you to take necessary action. Kindly obliedge me soon with return back that uncashed amount in My a/c. I'll be hearty grateful to you.

                                    i want to cancel my credit card


                                    I have never asked them to give insurance cover to my credit card but these people have done that without my knowledge and sending me the insurance charges in the monthly statement. Initally i got a call from customer care regarding insurance cover on my card i clearly said to them but they add insurence on my credit card and keep on sending monthly satatement with extra monthly charges and its adding up everymonth.. can someone help me in canceling my sbi credit card

                                    I was having SBI CARD No.[protected]. This card was valid upto 05/2008. I never used this card but still I am getting sms every month about the amount due of this card. I am fed up with this repeated sms everymonth. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                                    I Syed Shah Farhatullah Hussaini SBI card holder card no;[protected] request you to cancel my card as i as i have not provided with proper information by the representative(Raju) at SBI Nampally, Hyderabad, AP branch that its an FD credit card.The terms & conditions of this card are not satisfactible to me.I request you to cancel my card without charging any dues and take a necessary action on the sales representative for providing false information about the terms of the card.

I had made so many request to the Customer Relationship Officer Mr. Verma Jee, regarding to convert the type of account from "Saving" to "Saving Plus". According to Mr. Verma, it is not his job to do this- Please go and ask to somebody, and don't come again and again. Mr. Verma behavior makes customer to feel embarrassed.
                                      Could you please help me in this regards?.

                                        Hi, Myself sourav jain, some where on 8th aug i receive call from the sbi privilege circle program regarding the some kind of plan in which i receive one holiday voucher+base fair flight ticket for one+ branded polo watch. They keep calling me many time & try to convince me to take this offer & than i say ok to take this offer as SBI name was there which convince me to say ok. but then after one week there is some personal issue t]it request them to cancel this as iam unable to take this offer & i request them to cancel this even i ready to pay charges. i call to that no. which they give me i.e [protected]. i conterminously calling from last three weak but still i did'd get my money back & the the person on the call talk too roude & in such a bad way that i can't say. I did know that i get my back or not. i ask for there address or there mail id, which they are not ready to give.
                                        Please help me & guide me to proceed & get my money back & stop this peoplel from cheating others.
                                        Is this was from the SBI bank of some other gang doing this cheating

                                        I have send my voucher under SBI previlage circle programm for 3 days & 4 nights holiday package to you before 2 months . But till date there is no response from your side .
                                        How i know the status of my voucher /application . Also I have send this without taking xerox . So please CAN YOU forward me the xerox copy of proparly filled voucher to my email id . Also when i will call helpline no for help, it is not responding.
