To The Branch Manager State Bank of India Narkatiaganj Sub: - Malfunctioning of ATM Machine at SBI, Berhampur ( Orissa ) Dear Sir As Berhampur (Orissa) is my home town I had visited there for a period of 15 days and on the date of 7th June 2009 when I withdrawal an amount of Rs. 13500/-(Thirteen thousand five hundred only) from Gandhi chowk – I machine, the said ATM neither given money nor any paper to me, but comment displayed that your job was processed. Due to this I was under doubt and I have tried the same in Gandhi chowk – II machine and found that the same amount was debited from my account. In continuation to this event I have visited to SBI main branch and report the fault, they have suggested me to raise a complaint at host branch i.e. at Narkatiaganj and asked to send an ANNEXURE “C” TO Mr. S.K.Misra fax no [protected] From your branch. Hope now the matter is clear to you and the needful so that I can get back my amount Rs.13500/- in my passbook no [protected]. Your early action in this regard will be highly obliged. Dear Sir,

I hope u are consider my points. you are not managing as good banking branch in this city.

general public are to upset u are getting sugar mills payment in ur branch its not fair. must be devided or pass ur openion to header management so can manage or devide the branch.
its to delay work in ur branch. if i like to cash money thru ur bank branch need one day.

ATM machine are only available two one is market place and one is railway station. even ur machine always breakdown or out of service. its very poor to survive in this city narkatia ganj...

i am villager always i go narkatia ganj every one look to up set no more looking good business even no one have charming in his face.

whole world the bank are become to stronger with sine city..
but dont know u are unliterate gays to manage people.

Sub: - Malfunctioning of ATM Machine at Corp bank, mahipalpur(new delhi)

Dear Sir
As New delhi is my working place, i use to live here for my concern. i have use my SBI ATM Card issued by ur branch at Corp bank mahipalpur. where my balance of rs. 400 has been deducted on 13/10/09 at 07:22 pm but i didnt get any cash. Due to this I was under doubt and I have tried the same in SBP ATM.machine and found that the same amount was debited from my account.

In continuation to this event I have visited to CORP BANK branch and report the fault, they have suggested me to raise a complaint at host branch i.e. at Narkatiaganj.

Hope now the matter is clear to you and the needful so that I can get back my amount Rs.400/- in my passbook no [protected]. Your early action in this regard will be highly obliged.
