[Resolved]  State Bank of India — forgot my password.username

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sivananthan.d, i forgot my user name and password of the inter net banking so i kindly request you to issue(Provide)me new user name and password . And my previous user name and password received from bank was / 22584120user name, 13TBFZ5V password and in this i have given a new password and user name that one i had forgotten so kindly help me to use the net banking and i hope so you will help me.
