Credit Card — Name not updated in CIBIL
I had a Citibank Credit card which i used for over 3 years.On once occasion, Citibank disclosed my personal info to a 3rd party - to confim a purchase that i made. I sent a complaint and got an apology note. I was told that I would be sent a Gift certificate for because of the damage.
I never got the Gift certificate and when i wanted to avail my points, they were also not sent to me.
I had an ongoing complaint. However, I settled the card and have the settlement letter and NOC and the name is still listed in CIBIL.
How can i solve my query?
SBI Credit Card — Name not cleared from CIBIL
I have already paid all the dues of SBI credit card and have also received the zero balance statement and settlement letter from the Bank, but it is still showing my name in CIBIL.SBI Credit Card — CIBIL record
HiI had opted a SBI credit card in year 2005 and continued till 2006 .Previously I spoke the SBI executive to cancel the card but they are not done that.Somewhere in 2006 I got some fake transactions from my card and putted the complain with SBI and they treated as disputecase and conveyed me that they are investigating and get back to me. Till date I am receiving tthe statement with increase the payment amount due to interest charges and I come to know that they have put my name CIBIL by lowering the score .
I want to know how to deal with them ?
How I make my rating good in CIBIL Now ?
SBI Credit Card — update of complaint
I had made a complaint regarding failure of refund of my money from sbi credit card.but my complaint has been solved n my money has been refunded.thanx to this web site.my complaint has been solved .my name is niraj b kathalkar This is in regards to the credit card no. [protected] held by me issued from SBI against my FD. I have been trying to get my card cancelled but till date have not been successful in getting the same cancelled, despite sending letters. Above all, it is impossible to get through the custmer care of SBI. My name is Kapil Dev Jerath and I would appreciate, if my card is cancelled and my FD is realised. I have no outstandings due on my card, rather I have not used it as I got so small a credit limit. I have Platinum Cards from other banks and would use them rather then carry a lower grade card.

please help me. i have lost my card. i have already closed my sbi card. but they did not inform me your card is still active. after 3.5 years what they have told that you have to pay amount with late fees..i dont have information. how can i pay amount..
i requested to settle my account. only i can pay 8500 Rs against 11420 Rs i need f=help from SBI top management...
this is mistake of sbi cards...

SBI CREIDT CARD — PROFILE NOT SUTIABLE
I samir banik A/c number [protected], SBI Branch Code 6809 applied for a credit card in the last month the after phone verification the assured me that they will send me the card after 15to21 days.After the stipulated date is over i rang there customer care number a lot of time at that time also the assured me that we will get the card very soon now they send me letter in which the said your profile is not upto the mark.I want to from them what is criteria for getting the card.
