[Resolved]  Student — REFUND OF FEE

SIR,
I GOT ADMISSION FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY B.TECH DEGREE OF
4 YEARS FROM PANIPAT INSTITUTE OF ENGEERING AND TECHNOLOGY, PANIPAT(SAMBHALKA) AFFILATED FROM KURUSHETRA UNIVERSITY .
I WENT TO COLLEGE FOR ONLY 1 DAY AND FOR SOME REASON I DECIDED TO QUIT THE COLLEGE. NOW WE HAVE GAVEN AN APPLICATION TO CHAIRMAN OF INSTITUTE REGARDING MY REFUND OF FEES. BUT HE HAS REJECTED IT AND THEY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO LAW FOR REFUND OF FEE. BUT ACORDING TO AICTE RULES . THEY HAVE TO RETURN MY FEE WITH DEDUCTION OF ONLY RS 1000. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION ON THIS MATTER .AND HELP ME OUT FROM THIS MESS.

i got admission in kamla nehru institute of tecnology sultanpur (UP) in july by counceling o[censored]PTU. i paid the whole fee but earlier i got admission in Jamia university and i donot take any classes in knit but they donot refund my fee just refund only caution money.

sir, through uttrakhand state counseling board i got uttranchal institute of tech., premnagar, dehradhun
bt i dont want to g o in that college i dont get my preffered branch,
i have taken the admission in UIT, they said to me that ur trade whe will change next year, but
when i asked to the students they said these all r fakes
but now i get admission in beeter college in my preffered branch
but uit's were refused to back my fees
sir pls help me quickly because there r few days to take admission in another college

Myself Arvind Puri, had taken the admission in Phonics School of Engineering, Roorkee for the course of B.Tech (Electronics & Telecommunication). This college was too far from my home and my financial condition is not so good.So I have taken the admission on 23rd Sep'09 in Faculty of Engeering, Haridwar for the same course, which is nearer to my home .Now i want to get my admission fees from Phonics School of Engineering but they are not responding.

Please do the needful at your end.

respected, sir i got a admission dit dehradoon session 2009 in b.tech .my branch is mechnical .because
my loan is no pass and i am alone in house and no any earning procces in my house therefore i decided that to quit the college they have to return my with deductionof only rs 1000.your request my refund fee i shall be highly obliged.

I had taken admission in GRBS Rofel college, Vapi for PGDM course but i cancelled my admission after college started after 1 day because i took admission in surat but college says as i have given application for cancellation after college started my fees cannot be refunded according to aicte rules please help me can u please tell me what are rules of aicte regarding fees refund.

Resp. sir, 3 years before my sister took admission in ITS DENTAL COLLEGE OF GREATER NOIDA, UP.but due to some family problem she is not able to clear her 1st year course, but management of the college has taken 2nd year full fees, and she did not attended any single class of 2nd year.Now she wanted to withdraw her name from the college and wants to take admission near her home town, she asking to refund her 2nd year fees and caution money but management is saying they r not going to refund single penny, as before they have told that in any case they can take complete course fees that is of whole 4 years if we ask to refund them.plz help me solve this problem, n tell what would b the next step for my sister, i shall be greatly obliged

This is inform you that i rishi raj bhatia first year student of galgotias b school and i want to refund my fee due to my family conditions and i have deposited 2, 35, 000 rs to galgotias and i want to refund full amount and my father is not well and there is no other hand of earning and my family is not able to send me the money of my pg and my monthly usage money and from where my family have taken money for my mba that man is asking for it otherwise he is asking for my house so sir my family is in problem and that is the reason that i wrote to you and so sir i want my full fee refund from galgotias b-school and i have given my application on 17 july and till now i had not got any reply soit would be kind of you if look into the matter as soon as possible.
