i lost my marks card, for class tenth which i passed on 2006, from st. joseph's school shaktinagar with its educational region falling under allahabad. my rolll no.is 5246798. plz tell me the procedure to retrieve my lost certificate....

I had lost my both certificates and marksheets and had passed class 10 in 2003 & 12 in 2005.

I have lost my 12th class Examination marksheet of cbse 2004, i do not know schedule of to make duplicate marksheet . Respected Sir, Namaste, Ifiled my PF application nos. 19, 10C.and 3A and it was forwarded y ny employer in November 2008 to the Office of the PF commissioner, Cuddappah, But it was sent back to the employer stating to file form 3A again with the application. Finally 3A form enclosed with application forms and sent to the Office of PF Commissioner, Cuddappah in January 2009, But, unfortunately, even after 2 months have passed, I have not yet...

I applied for indian bank education laon in 5 months before, but they extende the time for three months,
so we get application back again, and then we tried for SBI, it is still worse, they not at all respond for them, they did n't given any application also, so again we try for the INDIAN BANK for the loan,...

With reference with my 'EPIC' card i like to invite your kind notice to the following:

(a) 'EPIC' Card (No. AEM 1378314) was issued to me on 27.03.2009.
(b) Spelling mistake of my name has appeared on the card. The correct spelling is as follows "SUPRITI MUKHERJEE"
(c) The date of birth appeared on the card is wrong. The correct date of birth is 01.11.1990.

It is to inform u that i hav surrendered the bsnl postpaid connection two years back with aal the formalities done and was told that i will receive the security money (deposited at the time of postpaid connection) of rs 2200 by post within two months .

parents by getting a huge amount as fee. But the infra structure of the school is very poor. Even a
Class I child has to climb the stair case with book load to reach III floor. The toilet facility is very poor.
