[Resolved]  Su-kam Inverter — NOT PROVIDING PROPER SERVICE FOR SU-KAM INVERTER

I have a Su-Kam inverter which is giving problem since October 2008.it is in warranty period.But when i am complaining to the authorised service centre for the problem, they dont provide a perfect solution.One month earlier, there people told that the transformer is blown out.But till now my inverter is out of order.

I HAD BOUGHT SU-KAM TORQUE 1500 VA IN MONTH OF MAR. DURING APRIL WE FOUND THAT IT HAD PROBLEM WITH PCB. AFTER THAT WE CONTACTED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY GAVE US THE NOS OF LOCAL SU-KAM AGENT WHO WOULD DO THE REPAIR. SINCE THEN TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED IT IS IN THE SAME STATE. THE TECHNICIAN NEVER TURN UP, ALWAYS MAKE EXCUSE...
SO PLS CONSIDER BEFORE BUYING SU-KAM...
I am sick of the services of the Sukam inverter, and the executives of this company are the hell.I registered my complain on last monday, and call center guy gave me a complain number i.e.[protected] and said that some one will come to your home within 48 hours! but no one came i called on mobile no.[protected] (Noida incharge cause its an noida complaint) he said some one will come but no one came yesterday also.When again today i called he said its Sunday today so no one will come today also.
Now we use to have power cut for full day and sometimes full night also, it has been one week when i registered my complain but see your services, , , , , , really very poor!!!

Your call centre guys should not say that it will take 48 hours they should say "JAB HAMARA MAN HOGA TAB HAM BHAJENGE"
you can not imagine the frustation through which i am going ...

REALLY WORST "AFTER SALE SERVICE"

If the owner of this company can read this mail so i would like to advise as a customer that please take care of this thing otherwise what your customers talks to each other about your company is the most important aspect of your progress...

WIth due regret I would like to inform you that my Sukam Inverter of 2.5 KW is out of order from 2 months.

It has a problem with the LCD screen which was replaced and after that also the problem was not resolved and there was still some problem pertaining with the product. I have paid all the charges for the product and the service and also the advance for LCD screen at your service station. Still there is no interest from your end and it has been months that i have paid the advance amount.

It is a matter of shame on a company of such high reputation to treat the consumer in this manner in regard to the service of the product.

I hope there would be a strict action taken from your end and at the earliest.

Sukam - Inverter, the Matrix version, was purchase last year it konked of within 6 months, i.e within the warranty period, ...on complaining to the dealer, ..he never came within the warranty period...after repeated requests his majesty arrives after the end of the warranty period...and demands 15000 to change the batteries...are you kidding..!!he has to be joking, first he does not come in time, and secondly his demands are rather exhorbitant, , , finally another technician arrives, he comes up with an entirely new problem. ...and after that never shows up...till trying to revive the inverter...it is dead, ...and has no value for money...Rating for Sukam inverters...Poor, Sales service ...Pathetic...now I prefer the candle lights

I HAVE PURCHASED A SU KAM MAKE 2.5KV DIGITAL SINE WAVE INVERTER FROM A DEALER AT JALGAON. IT HAD A PROBLEM ABOUT 1 YEAR FOR WHICH I CONTACTED MR SACHIN BAFNA ([protected]) ONE OF A DEALERS FOR SUKAM AT MY PLACE. IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 10 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE GIVEN THE UNIT FOR REPAIR. EVERY TIME I CALL HIM OR THE OFFICIAL PEOPLE OF SUKAM, A USELESS & UNFEASIBLE REASON IS GIVEN & THE PROBLEM IS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. AS I AM RUNNING EMERGENCY SERVISES IN THE SOCIETY, DOESN'T IT BECOME SUKAM'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SORT OUT THE PROBLEM? Sukam service cenmtre never attends a complaint before 5 days. I had lodged my complaint on May 24, 2011. They say they maximum time to serve you will be 3 days. Everyday they say your inverter will be attended today but to no avail. Then i took local no. of the service centre, they told me that they have been forwarded the complaint by the main centre only on 26th therefore, they need three more days to send a executive. God knows when will their three days end.Can anyone tell what's the use of taking a branded product which doesnot provide service ever on time??? everytime there's a problem they take 5-7 days to serve it.

So anyone who is thinking of buying a sukam inverter should think twice before buying it.

i had bought su-kam inverter from Ludhiana in month of may 20th it got damage after only three days, i had made complaint to the service center but to the till date no response is given by the service center.my complaint no.[protected] is i had re-called to the service center again and again they says they are help less.i had done all of my efforts regarding this, this post is my last hope. so pls sir try to do your best.

I lost my Rs 16000 because i purchased Su-kam Inverter from Ottapalam, Kerala which i can use only two months after that regular compliants up to the warranty period, I request the people please don't waste your money for buying this product

There are so many branded inverter but i faith on su-kam and purchased last year, but suddenly 5 days back it was suddenly giving problem . I contacted to customer care they lodge my complain and promise that our engineer will visit in maximum 3 working days . Three days has been passed but no body came to solve my problem .I think company should stop there production coz if they do not help the existing customer how sud they give service to future consumer.

I bought the su_kam ( shine wave ) invertor just 12 months going. But it give us trouble so many times . And i send for sevicing for 2 times, but same trouble is going on. So i need to replace the the invertor and provide me new one.
