I purchased sukam battery on 27.02.2014...it has 3 years gurranty. .but it has stopped working in the gurranty period. I complaint the battery sukam service centre. .they took the battery on 05.09.2016.and says my battery was return me in a week .but now 3 week has gone ..but my sukam battery not return ...i call the service centre but they didn't give any response me.when i call the service centre they tell me that your battery gave to you tomorrow. But they dint do this.they dont solve my problem.and they dont take an action .

Normal battery works atleast 3-5 years. but this su kam battery (which I have purchased) didnt work for 2 years, they are giving 18 months granty and 6 months warranty, so whats the fun of this company, other normal companies gives 36 months granty. this is ridiculous, totally fraud in the market. bad service.

    I have purchased 12 Volt 165 AH tubular battery in Mar 2015.Since last two month no backup of battery. we have made regular maintenance as described in user manual. Before two month it was gradually deprive the load and finally seemed no backup. It is noticed that no load sharing capacity remains in battery. plz resolved the issue as early as possible .

    The batteries are not getting Charging Voltage and the batteries have become low voltage .
    Tubular batteries working not properely and we are facing many problems so plz see our complaint as soo as possibble and help us yhank you

          Sukam sine wave inverter ko liye abhi 2 years bhi nahi huye he.or back-up nahi de Raha he.kai baar complain karvane ke baad bhi koi engineer nahi aa raha he.toll free no.pe engineer ka no diya to vo bhi ek baar bolke ki madam me 10 am aa jaunga na to aaya or na hi ph uthata he.or na hi aata he.bahut hi ghatiya service.             Hi,
            We purchased one su-kam inverter and battery set in 2014 wide invoice no-1181 from chug electronics in bahadurgarh, haryana.
            From this may we start facing the problem of zero backup, we complaint to dealer regarding the non-working of batteries. He routed us to service center where we complaint and they assign one engineer who visit us after several calls on 17/6/2016. He gave us field service report copy wide no-174374 against complaint no-[protected] on name of manish sharma. As per him he will submit that report in service center and they will arrange a standby battery and replace or repair the battery issue because it is in still warranty. But till now on 25/6/2016 we have not received any call or standby battery or any engineer who visited and solve the issue. Also we call in your customer care no and they provide us an contact no of engineer whose call never picked up by him. We complaint against it in your customer care center but not get any resolution from them.
            Request you to kindly look into the matter seriously as we purchased the su-kam with trust and believe of its great service and facility.

              I've bought a 3.5kva ups from sukam distributor (Sunlight battery works) warangal, telangana. We've had issues with it from day 1 and hence called the so called "customer service" of sukam and raised a complaint (#[protected]) on june 1st 2016. Today is 8th june and i didnt even get any response from them till now. The only communication i got was the complaint number and thats it. I've yet to see a technician. I've called the customer service about 5-10 times each day. Everytime an agent tells me that i'll get a callback but to no avail.
              I've bought this for my new business and i couldnt get my business going on due to this issue resulting in a loss.

                Raised complaint on May 9th and having t o call your customer support everyday. No one showed up so far even after 22 days. Customer service representative says will be resolved in 24 hours. same story everyday. What funny is they do not keep any track of complaint about calls. All they say is your complaint raised on May 9th and your name is xxx. I have asked him what is the status. Will be done in 24 hours. Unfortunate that we bought sukam brand. Complaint no: [protected].
                I advise you to keep track of customer calls and what effort you made to reach local service guy

                  प्रिय महोदय/महोदया,

                  मेरा नाम सुमित है और मै gurgaon में रहता हूँ| श्रीमान जी, आज से 1 साल और 6 महीने पहले मैंने एक su-kam की T.T. बैटरी खरीदी थी| जिसके लिए मैंने 16000/- रुपये खर्च किये| जिसका बिल संख्या 1773 हूँ| यह बैटरी 2 अप्रैल, 2016 तक ठीक चली| उसके बाद इसका backup 15-20 मिनट का रह गया था| उसको देखने के लिए मैंने su-kam के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के नि शुल्क नम्बर पर 5 अप्रैल, 2016 फोन करके शिकायत दर्ज करवाई| जिसका शिकायत नम्बर [protected] तिथि 05/04/2016 4:59 PM है|

                  इसके बाद मेरे पास 13/04/2016 2:12 PM एक sms आया कि आपकी शिकायत का निवारण हो गया है| और शिकायत को बंद कर दिया गया जबकि su-kam के किसी भी अधिकारी ने मुझको कोई फोन भी नहीं किया और न ही किसी ने मेरे घर पर आकर देखा| जिसको मुझको बहुत दुख हुआ| उसके बाद मैंने तिथि 18/04/2016 2:14 AM को कंपनी की email id [protected]@su-kam.com पर email किया कि आपके किसी भी अधिकारी ने मुझको कोई फोन भी नहीं किया और न ही किसी ने मेरे घर पर आकर देखा| फिर आपने मेरी कैसे शिकायत को बंद कर दिया गया|

                  इसके बाद 19/04/2016 7:20 AM पर मेरे पास सुधीर ([protected]) से एक फोन आया कि श्रीमान जी मेरे से गलती से आपकी शिकायत बंद हो गई है| मैं आकर देख लेता हूँ कि आपकी बैटरी में क्या दिक्कत है| मैंने कहा चलो कोई बात नहीं है| आप आ जाओ और देख लो| फिर सुधीर जी ([protected]) 20/04/2016 3:20 PM पर मेरे पास आ गए और बैटरी को चेक किया तो पाया कि बैटरी के अंदर पानी नहीं है| जबकि पिछले 2 सप्ताह मे मैं 3 बार पानी डाल चुका था| हर बार बैटरी पानी को शोख रही| जिसके लिये उन्होंने मेरे को बोला कि श्रीमान जी यह बैटरी हमारे ऑफिस जाएगी और वहां पर चेक होगी| जिसके लिये हमारी पिकअप टीम आएगी| जोकि इस को उठाकर ले जायेगी| फिर उसने बिल और गारंटी कार्ड माँगा मैंने वो उनको दे दिया जिसको वो अपने साथ में ले गए| मेरे पूछने पर उसने बताया कि श्रीमान जी ये बिल और गारंटी कार्ड ऑफिस जायेगा| जिसके बाद आपकी बैटरी बदली जायेगी| फिर वो बिल और गारंटी कार्ड उनको दे दिया| उन्होंने मेरे को रशीद दी जो कि इस मेल के साथ जुडी हुई है| फिर मैंने श्रीमान जी दो दिन तक इंतजार किया| उस दौरान उनकी तरफ से कोई भी अधिकारी और किसी का भी फोन नहीं आया|

                  जिसके बाद मैंने दोबारा su-kam के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के नि शुल्क नम्बर पर दोबारा से फोन किया और किसी बड़े अधिकारी का फोन नंबर माँगा| उन्होंने मुझे राजवानी जी का नंबर [protected] दे दिया| फिर मैंने राजवानी जी को फोन किया| राजवानी जी ने मुझसे अच्छे से बात किया और कॉन्फ्रेंस पर सर्विस सेंटर पर भी बात किया| सर्विस सेंटर पर बताया गया कि हम कल 11:00 AM तक नई बैटरी लगवा देंगे और पुराणी बैटरी उठा लेंगे| फिर अगले दिन मैंने 2:00 PM फोन किया तब उन्होंने मेरे को बताया कि सर हम 5:00 PM तक आ रहे हैं| 5PM का 6PM, 6PM का 7PM और आखिरकार दो दिन की कड़ी मश्कत और 70 फोन करने के बाद तब मेरे पास 7:00 PM पर उनके पिकअप टीम का फोन आया कि श्रीमान जी आपका घर नहीं मिल रहा है| मैंने उनका पता ( वो किस जगह पर है ) मालूम किया और वहां से मैं उनको अपने घर पर ले आया| घर पर आ कर मुझे पता चला कि इनके पास तो वो बैटरी ही नहीं हैं जो मेरे घर पर लगी हुई है| उन्होंने मेरे को बोला कि श्रीमान जी अभी हमारे पास T.T. बैटरी नहीं है और ये बैटरी हमारे पास 2/05/2016 तक आ जाएगी| मैंने कहा कि अभी आप रहने दो जब 2/05/2016 को आपके यहाँ पर नई बैटरी आ जाएगी तब लगा देना| फिर मैंने राजवानी जी को फोन किया तो उन्होंने भी यही कहा फिर 2/05/2016 को मैंने राजवानी जी को फोन किया उन्होंने फोन नहीं उठाया| 2 के बाद 3 को, 3 के बाद 7 को, के बाद 9 को, के बाद 12 को, के बाद 16 को और उसके बाद आज तक न उन्होंने फोन उठाया और न ही बैटरी बदली गई|

                  उसके बाद मैंने su-kam के ग्राहक सेवा केंद्र के नि शुल्क नम्बर पर फोन किया तो उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि श्रीमान जी आपने अपनी बैटरी हमारे सर्विस इंजीनियर को ले जाने नहीं दी| जबकि ऐसी कोई बात हुई ही नहीं| अब मैं उनसे पिछले 3 दिनों से मेरे बिल और गारंटी कार्ड मांग रहा हूँ जोकि वो ले कर गए थे| परन्तु अब वो भी नहीं दे रहे हैं अब आप ही मुझे बताइए कि मैं क्या करूँ|

                  मैं दिमागी तौर पर बहुत परेशान हो चूका हूँ मेरी आपसे यही गुजारिश है कि आप इस कंपनी के खिलाफ लीगल कारवाही करें ताकि ये कंपनी दोबारा किसी भी ग्राहक के साथ ऐसा न कर सके|

                  1. क्या कंपनी का प्रोडक्ट इतना खराब हैं की 18 महीने में ही ख़राब हो गया ?
                  2. क्या कंपनी सभी ग्राहकों को इतना ही परेशान करती है या मैं पहले हूँ ?
                  3. जब कंपनी अपने प्रोडक्ट की सर्विस नहीं दे सकती तो फिर बेचती क्यों करती है ?
                  4. क्या कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर पर पूरा सामान नहीं होता ?
                  5. क्या राजवानी को ये पद देना चाहिए ?
                  6. कंपनी अपना प्रोडक्ट मार्किट मैं क्यों बेचती जब कंपनी का सर्विस सेंटर इतना ग्राहक को सर्विस नहीं दे सकता
                  7. क्या कंपनी के सर्विस सेंटर पर कंपनी का कोई कंट्रोल नहीं है
                  8. कंपनी ग्राहक का असली बिल और गारंटी कार्ड क्यों ले कर जाती है ?
                  9. क्या कंपनी चाहती है कि ग्राहक उस पर कोई कारवाही न करे ?
                  10. क्या कंपनी ने कभी ये जानने की कोशिश की कि बगैर इंजीनियर विजिट के शिकायत कैसे बंद कर दी गई ?

                    [protected] is the complain number regestered on 7th May. Your turn around time is 2-3 days. Is there a ra as on why its been such a long time without any progress? I have called your team several times only to receive false assurances.

                    Your team has successfully manages to convert a happy customer into irate customer.

                    This is very bad customer service. I need someone to visit my home asap. You already missed the TAT.

                      I purchased a sukam inverter and battery in december 2014 with two years warranty from their dealer a. S. S batteries (Bill no 423). From last week of april 2016 the battery is not giving backup. I filed a complain with sukam (Complain no [protected]) on 2 may and they assured the problem will be resolved in 48 hrs. It's been more than a week and the problem still persist. On may 9 when i spoke to their executive mr. Govinda bhargav, he is giving blunt response.

                      We request sukam to give us the service for what we have paid.

                        Purchased home ups on 2014/04/14 and itscarries2 year warranty for the complete unit and 7 year warranty for the transformer. The complaint started on 2014/10/05 - the sp open the device and started beating relay's in pcb with screwdriver handle, after that unit start working. Next year near about august the unit was getting over heated and there was scrappy noise from the cooling fan. But due to some personal emergency not able to give the complaint immediately. On 2015/11/01 raised complaint and the sp attended the call and said he dont have the cooling fan right now with him, give a complaint again for this after some month's. Then raised 2016/03/12 -cn- [protected] and marked as resolved without attending on 15th. Then on 21st - [protected] - got a call on 25th from a sp saying he will attend the call between 11am and 2 pm on 26th. Then on 26th even after 4pm no response form sp, when i called him, he start shouting to me, he had some person work, then i asked him why can't you to inform me early. Then start saying some non sense and he called me i am a mad person that's why purchased this product. For this all giving complaint on cc, mr pawan said, will arrange call back within an hour also committed to me he will initiate the misbehave issue to the high authority. Next day 27 sp attended, but he is not known person even to open the device properly, he somehow put screw driver in between cover and open. Same time some parts of the body broken, all screw holes where broken, then he somehow removed the fan from the unit and applied oil after removing the sticker from the brush less fan. While switch on the device fan was not working then he beaten the device and start slowly working. For such repair i asked him to replace the fan, then he said, similar type fan's are not available in the company. Same time he prepared the job sheet. I mentioned all the stories happened at the time of repair and very clearly mentioned i need a replacement for the fan. But on 28th complaint marked as resolved. Again complaint with mr pawan from cc committed with me saying, "will give an extended warranty of 6 month from the replacement of the cooling fan" and raised another complaint. 2016/03/28 - [protected] - when i enquirer cc on 2nd april, i come to know that the complaint rejected due to the un availability of the fan. The same happened again on 2016/04/02 - [protected]. 2016/04/08 - [protected] and this complaint where attended on 16th april, the sp who carry a fan which is triple size more than the existing fan in the unit. He try to put the fan down of the pcb that wont cool the heat sink, so i deny him to put the fan over there. Then he remove the existing fan and remove the clip/connector from the fan wire and directly connected to the 80ah battery and shown me the fan is working. He put the fan back and on the device which he come to know the fan was not working. Then he beaten the unit with screw driver handle and start working. He told me the fan is working he start preparing the job sheet, i deny to sign until and unless the fan get replaced. Then he said the fan is working fine the problem with your pcb. I will carry the device and check from there service center, for this he deny to give the letter that he is carrying the device. So i deny him to take the device. Within 2 min i got sms saying the service complaint was resolved. Very next day the device was worked for 2 hr and its too hot, same time i called the service person who attended previous day and asked him to check. That time he said, "now your unit is out of warranty if you need the service you have to pay, i know the fan and the pcb where not working properly" for replacement of those thing i have to pay rs 2000. For these all information mailed to the sukam customer care, gurgaon service manager. No response from them. Again on 2016/04/18 - [protected] is my regarding all those issue then one lady, she not even ready to tell her name says if i need service i have to pay 150 as service charges then spare parts i have to pay extra.

                            I bought this battery before 4 month(may 2015) and it just give 2 hours of backup for One fans. I raised complaints various time to the dealer & call centre but no one listen me. they say someone will come and will send report then battery will change. But issue still persist. Please help me.                               Had bought a shark model 850 va inverter on may'2014. Within 1 year of service its process control board (Pcb ckt) has been replaced twice.
                              Now the same problem arises again and upon confirmation from the su - kam service engineer it has damaged once again.

                              As iam residing away from my home, my father is facing lot of trouble due to this.

                              I want urgent replacement of the product.

                              Hence, requesting you to look into the matter and do the needful.

                                I had bought inverter shiny 850 model. it stopped working all of a sudden. complaint no [protected] registered on 4-08-15. no body has called back till date. from the toll-free ppl, i got mr. titto s phone no(he is supposed to be a technician ). That guy is awesome!! He never picks the call. I mean NEVER!!I wish i had nt bought this shiny inverter thing

                                  I bought this inverter +battery 1 years back and it just give 2 hours of backup for 2 fans. I raised complaints various time to the dealer & call center but no one listen me. they say someone will come and will send report then battery will change. But issue still persist. Please help me.                                     I am having 7.5 KW sukam inverter and 5000 W sukam's solar panel with charge controller. From june 2014 i am facing backup problem, after launching many complaints i got the service for which i was charged 8500 rs, though the engineer assured that it has been fixed but it was not so. Again when i launched complaint the engineer came and asked me to change the battery, i did that but no improvement was seen. I have launched many complaints-24/05/2015-[protected] 05/06/2015-[protected] 10/06/2015-[protected] 19/06/2015-[protected] and many more complaints before, those records are deleted from my phone.after launching complaints i get the service and those engineers assure me that the problem has been solved but it arises again.I have a good battery but even i am unable to get backup. so i request you to go through this and try to fix this as early as possible by providing a good service with a good engineer.                                       I have purchased a Sukam inverter (model: CN150AH) with sukam battery on 28th April 2012 from Jaya automobiles, Calicut, Kerala. Now the inverter stopped woking suddenly, I lodged a complaint (complaint no: [protected]) regarding this on dated 04/05/2015 and at that time I got the assuarance that my complaint will be attended within 48 hrs. Even after 15 days no one has turned back for the service after repeated reminder. Every time we call they say by tomorrow they will send the concerned person. We are really feedup please do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Hello Sukam, G8 company, Big Brand & having a BIG branded customer like Indain airlines, Taj, The leela, SBI, OBC, HSBC bank, HCL, Maruti, Herp Honda. Good but have you ever thought about individual customer. how many complain are pending of individual customers. No problem battery & inverter are a machines they can replace & if there is any service require then you will manage but what about FRAUD. Yes Fraud by one of your distributor. My self Hitesh Goswami & because of my wrong decision I buy a 18 month validity battery from one of your distributor in Gurgaon just after 11-12 month it was not working so one of your guys check my battery & told me that my battery comes with 12 month validity then I show him the bill & he told me that your distributor make FRAUD with you & now he don’t want to see me neither replying. I told many times for same in sukam company people. But they are also talk like me that it’s all was my mistake why I purchase SUKAM inverter. they just told me that they also can’t help.then they should tell me Bhaiyaa who can help now. I just want my inverter against which I give money to sukam distributor & before battery I want action against this type of fraud distributor. Now be a good businessman & take action against the fraudy distributor if, if you have any respect for your customer. just show the real business sir, , , . This type of fraudy distributor not required in our clean INDIA. I am following with many of your employees from last two months also in sec-10 office, but not got any result I am waiting for your positive response. Regards Hitesh Goswami [protected].
