[Resolved]  Sukam — not attend the complaints

i had purchased sukam invertor (850) fulkon-i, battery, ups of yours company but i am sorry sir that your company is not fulfill the stanards that i hoped .
and your customer service ceneter employs such as Mr mathur, Mr Sanjay kaushik that not attends the complaints of your customer that make a bad empressions of your company i had lodged complaint regardings to my invertor, battery, ups form last 1 year but till now my complaints is not attended .
My latest complaint is lodged on 5th march . And Mr Sanjay Kaushik[protected] the represenative of complaint attender that they will send to person to solve my problem on 7th march 09 but they not come &Mr Mathur ( [protected], [protected]) who comes to kalka region as per his job concern but he always cuts the customer phones when they calls to attend their problem after they lodged complaints.
