my smat cad no., r [protected] today Dth has been installed at my residence by Zippy Associates Madurai.Even 6 hours after installation, it has not been activated.When i contacted them the reply a lady staff gave me was highly irresponsible.She said their job ends with installation and thereafter i should contact Chennai for activation and gave me the number.I regret to say that in the present situation wnere there is high competition in this field such replies will hamper your name.I request you to look into this at the earliest and i must add i am really disapointed withe service.
i totally disagree with the above comments...
we are using the sun diect since it was launched and service is too bad, not working properly it runs only 1 or 2 hours after that dispaly showing service is scrambled and there is no channels to view

Hi i am facing e16 error from 15 days. Tell me proper solution to remove this problem.
This sun direct guys are cheating. They are deducting channels from the list. their customer care center numbers are not working... be aware society...

YES...SUNDIRECT IS CHEATING KERALA !!! They deleted my three packages - Venus, Mercury Plus & News Bouque before one month expiry date.Now I could not even contact them at[protected] or [protected] or their Ernakulam office[protected]/998/999 ).First two numbers are permanently engaged.Office numbers are ringing, but no one taking phone.Website access is also very difficult.Account Recharge, Package Activation/Deactivation not at all possible.I request all customers to respond sharply to this cheating.

Worst service i ever came across. Actually customer care service requires some cost to be spent on, but then on if their officials dont even know about the packages that exist within SUN then they should be ashamed of themselves to work there... and SUN should be ashamed to posses such dealers.
I bought from chennai MST Enterprises, and i preferred Hindi package and still i am getting basic tamil package. And there is no source to contact SUN Direct and by mistake that wonder happens then they tell some bluff reasons or they tell to contact distributors and distributors tell contact customer care.
I later called up the man who came to fit the connection, and asked him to explain the difference between tamil package and hindi package. he tell that in tamil u get vijay and raj and in hindi u dont get them, Such ignorant fellows. I consider SUN has thought that by making it cheap, they can do what ever they want, customer are foolish slaves who will suffer once amount is received.My card id r[protected].
I am tired trying to contact customer care number.

Sun DTH service is the worst service, it is cheating the people of India, to make quick money. It should be banned by the central Government. I too am an unfortunate customer of sun tv DTH service and whenever I tried to contact them, the helpline is always busy. Fit for nothing service. They are luring the customer by showing attracting prices and advertisements in the TV.
Yes, I been calling this customer are number[protected], but getting busy tone. I have tried more than one hour every day from April 20, the result was same. Please make sure before you buy SUN DTH you get written agreement from them that any defualt on their side should have compliant number to address this issue and regulate this kind of reckless service by SUNDTH. Can any one bring this to consumer court, we could joinly elect one person to fight for our rights.
