sundirect smart card no.[protected], please advise i have subscribed channels ZEE, ZEECINIMA, STARPLUS, SONY, STAR GOLD, one month ago for 6-month but since yesturday disappaire those chanels.

regarding above i have called several time and i have send e-mail to costomer care also beut i did not get any response from them.

I bought sun direct in chennai in first week of this month (May). There was no signal. Error message was "LNB overload". Sun dth customer care people told me to contact the dealer who installed the dth. This error rectified after 2 days after repeated calls. This reflected in my mobile bill extra Rs.200/-. Yesterday the Adaptor did not work. I spoke with Sun dth customer care people and the dealer also. A lady spoke from sun dth customer care. She did not even know what is adaptor. But there is no proper response till now. Dealer gave me a mobile number to contact, again that number gives another number...I think I have to purchase a new adaptor. The dealers/agencies are interested only in selling for money. Worst after-sale service.

there is no signal for the past 12 hours.
tv shows only searching for a signal.
recharge validity time is for 19/7/2010.
kindlly rectify it.

sundirect/dth tv — no service & worst reply from customer care

i recharged the tv for Rs.650 on august 10 & from that date to till now i am not able to see any single channel & i was complainting from last 4months & i lost Rs.100 for this calls only but zero response from sundirect & how these people doing marketing in india, i don't know? THEY WONT RESPOND TO YOUR CALL OR EMAIL. THEY WONT UPDATE YOUR DISH.

Sun Direct DTH — no customer care

Sun direct dth has recently changed their satellite . due to this dish has to re set. no channel is visible unless this re set has attended. they advertise through tv that they will do it free of cost. Last two months I am keep on calling the sun dth customer care ([protected],[protected] they told me they will send the technicians .But till date nobody came. It is not possible to view any channels. If you are going to buy new DTH dont buy SUN DTH.

The worst DTH service in india is SUN direct.Pls dont take it...There is no proper customer care and the channels go off air anytime.Is there anyway to get the money back on the DTH instrument.
It is high time cunsumers should form a forum and demand money from these thiefs

Sun Direct unable to turn antenna to provide service for the past 45 days. Poor service system at hyderbad.

SUN direct DTH service is very worst at UPPAL X road dealer V2 electronics, there is no response from phones. I got very bad experience from V2 electronics.

My advice to all the TV viewers do't go for SUN DIRECT DTH.

A Massage has been appearing hardly running after 10 minutes can u tell me that what's this problem either hardware of software.

According to my opinion sundiect is the worst service provider in the world. I am from Delhi complaint after complaint there is no response from the service side. plases try to provide best service so people can stand with sundiect. my connection no is [protected]

lasts saturday(02/08/14) i was complaint about my sundirect dish signal problem but still no response from customer care department also i want to complaint about mr chandrasekar service head i called him more than 50 times he not pick the call even one time very bad service from your end dont keep this way just do the your job for customers.RAMESH [protected]
