TATA Indicom — fedup promotional scheme
Hello, I am santosh having tata indicom phone. I have Rs90/- Bal in my prepaid card. before some day when I was having only Rs2/- bal no one promotional call or sms have on my mobile, but now I fedup when my balance is increase thay calling me I mently trouble with this service. What I do?And second there is scheme on new lifetime prepaid sim card is 50 Paise local call, I want this service on my number which is old. but they don't give this promotional service on my old num. againg What I do????

No network in Thane area... even other areas is bad. Facing thr problem since 2 months.When customer service is called they dont give a complaint number and say it is being forwarded to the technical dept. but so far no one has contacted and the problem persists. When I ask for service request num they say they cant provide it.
TATA Indicom — Billing Problem
My Name is Ashwini Mathur and my land line no. is [protected], we have received bill of amount Rs. 5111/- for duration 15 March 09 to 14 April 09 for which we have made complaint on 121 - customer care, they identified this problem as some other phone line has been connected to our phone but till today no action has been taken and our phone has been disconnected.Regulary tata indicom executives harrasing us for the bill payment. From last 6 months tata indicom levied our bill with caller tune and downloading charges which we never opted and asked them to withdraw these additional services but no body is bothered about this.
Please suggest and help us to sort out this issue.
How can i increase my net speed.What is the maximum speed that i can get the maximum speed with the modem (type plug to surf).please mail me answer very soon.

TATA Indicom — 400 CALLS (APPROX.) FORFEITED
I had purchased One Tata Phone (Samsung Raga) with 1000 calls (validity 4 months)on 11/3/09 from P.S. Telcom vide CM No. 207.There is around 400 calls forefeited by your Co. on 16/4/09. Then I made complanied vide service request no. BAL[protected] on 18/4/09 & BAL[protected] on 21/04/09.
I visited your outlet today, then your executive explained that your a/c has been debited on a/c of callers tune on 15/3/09 which I have never made any request for the same. It is very shocking. You are requested to please look into the matter & reverse the forfeited calls to my a/c.

TATA Indicom — imposing walky telephone thro misrepresentation
Company's channel partner salesman Nitinkumar came home in March and stated that Tata indicom has started 3G services and broadband would be much faster and coerced me to take the wireless broad band connection and offered a Walky also on a refundable deposit of Rs 1299 and monthly rent of Rs 149. I told him I would take some time to think over the matter but he said the offer is valid only for the dayThree cheques of Rs 1299, Rs 2000 and Rs 1009 were collected with a promise that broadband would be connected in 5 days.The promised broad band connection never materialised.As I did not need a Walky as such, I wanted him to refund the cheque for Rs1299 but he did not.A Walky connection was installed at my residence.Seeing the way things have developed, I got the other 2 Cheques stopped thro bank.When I contacted tata telecom I am told that the amount of Rs 1299 is not refundable.This is a case of fleecing unsuspecting customers by misrepresenting actual facts.Iam now stuck with a telephone(No[protected] which I did not want
