TATA Indicom — blank calls from tata number
I am getting calls from 60604050 in hyderabad.Kindly help me in tracing the number. No body talks when picked up and when we call back its switched off all the times

TataIndicom Internet Services (tatacommunications) — No service and no refund
SirI Nikhil Aggarwal, resident of Chandigarh, had a prepaid internet connection, Username: [protected]@vsnl.net, with Tataindicom for past one year.
On 15 April, 2009 they removed the service in my area without any prior notice and even the customer care did not know about it.
I had an account balance of Rs.1340/- as on that day.
When customer care was contacted on 18 April, 2009, via complaint no. 9475358, they said it will be rectified, being ignorant of the same and closed the complaint without any confirmation.
When i contacted their Nodal officer north Mr.Srividya Iyer, at Nodalofficer.[protected]@tatacommunications.com they said the refund would be given from the day of disruption of service and their representative will contact me for the same.
After waiting for one month i contacted the Customer care on 24 May, 2009.
They said the refund will only be given for the balance remaining after the date of expiration of account 13, May, 2009 (Rs. 758/-) and no compensation would be given for the no-service period.
Also told that refund request has still not been taken up by the company despite earlier assurances by Nodal officer North, Mr. Srividya Iyer.
When the nodal officer was contacted via email on this matter they have still not responded.

I applied for the Tata Indicom USB internet connection (Plan value 325), for which I had paid a sum of cash 999/- Rupees to the Tata Indicom agent (Sarfaraz Mohd) on 30/02/2008. After some time I came to know that my application is not logged in there system (appl no 2281543) and when I asked Tata Indicom to refund the amount, they are saying the agent who collected the money has left job.
I asked them its Tata Indicom who has taken the money not the agent. Since that time I wasted lot of my time and money on calls to trace the fellow, but Tata Indicom never took it seriouly. They said it happened with so many costomers. Till date I am wating for the refund of the money.

Sir, Despite repeated assurances given by the Nodal Officer, Delhi TataIndicom, the dispute in unbilled units due to technical fault in instrument of Tata2Tata #[protected] has not been resolved till date and every month I am receiving the bill with the disputed amount. TATA Indicom — Cricket Pack Service
I am pawan Kumar and my tata indicom no is [protected].I am a customer of tata indicom last 3.5 years with this number.
On 2nd June I got a message from tata Indicom that
"Thank you renewing Cricket Pack Services."
when i call to customer care they told me that rs49 deducted from your account at night without your intimation and they can't revert back and extra rs49 deducted from your account one month before at 2 May.
<b>But i never subscribe for any this type of service.<b/>
After all they started this service but i never avail this or i never got a message of score
in this last month.
<b>And how can they renew this without my permission.<b/>
Please revert back me for more information.

TATA Indicom — how to change sim from post paid to prepaid
I want to chage sim from post paid to pre paid plan . but when i do this speed goes down surprisengly . all th suggestion are welcome from u all.TATA Indicom — Order for samsung cell phone from ichoose.in
I placed an order on ichoose.in on 24/05/09, The staus on your website says it would be delivered within 3-4 business days but it's more than 6 days. TATA Indicom — bill is coming despite of all the clearance and surrender of connection
siri have made all the dues clear and the connection was surrendered to one employee of the tata group
namely Ritesh mob no [protected], and the told me to break the sim card in front of him on 15th dec 2008.
the employee even made me talk to his senior and told me all your dues are clear now and now onwards no bill will come .
now after 5 months their advocate sends me a notice o[censored]sing the connection and not paying bill.
every now n then they are harrasing me in the phone.

i too am getting blank calls from 66164939 everyday after 5 pm. strange nobody answers when call is picked up. no point calling back as the call fails ( believe the line does not have incoming call facility).
