Our Phone No. [protected] is dead from approx. 08 Month. My complain no. is 47243 dt. 29.01.2009. Now till date our problems does not solved.

i have indicom prepaid mobile in uttarpradesh agra i am living in taj east road have a majour problem because not work proper tata network in my home ares and other ares work properly i complain many time tata coustumer prepaid number 12524 but have not received good reply and my problems not solve have 3 number tata prepaid and same problems for three numbers i don't no but i am not agree i want to clender my all numbers and refund me all my fund please action sson

TATA Indicom — Surphathon Offer looks to be ingenuine !!!

I had taken an internet connection from Tata Indicom at Patna on 20th Jan 2009. The mobile no is: [protected]. This connection was taken under Tata Indicom's “Surphathon Offer” which provides unlimited usage for 1st two months.

But, the plan got changed on 4th Feb 09 automatically (I had given no request). I have lodged complaint two times for the same problem. Complaint nos are –[protected] &[protected]. But, it is very unfortunate that till date I have not received any calls from Tata Indicom for this complaint. And the problem remains the same.

I am very much disappointed with the service commitment of Tata Indicom's “Surphathon Offer” and “Customer Care”.

I had taken this offer under commitment of 1st two months free usage and hence I should get it.

Whenever I call their customer care, they only lodge another complaint. But then they forgets about it & closes it after scheduled time. What an example of mis-commitment from such a big company !!!

TATA Indicom — sale of voucher on malafide and fake information

I brought a rechage coupne of tata indicom in last week of dec. 2007, the agent of tata indicom(coupen saler) told me that if you rechege your pohone worth of 2008 rupees, you will get the same full amount of talk time and five year talk time validity and free any tata to tata unlimited tolk time in Haryana untill 2013. but from last two month they cut my amount even on tata indicom mobile phone of haryana cercle.this is happen with all tata indicom custmers . the survice provider company did a froud with their custmer in Arabs of rupees so I request to you, company must give us tata to tata free call facility untill five years as they promised to us and this contract between a custmer and company based on sms so we have nothing to show against this company froud.I request please help crors of citizen
