helo, siri have tata walky talky phone..its no 6479394.its was broken.i went tata indicom coustmer care in rdc, raj nager at ghaziabad.meet with mr. amit he said u buy ne phone.i told ok i will buy new phone.but i wana same phone walky talky.but mr amit said u naver buy this phone.bcos this phone allotted new conection.u buy simple phone...pls solve my problm.bcos when i was buy this phone then ur company employ said that when ur phone was damage then u can but same new phone.but u will have pay for this.not free..

But i have a complaint against your employee who is working in TATA- COCO @ sector 8, chandigarh.

she is open my account without my permission or my enquiry and given the all details to opposite arrival..
On 4th July 2009 at 4.05 pm ... and her ID is captured... and she is very misbehaved with me in the evening when
i asked why she had open my account...
and i have also complaint at customer care also and my SR number is :[protected]
This is very serious issue for me and my business...
Kindly take strict action against her otherwise i take legal action against you.
I want a feedback from your side within a week...

As per TRAI 256 kbps is broadband, however TTML selles 128 kbps as broadband.
Secondly no matter howmuch you complaint to the customer care they are not in the position to answer with regards to speed because even the technical person is not aware as to how it works.
But to brief you how it works in simple term is that TTML actually does bifircation of 1 line inot 4 or 1 inot 8 sers. In short just like lan. Which means a 512 kbps line is distributed in to 4 users from one port and thats is why the ratio is 1:4 @ 128 kbps and 1024 kbps is 1:8 @ 128 kbps.
This system is not applicabile with other service providers because their infrastructure is well built for internet when compared to TTML. Hopefully down the line when the are strong even 1:4 will be wiped out.
Hope this solves your query with speed. I have faced the same problem but have to sustain with it.
Whatever imparted to you is my research work after doing a lot of grilling with TTML technical heads, who will deny to impart this fact.
Incase if you have more in depth idea about it, then please let me know. I hope you agree with what i had to say.

I have my Plug to Serve, which was bought from M/S. C. L. Serwagi & Co, Dibrugarh. I am getting regular problem at the time of opening net. Frequently 721 erros has come. Tata Indicom Mobile — False Billing and very bad service
I have taken a Tata Indicom mobile under Indicom to Indicom plan for one numer.First thing is they have activated me a wrong number which I have never selected and again when I asked to change my selected number they changed it after a week. Even for this fault from their end they charged me Rs.500 for the change of number.
The other thing is I have taken the connection for Indicom to Indicom free plan, but those Indicom staff activated wrongly and they haven't included my plan in Indicom to Indicom plan. For that I got around RS. 1650 billing which due to their negligency.
Lastly, I have never selected a caller tune for which they charged RS.30 per month.
When I asked all these questions to the dealer where I bought this connection, he is simply bypassing the time and not responding to me properly.
Please suggest me in which way I need to proceed.
