TATA Indicom — No Customer Service in Outlet in Avadi

Dear Sir,

I face a lot of problems with the Tata Indicom Shop in my Area. Its in Avadi, Chennai, tamil nadu, India.

Whenever I go to pay the Bills there is no proper response from the Tata Indicom Officials in the Shop which is held opp to Shaw Wallace. Once I went and asked for service in my Land Line. My Battery was dead. So I asked them to check my Land Line Instrument. They never responded to that and said We dont have any details Call 121/ and they never mind to take up the call whenever I call them. Also these guys never bothered to give me any information. They said they are ayuthorised only to collect the Bill.

I know they get the commission for their outlet depending on the amount collected stil they should do customer suport atleast respect the customer and hear their queries, They are involved only in bil collection and theyre not responding to any queriesm, But the Bill board and Name is highlighted as Tata Indicom Connect. Ive never seen a bill collecting shop like this before. And a big branded company whioch do not provide proper customer support to a customer using their product for 4-5 years.

I dont know if every Tata Indicom branch and outlets are like this which might make us fear to buy their products, If not I request Tata Indicom guys not to mentor the outlet to the people who only collects the money but also do some service, so that people would not fear buyin your products

I planned to buy Photon, But its fearful coz If there is any problem I dont have any Outlet nearby who could guide us to solve the query

Please advice if tata Indicom products are good to use and If they would have customer support shops in Avadi or area near by, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , ,

TATA Indicom — Unauthorised amount deduction

I purchase a connection which came with a promotional balance. I used that connection with nokia 6275 (handset) and so my promotional balance has been deducted with a message not using offer as per bundle offer.

After that i make a call to customer care for the same issue and they told me that this amount will not be refund, you need to recharge your phone and know you can use any of handset.

Then i recharged my connection with Rs 256 and i got 300 min talk time. On 18 june again my amount has been deducted with same message as above. I complain for the same with complain no. BAL07270918 AND i got a call from tata indicom on 21 june and they told that your amount will be refund to you today. But i havenot got that amount till. I called several time to customer care but they are not helpful. They use very poor language and provide wrong information.

Plz check the issue as early as possible.

TATA Indicom — Tataindicom prepaid Dealer

Sir, i am the retailer of Tataindicom prepaid cards & my dealer is stopped supplying me the prepaid card because i made complaint of his poor service to the head-office and he called me and said he will not provide me any voucher any more. I want to ask is it my fault to complaint the head-office for poor service. if we make complaint then it for them to improve the service not to stop our service. now help me what to do i had purchase easy (E-topup) sim & tata handset from the retailer.

TATA Indicom — compulsory take life time scheme

Sir,

When i purchased mobile of TATA Indicom there is only 1 scheme TATA to TATA free.so that i purchase tata indicom mobile. but without any intimation to any customer company has change the scheme for old customer & closed scheme of tata 2 tata free. If any customer recharge then plan automatic change to T 2 T @ 0.09 per minute. AT that time my mobile validity expired on 09.07.2009 & there is only 1 plang given by company is life time validity. In this plan call charges are too high. So i dont want to take this. when i call customer care there is no good response from him & said this i[censored] want to continue u r mobile u have to take this plan complusory. I have this number last 5 Years how can i change it.
