the same is my complaint as well. All my nearest frens n family, had switched to tata indicom phones just because of this plan. A sudden change in the plan was an unfair step from d company. We all will be forced to throw away our tata fones since d company has misused our trust in dis way. We expect d company to make some change in plans, giving due respect to its customers.

my tata indicom number is [protected]. i used online recharge facility of tata indicom on 10 oct 2009 and it failed but the amount i.e. Rs 101/- has been deducted from my account of which details are mentioned below Date-10-Oct[protected]Oct-2009) TO TRANSFER- Tata Indicom Payments Ref No.- MSBI[protected]IG11836661 TRANSFER TO [protected] Amount- 101.00 i immediately contacted customer care and registered my complaint ,complaint number is[protected] . also i submitted an online complaint on tata indicom's website complaint number is 113756. i have been told by customer care that the problem will be solved within 3 days and till date it has not been solved. and since last three days when i contact customer care they reply me everyday that it will be solved within 24 hrs. i m really fed up of it .please help me for getting my money back. I had cancelled my Vdata card no [protected] on 29 /09/09. This month I have again received a bill on that particular number. Req no is[protected] dated 29 /9/09. I had cancelled it in the tata galery itself at SV ROAD GOREGAON. I have not kept on hold so make it clear what ever it is .

TATA Indicom — Regarding inclusion unknown numbers to my bill and disconnect my phone
Sir,I have taken a tata indicom connection no.[protected] (Roaming plan of Rs.450) with unlimited incoming calls free during roaming as I have transferred from New Delhi to Vadodara and most of my family members are having Tata Indicom prepaid nos. I have taken that plan in the month of July nearly about 20th. When I joined my new assignment at Vadodara, I have received their first bill of Rs.696/- and before my due date they have disconnect my phone saying that I have crossed my limits. After submission of Rs.700/- at their Noida Sec-18, branch they have started my phone. Again in the month of Sept'09, I have shocked to received a message from Tata Indicom that a sum of Rs.2600 plus is due to my account and they disconnect my phone on 10th of October. Before that on two occasssion I have requested their customer care services to kindly send me itemised bills so that I am able to know the usage of my bills. I was shocked to received their itemised bill through mail or courier, nearly 80% of the calls were not made by me and numbers were not known to me. Sir, I am working as a Private Secretary in Indian Oil Corporation Limited presently posted at Vadodara Refinery, how, it could be possible for a secretary to make 30-40 calls in a day and most of the numbers were not known. When contacted Tata Indicom's Sec-12, I Block Market Office, their employees were also shocked to see the bills and they asked me to contact their Sec-18 Office but due to shortage of time I am not able to contact their Sec-18 office. On 20th October and 21st October, 2009, I have requested Tata Indicom through Email to send me the modified bill at the earliest and also informed them that I have disconnect their Mobile connection with sim card with me w.e.f. 10/10/09 as their executive is not able to accept my sim card without submission of my outstanding amount as shown in their bill. You are therefore, requested to look into the matter and resolve the case at the earliest.
TATA Indicom — Billing of tata indicom photon +
I have used 7.7 GB of my 10GB free plan from my tata indicom photon+. It is on a rental plan of Rs. 950 but they have charged a bill of Rs. 7433. I have been complaining them for 10 days but everytime they say that the complain will be resolved within 1 day but every thing goes in vain. I am fade up using their service. Please help me to give me justice. I am a student of class12 so internet plays a great role in submitting my online application form.
