TATA Indicom — did not get talktime

hello sir,
my name is devendra kumar gupta.i have submitted my documents before 31 may 2011 and according to offer sent on my mobile it was said that i will get a balance of 100 local min for 7 days.this offer was sent by tataindicom only.but it has been more than 15 days and i have not received my balance.the authorized executives are always extending the time period when i m contacting them.plz help me out.thanking you.

TATA Indicom — Automatically service subscribed & balance deducted

Dear Sir/Mam
I am re-registering this complain because, this was registered for a wrong mobile number & the above number is correct.
Jobs On phone service has been automatically activated by Tata Indicom from their end & deducted Rs-10 from my account on[protected].So 3 to 4 times I have been facing balance deduction problem from Tata indicom by automatically activating any services.When I called to the customer care they saying that you are activated jobs on phone service from your phone while I have not activated am using this phone for incoming only. when I ask for a complain ID they did not give & told me that more 7.45 rupees will be deduct because you have played a game on your phone while I have not played any game .They are doing this type of behavior with maximum people.All peoples are not so reach that they can donate Tata indicom to pay the salaries of the employees.I am totally helpless and mentally dis-satisfied.I am very poor man so please do something.I am looking forward for justice.

Tata Indicom should be punished for this type of corruption & my deducted balance should refund to me & negative balance which is wrongly going to be deducted by Tata indicom should not deduct.

I am Ramesh chandra sahoo.With high esteem it is stated that I do easy recharge from my Tata Indicom number [protected].In 7th/8th may I did easy recharge to a single number four times,but I got unsuccess error message but next day 200 rupees was deducted from my mobile.So balance should not be deducted because I got the unsuccess error message.I talk to the distributor & costumer care but they are not responding well.I am mentally very dissatisfied & help less.So I request you please do something.

But I got reply from tata tele that

I am a sufferer like Mr.Vaibhav Kaushik and may be many more probably, because how many such sufferers will have the opportunity of reporting here, such so-called activations. While i have not even used my mobile my money has been deducted. According to the customer care executive, I have activated value added service at 1.30 p.m.on 10/06/2011 WHEREAS I had no access to my Mobile - the true fact being that I was in my friday prayers inside the mosque from 1.20 p.m. to 1.55 p.m. for which I can produce a dozen witnesses.There was one more deduction same day for the so- called activation at the reported time 4.00 p.m.!
There seems to a basic problem in the activation billing which needs to be duly addressed by TATA INDICOM or TRAI.The company should trust genuine complaints rather than defending on a faulty system OR REDEFINE CUSTOMER CUSTOMER CARE !

no resolution has been provided to me. i am just not satisfied with you responses...i am feeling like being cheated...i am sorry to say that i may have to take any legal action in coming days as your executives are also ignoring my problem whenever i try to contact them.

TATA Indicom — Be wise and don't use Tata indicom

Tata photon is really junk choice .It is worth to spend some time on net and let others to take advantage of my mistake/experience.

First of all don't buy Tata photon. Service is sucks. Especially Kormangala branch Bangalore person name is ashfaq. They will make sure you visit their office multiple times since they think we are junk user of junk device. To activate my card I visited 3 times to kormangala branch. I found few more people like me was fighting with them. So You can consider this is their normal work culture. Even manager of that office was biggest looser and talk with customer as if we are beggar.

I quit thinking this may be just a casual mistake. But second time when I went to convert my prepaid to post paid connection. They are still working for this request. It looks like they want me to visit their office again since they have MS degree in how to frustrate customer.... Believe me, if I have choice to do one crime, I would like to shoot all those *** of Kormangala branch of Tata.

Tata sucks... so better don't go with sucking Tata.

TATA Indicom — Value added services

Tata indicom prepaid service providers are subscribing some unwanted value added services every month and deducting an amount of at least Rs.30-60 per each month and they renewing them without my notice.If we try to reach the customer executive regarding this on customer care no.,we have to waste our time at least 4-5hrs per day.Even though I tried, and spoke to one of their executives regarding this issue who had told me that he would unsubscribe all the unwanted services within 7 days.But not done and in addition the services are being renewed.There is no response even for online registered complaints.Can anybody help me in solving this issue

TATA Indicom — ACTIVATION OF SERVICE WITHOUT PERMISSION AND DEDUCTION OF CHARGES BASED ON THAT SERVICE

I have tata indicom number [protected].My complaint is due to the activation of service by the company without any permission from my side and repeatedly deduction of charges based on that service. When i complained to customer care i got no response from company for my complaints and till now when i am rechrging my account, they are deducting charges. The money has been deducted several times (Approximately total Rs 64) , from my account. I want to stop this now and I want my money back. Please help me.
