[Resolved]  Tata Indigo CS — Extremely Poor service by concorde motors Chennai

In my opinion any body who has not owned a maruthi brand car can comfortably buy this car.. I mean about the service. The car cruises @ 160km/hr without any effort without any shake or vibration to the steering. Excellent performance mileage etc., The worst of all is the service, a real pain in your neck. when i took delivery TATA indigo CS TN 22 BB 2750, they gave the delivery in the evening, after 1 week the bumper started fading slight bluish colour, the AC air regulating duct is very loose it never stays in its place even in slight bump it goes up, the clutch was so hard & i took it to the concorde motors the supervisor told i have done some painting work outside, i told it was 1 week old vehicle then they want me to report to the concerned sales person. Finally does it. And after a month the rear bumper starts fading the whole process starts again. What is more painful is the way these people speak. 2 Weeks before going for the first service the vehicle met with an accident and we need to replace the Fr. door and tinkering on the fender. Two weeks later i went there to leave the vehicle for service even at that time there was some small tinkering work due to minor accident and i told them to repair the same along with the service. The Concorde person started teasing me saying they cannot take up the vehicle bcoz it had met with accident. This is where i really went on my nerves, will somebody in my dreams come and say that this month you will meet two accidents. I have paid for the vehicle for my insurance if reqd. will pay for any damages who is he to abuse me. I DIDNT LEAVE MY VEHICLE FOR SERVICE I made a call to Anupam Mishra the head of concord Chennai. He promised me to get the work done and it was done. They said they will rotate the tyres and they changed the stepney. Third service – Before the third service there was no sound coming from the vehicles dash board after the service the AC was discharging heat air then again i went the next day something was not right with the heater they said they will change some parts and now the thermostat doesn’t work the blower started forming ice cubes preventing the air to flow the tyre got worn out in the inner side, I made a wise decision not to go to concord but instead to a brigestone dealer who did a computerised wheel balance. We also have got one more Maruthi 800 car which was purchased two years back before buying the indigo CS we had an esteem the service of maruthi was very very good infact we tried for dezire that was taking more than 3 months for delivery that’s why we bought this indigo cs. You can never compare the service of maruthi (MSM)Maruthi Service Masters - though the vehicles performance is not up to the mark, esteem after reaching 140 km/hr the steering starts wobbling and we feel the vehicle is slightly out of control Indigo CS is superb. Simple, I gave a complaint the boot is not locking properly and there is much difficulty in locking the concord guys without seeing the vehicle they said ALL THE INDIGO CS IS LIKE THAT. Whereas in MSM the supervisor will listen to our complaints and if we are not satisfied they will not deliver the vehicle. Tata motors they keep telling you to give 10 points if any body calls from tata motors HO but they are reluctant to do work. Please remember THIS IS " BUYERS MARKET & we are not living in the 1970's. Because of the poor service customers will teach a lesson...

service is very poor from tata motors.
There is one CONCORDE Service station in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad. Their service is too pathetic. I have been observing them for the past five years and they have never improved. Last week, my car (TATA INDICGO) got hit by a rock in the bottom of the diesel tank and as a result, their engineers have replaced the entire Disel tank. Prior to the delivery, they also did the water wash to the car. Within one day after the delivery (i.e., on Apr 5th, 2009) to my surprise, while I was driving on the road, the entire Engine Oil got spilled out from the car and some of it even fell on my wind shield. When I opened the hood, I noticed the entire engine oil got drained out. I called the CONCORDE emergency service number [protected] and as per the advice of their Service Engineer, the vehicle was towed to their service center in Sanathnagar at 8pm today (Sunday, Apr 5th).

BTW, their service engineers (Srinivas and others) in the body shop treat the customers like .
Concorde Motors in Chennai does a very shoddy job when it comes to Service. Hence, I bought my new Indigo CS GLX from VST Motors and they have done a WONDERFUL job with regard to SERVICING. I would recommend that ALL Tata Car owners should move over to VST Motors for servicing.
After using vehicles from Maruti and Hyundai, and tasting the sales and service levels. I am now a very proud owner of Nano. Though i am extremely confident about the product and TATA's, i am scared when i interact with your office personnel at Chennai both sales and service.

When i came to know about the allotment of the Nano vehicle, i visited your showroom and was the first from the Chennai city to pay the balance money, but it was almost after a month i was notified about the delivery of the vehicle after repeated follow ups. During the delivery of the vehicle, there were lot of papers and in the manual there is mention about certain things which as customer I should know, but your staff were not explaining the same and educating the customer. The employee's who face customers are not customer centric.

Today, 13th Sep 2009 - Sunday, i visited your service center at Inchambakkam for the first service of my car. Where my fears of picking the car from Concorde Motors came true. Being a Sunday, there was just 1 service advisor and customers were made to wait endlessly before they were attended. There were customers who were shouting as they were continuously called the previous day to collect the cars and when they come all the way from the city to the city outskirt where your service center is they are told that the mechanical jobs are done but water wash is pending. The customer, or for that matter anyone would be furious.

The service advisor Mr. Gopi who attended me, was very lethargic and to any query i asked told someone from the office will call tomorrow being a working day.

A thorough investigation and introspection from a customer standpoint would help understand the gaps in the service level of your organization. A survey from the customers and seeking their feedback would help to move towards necessary corrective action.

Coming from the house of TATA's you and your organization have a very great responsibility to maintain the credibility if not improve.

I totally agree with the above view of concorde motors...they are the worst service center i have ever seen...just charge for everything and not do any work.Above this most of the small parts will be broken and if we ask them they will say they are like that...

Very recently i got a strange problem with my Indica Turbo vehicle...While i am driving suddenly the engine will be pulled and will result in reduction of the speed of the vehicle.When i complained they sent a attender who came and checked my vehicle by driving and spent 45 mins and asked me to bring the car to the service center.When i took the car again they asked another person to check out and without designing the problem they said now the car is alright. But still i face similar problem and i am trying to take my car to some other service center.I strongly recommend everyone not to take their cars for servicing to Concorde motors.

I am living in Anna Nagar..Pls tell me if there are any good service centers.

The indigo cs ls car JH-10S-5333 which i have bought on 31st march 2009 from 'classic automobiles' Shashtri Nagar Dhanbad . I have bought this car for my personal use. It was about two month ago when my family members were travelling through this car from Ranchi to Tata (Jamshedpur) on the way on 11th june 2009 just before Chandil P.S Chawka District Saraikela an accident was held at 1:30 on highway .It was caused because the rear wheel were broken from the hubs due to mechanical manufacturing fault .
Ultimately the car in the speed of 70-80 km/hr the car rolled on the side of the road.In this accident my elder brother H.A. Mallick( so of BSEB) age 56-57 has been passed away due to accident and his wife and his wife is still under the bed under the treatment of doctor . Therefore I request to enquire all the matter releated duplicacy of motors parts brokenin the accident & please alot me a new indigo cs ls car.I have lost my brother in this accident& my sister in – law is stillin the bed .the entire paper of the vehiclesand the case no. is 129/08 at Chawka district Sarikela. I can sent all details of the accident if you need them as a prove.
Please take it seriously otherwise we will take the help of Judiciary court.

FRIENDS DONT BUY TATA INDICO CS THEY ARE A WORST BRAND EVER,SINCE I HAVE BROUGHT A INDICO LAST YEAR I AM ALWAYS FACING PROBLEM ,IT IS THE RPM OF THE VEHICLE AND ENGINE OF THE CAR IS ALWAYS HIGH AND HEATED VERY FAST.THRICE I HAVE VISITED THE SERVICE CENTRE THEY ONLY LOOT YOU,BECAUSE THEY CANT EVEN SAY WHY THE RPM IS HIGH EVEN WHEN THE CAR IS ON NEUTRAL.

Tata Indigo CS — valuables Items Stolen From my car

My Name is BINA SARKAR I have a Tata Indigo CS Glx whose Registration number is WB 24 K 4456.
I gave my car in RD MOTORS ,Kamarhati For some minute repaires ,I leave my some of the valuable Items in the car's boot that includes a Vodafone USB 3G modem , I keep those Items in the car in front of the service maneger of the service center.

When they returned the car after 3 hours The Vodafone Usb 3G modem was not there,And when I let them know About This they just told me that we cant do anything this types of stuffs happened i.e we told our costumers that dont keep valuables items in the car, these are the word of there costumer relation maneger and they did nothing simply nothing.
If the Reputed company like Tata are doing this I really Have to think again .......
