[Resolved]  TATA MOTORS FIXED DEPOSIT SCHEME — NON RECEIPT OF THE F.D. CERTIFICATE

ICICI — Non-receipt of IT certificate for FY:2008-09

Every year I use to get a lot of problem while I ask for provisional Income Tax Certificate against my home loan Account No.LBCAL[protected]. This year I applied online for the same on 11/07/08 and a service request no. SR72562416 was given after online booking with a massage in my screen that my request would be attended within 2 days. But in the next very day I obtain an e-mail that “We are currently unable to process your request. Please contact Customer Care for further clarification”. So, I wrote an e-mail to customer care stating the fact and got reply from customer care Officer Mr. U.V.Rajesh & Mr. Ashish Joshi that it will be delivered within 23rd July’08 . But till date I didn’t get it and if I failed to submit it within a stipulated time to my organization then they will start deductions in the head of Income Tax from my salary.

Last year also I face a lot of problem and ultimately got it after 2 months of repeated follow up.

MY HOME LOAN ACCOUNT NUMBER IS LBBMT[protected].
LOT OF TIME I REQUESTED TO ICICI BANK FOR OBTAINING IT CERTIFICATE.
SINCE FORM LAST ONE MONTH THEY HAVE NOT SENT IT CERTIFICATE.
I AM GETTING THE REPLY THAT THEY ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS THE MY REQUEST.

Ihave deposited cheque no110907 for Rs 20000/- in Hdfc bank Hazratganj branch for purchasing TATA MOTORS FIXED DEPOSITS, CHEQUE WAS DEBITED INMY SAVING A/C ON DATED 15.04.2009..As one month has been passed away i could not get its certificate. Pl take necessary action regarding the matter & inform me accordingly

Tata Motor Fixed Deposit Scheme — Non receipt of F.D. certificate

Deposited Rs 100000.00 through cheque No: 526028 dated 20.05.09 drawn on my Account No:[protected] under operation at HSBC Ballygunge Kolkata-700029 branch. The amount has been debited to my Account on 25.05.09. But till 18.06.09 I have nither received any acknowledgement from Tata Motors or its representative nor I have received my F.D. certificate. Further since I applied for three years deposit with interest to be paid monthly I am also antious to know the fate of the interest due from 25.05.09 to this period.

Still awaiting response from Tata motors on my complain Confirmation Code No: a3df4 and don't consider goes on well with the publisized reputation of the Organisation

I deposited Rs 100000.00 through cheque No. 526028 dated 20.05.09 drawn on my account No.[protected] HSBC, Ballygunge, Kolkata-700029 along with duly filled up application form on 20.05.09 at ICICI Bank, Ballygunge, Kolkata-700019 branch's ICICIDIRECT counter. The amount has been debited to my account on 25.05.09. The application was for three years with interest payment every month. But till date I have not received any receipt or any Cerficate. I did submit my grevienc on 19.06.09 Confirmation Code No. a3df4 and a reminder on 21.06.09. But both remained unanswered till date.
As such I would like to request you to look into the matter and take necessary remedial action on urgent basis.

TATA MOTORS must give the name of the Official and the Email address so that a depositor can contact him so the issues are resolved faster.

Dear Sir,
I have made a fixed deposit of Rs. 200000/= and had requested to send my monthly interest through ECS to my SBI Savings Bank A/C No. [protected] of Park Street Branch, Kolkata. According to norms I have submitted a cancelled cheque of the Bank in support of my A/c. But for the last two months i am in receipt of interest by cheque. This is creating a serious problem for me.
It is therefore requested that kindly send the Interest amount through ECS to my above mentioned Acccount.

I HAVE APPLIED THROUGH ICICIDIRECT.COM FOR TATAMOTORS FDSCHEME FOR Rs 20000 vide application no[protected] on 07/04/2009 but not received fd certificate so far pl do needfull

Yes many depositors are facing the issue. Even if your account number is correct they will mail the warrant and tell you ECS got bounced. The problem is Tata motors FD maintained by Link Intime and they will never respond to anyone. We enquired with them due to poor salary payment and shortage of workforce they are doing it specificaly to show thier anger with their managment.This is their website http://www.linkintime.co.in the sad news is they removed their contact information from their site.

I HAD APPLIED IN TATA MOTORS FIXED DEPOSIT @11% RS.500000/= IN THE MONTH OF MAR-09 I HAVE RECEIVED INTEREST ON FD UP-TO JUN 09 BY CHEQUE BUT FD CERTIFICATE FOR RS.500000/= [FOLIO NO 117875] IS NOT RECEIVED BY MY. I HAD SENT LETTER TO YOU IN THE MONTH OF MAY-09 AND SENT E-MAIL ON 5/8/09 TO YOU BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY FD CERTIFICATE NOR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM YOUR SIDE. THEREFORE ONCE AGAIN I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE SEND ME MY FD CERTIFICATE IMMEDIATELY.

It is seems to TATA MOTORS cheating the cusotmers, Please be aware you guys and start cheasing those stupid people now itself.
I know my friends 6 people who deposit the money tata motors, they supposed to get monthly interset but still they haven't recevied singal rupee, please be carefull with those guys.
