[Resolved] Tata Tele Services — Discontinuation of services | |||
I am a postpaid user of Tata Photon and has been using the same for the last 2 years. I had mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com; appellate.[protected]@tatatele.co.in; [protected]@trai.gov.in , but I didnt got any reply so far. Further I tried to call , Nodal Officer for NE circle, Mr Amit Bhatia , at his cell No.[protected] . On January 2013 , I got to know that, the Photon services will be discontinued from NE cirlce through tata customer care vide Interaction ID[protected]. I didnt got any intimation / notice has been served prior to discontinuing the services, while I keep on getting bills couriered every month . I am using services for commercial as well as personal purposes, post getting the information I am at total loss , since I am losing business due to this . Further , I have paid a sum of Rs 2500 against the dongle device, which will be of no use if the services is discontinued. Request to co-operate and arrange to refund the dongle amount. Yes, I Agree with Thanjavur.
TATA Docomo disconnect my internet service due to wrong document. then after I submitted correct document to TATA Docomo, but I am not getting internet service from last week. Service is so poor. I told this story to my friends, they will never purchase TATA Docomo 3G card in future.

This Telecom companies are using public money in this way actually they are cheating the common people of North East. Being a consumer I totally agree that TTSL should refund the amount paid against the purchase of the device. Most of the time during the service cycle their service quality remains poor.

Tata Docomo — FREQUENT DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE.
MYSELF SARWAN KUMAR THAKUR. MOBILE NO.-[protected] OF TATA DOCOMO,TAMIL NADU SERVICES. I PURCHASED THIS SIM ON 15th DECEMBER 2010. AFTER 15-18 DAYS MY OUTGOING SERVICE WAS BARRED. THEN I CONSULTED WITH RETAILER AS WELL AS C.S.M. THEY TOLD TO RESUBMIT COPY OF DRIVING LICENSE AS OTHER DOCUMENT WERE CORRECT WHICH WERE DUALLY SIGNNED BY "INDIAN AIR FORCE AUTHORITY". BUT ON 23rd OF JANUARY 2011,AGAIN THEY DISCONTINUED MY SERVICES. I CONFIRMED FROM CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN THEY ADVISED TO RESUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS.'MY QUESTION IS THAT IF MY DOCUMENTS WERE NOT CORRECT THAT TIME,THEN WHY DID THEY RECONTINUE MY SERVICES,SO I WANT MY OLD DOCUMENT RETURNED BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . OTHERWISE I HAVE TO TAKE HELP FROM CONSUMER COURT."
