Dear Sir, I have purchased a mobile from the mobile store last month. With the same i got the offer of free photo print from the Zoomin.com. but then not get the code for the same. I complain so many times to the mobile store but till today they have not taken any action against the same. for your information here i attaching my communication to mobile store. I purchased a mobile (Nokia 5310) from THE MOBILE STORE (Janakpuri, District Center, DELHI) on 28th June 2009, they gave me a Reliance GSM connection ([protected]) along with that. It had been six days (till now) and the sim still not activated. I go to the store daily and they tell that it will be done in half an hour... but its still not activated. I had a word with Mr Pankaj ([protected]), Mr. Virendar ([protected]), Mr. Deepak ([protected]). This is pathetic service by Mobile store. If they cant get it activated they should tell it clearly and stop selling connections from store.
I hope that the senior authorities will look into it and do the needful so that in future customer did not face any problems...

I have purchased a Nokia 5800 from their shop at Jayanagar. I have heard that Nokia reduced there prices and that why i went there. They gave me a box and i paid for the same. After reaching home i found that there was a slip inside saying "TV out feature Not Supported". I checked with Nokia customer care and they told me that the same is mentioned over the box also. On checking the box, i found that the sticker was removed (ripped off) so that customers won't notice it. Is this the right way to sell things by removing a notice from Nokia itslef and selling to us.
