[Resolved]  Tikona — Refund of Prepaid charges after Disconnection.

I have a complaint against Tikona Digital Network providing broadband services. I had subscribed to their Unlimited Plan for entire year with a Pre-payment. I got my services disconnected on[protected] and the equipment was collected by their person on[protected] for which I have the receipt. I was informed that the service charges for the unused services will be refunded and will take 30 days to process it. No Refund has been received till date.

I have lodged complaint with the company at periodic intervals and the complaint numbers are:

1-[protected]

Whenever I call I am informed that your complaint is under process or they issue a new complaint number.

You help in resolving this would be highly appreciated.

Please go through the trail mails.

I have been following up with Tikona for last 3 months now. Still no concrete answer is received from Tikona.

Tikona is not in a position provide me the services nor disconnecting/closing my account & providing me the refund o[censored]nused data on pro rata basis. I presume that I have given enough time to Tikona to revert on this case but nobody in Tikona have flair for Customer delight.

I need to know what is the lead time to close all this & when I can get refund if Tikona is not in a position to provide me services.

What I suppose to do in this case???

Upon your reply I will to escalate this further or not.

Hope you are the right person I am approaching for this case or otherwise let me know the person responsible for this activity.

See attached herewith instrument collection sheet for your ready reference. The same was collected on 7th Feb., 2012. No one called me as of now for so called "Final Confirmation"

Hi,

This has reference to the subject request & A/c. No. trailing mails

Please note that I have sent cancellation & refund request No.1-[protected] of service ID No. [protected] on 8/11/11 due to no network availability from Oct., 11 onward.

As per telecommunications with your customer care Representative I got confirmation that I will get my refund within 25 working days. In fact, I got 2 call backs for confirmation of cancellation.

Till date I have got no update on my request accept below mail from Nodal office that my request has been forwarded to the concern department.

Please note that my cancellation request on is on account of " No network available & Tikona was not able to provide the services to me after using approx. one month of service."

It is almost 4 months now that no service is available to me & no proper justification or no one from Tikona contacted me to explain why Tikona can not provide services to me. Which means Tikona is using customer's money without providing the services.

I also regret to mention that the service level of Tikona specially being a service provider is no where near to the basic standards. I will never recommend Tikona to any person or individual.

If Tikona wish to provide me the services then the services should start within next 48 Hrs, from now onwards. Failing which it is considered as Tikona can not provide services or requested to refund the balance amount lying in my account on pro-rata basis as much I used Tikona's services.

Please note that I am referring this case to "Consumer court" also. Hence. requested to reply within prescribed time limit.

I personally upset by the services provided by Tikona.

The subjected request made on 8/11/11 for disconnection as "Tikona was not able to provide the services in my Area".

Now it is more than 50 days lapse but no action has been taken.


I neeed to know when this matter will be closed & when can I get my refund back.
