[Resolved] Tikona — Cheating case in billing and non connectivity | |||
This is to bring to your notice, that I had taken Tikona broadband connect as a plan unlimited from June 2010. It was never unlimited. from August I started facing problems of connectivity and I made several calls to their call centre but no one attened it. One fine day they sent one engineer and he told me that there is a problem with their tower from where I is to get signal and he went off. after that I was forced to by Tata Photon paying 2500 as my work is whole time on internet. This month November 6 th I get a call from Manisha and she said to pay Rs. 700 for July and the remaining will get waived off and we will start the connection again. I gave a cheque from ICICI bank for Rs. 700 ch. Number 945787 dated 10 th November and the cheque got cleared from account on 18 th November but till today no one is helping me in connecting my broadband back. They are avoiding my calls also. Can you help me in this please? this is clearly cheating or else I will move to consumer court.
