Dear Sir, I purchased a ladies wrist watch(Fast Track) at a titan showrom(Address mentioned below) on 23 Dec 07 to gift to a friend.On the same day we gift wrapped it to present it her.Due to christmas holiday's,we were able to give the gift our friend only on 31 Dec 07.When we opened the gift, to our surprise the watch had scratches on it.So,we two girls(Me & My friend) decided to exchange the same & went to the showroom today i.e,02 Jan 08.I approached the same guy in the showroom with whom we dealt at the time of purchase who directed us to his senior Mr. Lekhan.These guys were very much aware about the scartches on the watches,so even before looking at the watch he said it cannot be exchanged & said that we have come to manipulate things.Mr.Lekan did not had the decency to talk to us properly,spoke to us very rudely& harshly & when we asked to behave properly he said 'Aap apna number dijiye,aapse hum tameej phone par seek lenge'. My complaints are 1)They duped us with a damaged watch piece. 2)The guy with whom we dealt at the time of purchase didn't speak to us which cleary indicates that he was aware of our complaint & the damaged watch piece 3)His senior Mr.lekhan behaved very rudely & shouted at the top of his voice in the showroom although we were just requesting to exchange the watch with another one. If at all we were on the wrong side,i wouldn't have gone to the showroom to exchange it. My Request: I want the damaged watch to be replaced at the earliest & a proper training be given to the guys in the showroom about the etiquetts of handling a customer. First of all i suggest to all of you that never buy any titan product, because these wrist watches never gone through quality test.
Instead of that prefer other brands like CASIO, TIMEX.
Let me tell u Casio is one of the best and trustable company in making wrist watches.

I bought a fast track watch just 6 months ago SR.NO. 1230SL03 PRODUCT CODE N835, From Smart Mart Stores Pvt.Ltd. I-40, Lajpat Nagar-2, New delhi-110024 . dated 05/12/08 .There is no problem with the functioning of watch. But the problem is with the Lether Belt. The Belt becomes dull Loose a color and the WATCH looks very ugly.The shop keeper gave me warrenty of lether Belt of 1 year. but the watch's Belt got crack itself in 4 months. when i complaint this to show room manager he said that no warrenty of strap.That time i stay Delhi, Now my posting at bhopal...
my question : is this is the quality of fasttrack ??

Titan Wrist Watch Product No N168B — case dial carved
i Have been gifted the wrist watch before four years but because of i was using the another one i started to use before one year only how ever the shining of the belt and a cas dial has become dull and i am sure that this can be happen due tp poor quality control of the material during inspection the course of action to be taken may please be advised at the earliestbharat lehru,

I am planning to buy a fast track watch but i have changed my mind . Titan improve the quality of stap and alos the attitude of the persons in contact with the customers.

i had parchase fasttrack watch on 27/08/2009 from your authorised dealer 'Z SONS' at surat when i parchase there was heavy rain in surat so i put my watch in cupboard. after 20 days i saw my watch it was completely out of order so i went to Z SONS shop and told them to replace my watch the owner of the shope told that you are illiterate thats why you talking like this i told him that iam doctor than he started using bad words and told me that iknow that doctors are doing unneccesary blood report and doing unethical practice and ultimatly he told me to get out of his shop now question arise that is this a genuine service to customer my fasttrack watch model no 4060pv02

i again would like to invite to attention that i have brought titan watch (Fast track) on april/2009 form Salimar Bagh New Delhi -88, this watch not give correct time i repair this watch 4 times form the authorised dealer but the problem has not been short out so you are requested to take necessary and satisfactory action in this matter. orther wise i would be compail to go through other option RTI or consumer court.

I have purchased the fast track watch from Indraprasth store in Borivali (Mumbai) there is no problem with the watch but the belt was broken after 6months from the purchase and when i had been to the store he told me the cost of the belt was 700 and the i purchased the watch for 1200. IDoes it make any sense ??????? dont know whether he was right but he offered me a new watch with 25% disc. if i return the old watch.
I think the titan should produce good belt because if the belt doesnt last long than whats a point on spending high amount.

Titan ,11654M02 — colour is light and stop at regular interwal
i have bought a titan watch model no.11654M02 in charana times jajpur road orissa on 14/9/08. but after three to four month its colour is starting light and watch is stoping after a time of interwal.so i go to these shop in a warrantey period then he says you wear some more time but before one year a warrantey period we are replace of your watch.But at meantime my transfer in BOKARO steel city Jharkand and i go to a word of titan in city centre sector -4 then he says i am not chane your watch because it is not buy in word of titan centre.so i go to a another shop of titan broker in city centre sector -4 .then he told me we are replace your watch under warrantey period so you give me watch and we are send to titan care its is taken 30-45 days .then he wright our complain and take my watch 02/09/2009 but till date he is not given our watch when i go in this shop then he says just weight some more days .but till date he is not given my watch.AWDHESH KUMAR SINGH

i buyed a fast track watch just before six months it is water proof and also with considerable features but its not working today i didnt expect such problem too early iwant to know it where it can be serviced
the titan watches only work in warranty period and it creat problem after each month
