but no response received from paytm service provider although i have written to him.

've recharged my number [protected] with online recharge from uninor website. Only message have come that I've recharged. But my balance has not updated. When I try to call customer care complaints sections (198), they are not taking my call, simply my call is getting disconnected. I've done recharge for Rs. 170 & 340 twice on[protected]. Till now my balance has not updated. Please take necessary action on it.

I am using Uninor network mobile no [protected]. I was recharged online on[protected] at 12:20 PM. I got my deduction Msg from ICICI but i didn't got recharge so kindly help me to get my payment. I was recharge 149 rs. I have done complain to Uninor customer care many time but they didn't give me proper answer.
