[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — Non receipt of cash from ATM

Dear sir/Madam,
Myself Ramakrishna i used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at ICICI BANK ATM (MIDC, Andheri Near TransTrade center) on 15th april 2009 with Transaction Id: S3485898 . I have requested for withdrawl amount of Rs.5600-, but i am not recive, where as my A/C shown debit of Rs.5600-. I have given written complain at My Account holding branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 50 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.5600- back.

Dear concern person,

Myself Abhijeet Y Deshpande have used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at AXIS BANK ATM on 16 th December 2008. I have requested for withdrawl Rs.20000/-, but got only Rs.12000/- with receipt of Rs.12000/-, whereas my A/C shown debit of Rs.20000/-. I have given written complain three times at nearest branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 80 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.8000/- back.
Non receipt of cash from ATM

Myself mohit vijan have used my UBI ATM card No.[protected] at BANK of broda ATM on 15th apral 2009. I have requested for withdrawl Rs.1300-, but i am not recive, whereas my A/C shown debit of Rs.1300-. I have given written complain at nearest branch & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 10 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre no is alos of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.1300- back.

Note : Sir I was fax this later as on 05.05.2009 to the Union Bank of India towards with the ATM Sleep but till that they didn't take any action so i request you to please check this transection and reverse Rs.1000/- to my account at the earliest.

I have requested for withdrawl amount of Rs4000-, but i am not recive, where as my A/C shown debit of Rs.4000-. I have given written complain at My Account holding branch at UBI/Egmore & they also have forarded the matter to ATM cell as per their record, but post 18 days of written complain, I have not received my amount. I have submitted all the details required. My account No. is [protected]. Banks customer care centre No. is also of no use as nobody replies. Please have a look into the matter so as to get my cash of Rs.4000- back.

Dear Sir,

I Ramesh Baburao Kadam account holder in your bank (Union BANK of India) branch Princess Street, MUMBAI, viz account number [protected] debit cum ATM card no. [protected].

I used dated (2nd April, 2009) Union bank ATM machine in Vashi & found that your ATM machine was out of order, ultimately next I went to ATM Axis Bank, Vashi, Near Thakkar Tower.

I gave the command for Rs. 2000/- & found Machine was in process but my request has denied and l couldn’t get the cash, finally I received a receipt the access is denied without money transaction.


Next day when I checked my balance at UNION Bank of India ATM, Thane (E) it was shockingly found the amount has been debited of Rs2000/- form my account.



Immediately I gave application to Union bank Mr.POWAR the person who is looking our company, s (Surelock plastics pvt ltd, Rabale, Navi Mumbai) salary accounts as well copy to Axis Bank on dated 06.03.09 through Mr.Powar (copy of that letter is attached, ) he told me that your money is safe & will be deposited in your account within 25 working days.

But after one month when I check my balance no money was deposited on my account, then I called again & asked Mr.powar that time he gave me call centre number [protected] & told to register complaint.



After calling on [protected] they gave me Complaint Numer 11752 (29.04.09) & repeated same story that Mr.Power told your money is safe & will be deposited back in your account within 25 working days.



Again after one month the same story repeated & call centre gave me second complaint number 25114 (13.06.09) & reapeted same story that Mr.Power & call centre told, your money is safe & will be deposited in your account within 15 working days.



After 15 days the story repeats this time call centre told me it requires another 15 days your complaint is in process you will get your money soon.



After 15 days when I checked my balance at UNION Bank of India ATM, Thane (E), no amount was deposited then again I called to [protected] that time they told me the above story and gave me third complaint number 38618 (18.07.09) & told this time you will get your money within 15 days without fail.

But no amount was deposited, again they told me another 15 days required, finally I called yesterday (26.08.09) that time they told me your issue is very long we cannot do more we are helpless, you call to your union bank branch office they will help you.



THIS IS THE SHORT STORY OF FIVE MONTHS AFTER ASKING FREQUENTLY TO CALL CENTRE, THE CALL CETRE O[censored]BI PROVIDING THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER CARE.



So sir pls look into the matter, Issue is pending from last five months, that time I was working in SURELOCK PLASTICS PVT.LTD, RABALE, NAVI MUMBAI, now I am working in A.S.CONTROLS PVT.LTD, KHAIRANE, NEW MUMBAI since last three months.




Below are details of cash withdrawal request:



ATM- Axis Bank, Vashi, Near Thakkar Tower.

Sub.: Non-withdrawal of Cash from ATM

My self is Sivaraman. I am a Account holder o[censored]nion Bank of India/Egmore Branch, Chennai. I wish to bring it your kind attention that I had tried to Cash withdrawn for Rs.4000/- for using Canara Bank ATM but cash was not disbursed me that transaction was declined. I found that declined transaction amount was debited my Account. I am also submitting all the Proves of debit documents like Internet Banking transaction Statement, ATM Slip & written Letter also to Our Bankers. Till date I have not recd. any amount from their. They are replied me your transaction has been sending thro ATM claim package that amount will be settled shortly. Since, I have not recd. the amount of Rs.4000/- this is happen on 01.08.2009.

Please look into the matter and take necessary action taken against this matter and settled the amount of Rs.4000/- plus Penalty for delay in transaction against taken against this matter 22 days * 100 = 2200+4000 = 6200/- Hence, I request you to Please credit the sum of Rs.6200/- as per RBI Order.

We have seen at 10 pm to 11 pm at bhayander ( E ), nabghar road. Thane, mharashatra one man inside the atm who he is speaking to security person and watching persons while their transactions. For the same we have tried calling to your customer care, but cc executive mr. pandey ( might be mr aviinash ) was not able to respond properly and even though he advice to contact branch in next morning. Its my question to this bank if i have loose my money in this period, then who will pay for this loss. What sort of atm security lies then ? why should customer believe in union bank atm service then ? if you cant ans wer and act on this then plese withdrawl from such services, then why dont you quit ? Take it serious and reply as i am going to take take it serious concern towads customer privacy and forward till resolution.
