[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — Worst 24x7 service and bad response | |
Hi Sir/Mam, I have been suffering from the customer service o[censored]BI for last two years. On 13th March, 09, I tried to withdraw money from HDFC bank's ATM and because of some technical problem the machine could not dispatched the money. I tried to make a call to the 24x7 call center service o[censored]BI and on some numbers like[protected] and[protected], nobody attends the call. I tried so many times and for so many days. They might be engaged in some other important work for what they have not been hired. And on another number which is[protected], they attend the call (after so many times u already tried and got the engage tone), but they don't have the time to even listen the customer. First person attends the call, refer it to operator and operator without asking anything forward the call to some senior person, who has the limited time to just say, "2043 per call karo", in a really very rude way. I swear this is the worst bank I have ever seen.I was in UBI, Airoli branch yesterday.And I spent two hours waiting in que for my turn to come as they have only one single window for withdrawal and deposit.It was only before their closing time they decided to form another line seperately for customers who wanted to deposit below 10000/- .This is ridiculous! Till date I thought SBI was the worst bank because it is too crowded always but infact SBI is fast.They spend less than a minute on each customer unlike Union bank.
I swear in the name of god that UNION BANK IS THE WORST EVER IN TERMS OF CALL CENTER OPERATIONS> My dad lost his card today and I am calling them for the fourth time at their 24x7 call center number [protected] The call just goes and is kept on waiting for eeons. Why do you folks even have a bank when you have such a pitiful service.
