    Complaint Branch Name:- Relief Road.Ahmedabad.

    The bank has very lazy staff. They didn't open the cash counter till 10.30. They always open work after 10.30.The clerks are so lazy that they can't even stamp & recieve the deposites cheques. They allot me ATM card but still after 15days my card is not working.The Assitant Branch Manager of branch have no manners how to deal with customer, his nature is very ubrupt. SO,please do something in this matter.

    I agree with this bcoz I too have a problem with these lazy staff of chennai mylapore branch . no responce . Thats y customers opening accounts in MNC Banks

        hi ! one of friend has union banks Share with certificate no. 19396 (Physical Share ) purchase in 2002. now he Expired on April 2010. He also had DEMAT A/c No. [protected]. but this physical share are not in his demat a/c & now as he is expired his nominee i. e. his Wife, wants to transfer this share on her name, but Bank Personnel as well as DEMAT dept. of Mumbai does not give any information about How to transfer this Share on Her Name? They Just say we Don't no? even Customer Care o[censored]BI, denies & gives the Cell no. of Demat dept. o[censored]BI. who also denies to give information & also Talks Rashlly. pls. look forward to this matter as there are many customer with such problem. i am Ramesh Bankar From, Shani Shingnapur.             With reference to above subject I want to say that many Banks say that we are know under core banking system from where you can transfer your money in a very smooth way. but here I wnat to say that when I transfer my money from guwahati branch UNIOIN BANK OF INDIA to another account holder under same Bank UNION BANK OF INDIA Branch at MUMBAI. For this transection they cut an ISO charges.

            Please to suggest me that this charge they cut from my account is legally when other bank can not take this charges.

            I obliged you to see upon this matter and please to revert me as soon as possble.

            policy decion should be displayed.it un fair to deduct iso charges when other banks don't, even if your policy is so.

              My mother is having Pension Account in Union Bank of India, 10 months back UBI has provided ATM Card/Debit Card to Pension Holder. Since last few months we have noticed some faudulent transactions in our passbook. Transaction are pertaining to withdrawal from the ATM Centre, where as all such transaction are not done by us. Let me give you the example of current month i.e. July-10. Pension was credited in the account on[protected] & on the very same day there is a debit entry of Rs. 2500/-, the same was not done by us. When we approached the Bank Manager, then we were blamed o[censored]sing ATM Card. And we were told why don't we surrender the card. We need some help on this matter.                 hi,

                I have a saving account in HDFC bank and some one withdraw 9400 rupee in my ATM card after consulting my home branch manger of HDFC bank he is provided me all details of my transaction. in transaction details show the transaction of 9400 ATM withdrawn is done in UNION bank ATM that is located in south ex. After this i will go to union bank south ex branch and meet Branch Manager and say please provide me video evidence about my transaction then he say go and launch a FIR then i can show you video evidence after this I File a FIR in Kotla Mubarakpur police station and go to the bank with FIR copy but the Bank Manager is not co prate with me and not showing me any evidence

                please do the needful for me

                    I have taken a 15-year home loan from UBI. The current interest rate being charged by the bank is as per BPLR. On April 30, the bank sent me a letter stating that due to some technical error the interest rate charges since last 4 years was wrong, which the branch has rectified subsequently. This thing neither intimated to me by bank in advance. They informed me, after debiting an amount of 1.80 Lac in my loan account. I raised my complaint to the bank immediately but nothing happened so far.
                    Is the bank justified in doing so?
                    Kindly guide how to take it furthur ?

                    I would like to raise certain points here, which if get responded clearly states that who is guilty on this & whose intention is to cheat / make fraud :

                    Why the cheat/ fraud not get checked within last 4 years ?

                    How come this fraud get unaudited ?

                    What benefits he Deputy Manager (Mr. H K GOGIA) was getting through this ?

                    Why I was not communicated that there is a fraud found in your loan account immediately ?

                    How come the amount was solely dedited to the loan account, without customer consent ?

                    Without customer consent/ without informing customer doing any credit/ debit in customer account comes under which Practise/ Code. Kindly share that.

                    What analysis/ steps AGM (Mr. Anil Mittal) have taken to resolve this fraud/ cheat ?

                    What steps AGM (Mr. Mittal) have taken to ensure that such frauds/ cheat will be avoided in future ?

                    On what basis, AGM (Mr. Mittal) you can penalise a customer for the fraud / cheat done by you own staff ? This is a legal offence.

                    Since Apr 29, in reply to my complaint against the fraud/ cheat I responded to you on Apr 30 but after that till date no communication. Kindly share the complete process of yours/ UBI to solve a greivance.

                    Have you refer my case to Regional Office UBI (Gole Market). If yes, what's their view on this. How many days RO take to respond to Branch's query ?

                    union bank of india totally Fraud.because I came near ubi atm and press 10000 rupees then money not credit but atm manchine transcation successful my account dedicate .
                    when I reached complain for ubi bank then bank account manager not any response, he say I can, t any thing
                    I am student .I can, t understand what are doing in this condiation

                      My Mother have pension bank account in Union bank of india village- Khalishpur Dist- Ghazipur(UP).From last 3 month my mother was suffering for own pension work because bank manger not provide correct information. she is not able to travel and bank manger not gives exact information at the time.
                      Her pension comes 1st of the month but when she goes to the bank he says that your account is not active and now your pension comes next month. 15 days back she visited in bank twice but he did not say anything about her account activation, even he checked account in front of her.

                      This things is not happen a first time they are always try to avoid the work even I visited in that branch. my mother eye operation are pending just because of pension work..

                      Now please suggest me how to take the action against him?.

                        respected sir /maim i, Rahul kumar maurya account holder of your bank (UNION BANK OF INDIA) branch chambaltara ,Jaunpur , Uttar Pradesh A/C [protected] debit cum atm card No. [protected] . i used date 22 june 2010 ATM of bank of baroda ,branch lanka Varansi . i , gave the commandfor Rs.2700/ when processing start suddenly ATM shows temporarly out of work , finaly i recived a receipt with some error but no mony . when i try another time for Rs.2700/ . i got a receipt of insufficient ballence next day i take a ministatement from UBI ATM. It was shokingly found amount Rs.2700/ has been reduced (deduced) from my account. i requested to you kindly credited Rs.2700/ in my account as mention above . for any further clearification please contact me my mob.                           sir, i can not access neft transfer through my ebanking till date 12 nov 2009.

                          I am running 4 accounts in union bank of india wadi branch city nagpur,
                          The most worst customer handling service i have experieenced over here,
                          here maximum time i am facing problem while doing funds transfer they always have excuse that shortage of manpower,
                          The most annoying thing is one of the staff from bank asked my employee that what happened why you are still operating account here why you have not cloased you account till yet.
                          He asked this thing to my employee 3 times.
                          I will fire that person if he would be in my firm, hopless service by bank they think we have made a mistake by opening accounts in there bank.

                          Hope somebody will takeactiononthat hopless man

But i had make full amount to the UNION BANK OF INDIA. my LOAn Actt.no. [protected].
                              kindly urge to you please do the needful & guide to me that what i can do in this time. because there is no fault from my end . all mistake made by the loanee bank.

                              Union Bank of India — Car Loan mishandling

                              Dear Madam/Sirs,
                              Have opened a car loan ac in Sept 2008 when the rate of interest (roi) that was communicated and documented was 11.50%. This was raised unlateraly to 12.25% without any kind of intimation. Also, further my savings account was debited for the amounts of Rs 2741.7, Rs. 41, Rs. 898.3 without having intimated me. When i discussed this matter with the branch officials, i was promised that this error in rate would be set right. However few months from then, i received a letter from the bank stating that the rate was changed with retrospective effect, and asked for permission to increase my EMI amount, which for obvious reasons i refused in a reverting letter.
                              Also please take note that every month my a/c is debited by Rs. 2/Rs. 3 towards penal charges which remains unexplained to me so far. This type of service from such a reputed bank in inadmissible and i refuse to pay any extra amount beyond what is documented in agreements. Also, every month my a/c is debited by Rs. 2/Rs. 3 towards penal charges which remains unexplained to me so far. Request you to kindly take note of these facts and assist me resolving my reasonable demand for reversal and refund extra and unprecedented charges extorted from my a/c and restore my roi.

                                Union Bank of India — WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN TO THE CUSTOMER AND USING THE ATM FOR OTHER BRANCH

                                Dear Sir,

                                I got my ATM issued from the Agra Main (one of the UBI Branches) in Sanjay Place, Friends Vasan Plaza, Agra & NDash, 282001 on 15th April'10 by Mr.Pravin Gupta saying that it will get activated within 48hrs. Before this I inquired from them whether i can get my ATM issued from here or not because my Account is in another branch of the same bank that was the UBI- Govind Nagar Branch. At the time of issuing they give no heed to the details and information as to my Knowledge, I was totally unaware of the process of getting the ATM issued and been told 6months back in my branch that you can get the ATM issued from the main branch.

                                The ATM did not got activated even after 4 days and when i called to confirm regarding the same on 21st April'10 on the customer-care number of the same branch, some Mr. Ramalingam said that it cannot get activated as the account is not from our branch and we cannot help you any further in this regard and they straight away denied and misbehaved badly by shouting back and by abusing saying that it is the customer's fault not the bank.

                                The matter of the fact is that we went to get this work done all the from Delhi to Agra and now they they that card is of no use to the bank as well as to the me. The altogether result is that i again have to go taking the time out in this extreme hot summer season just because of the way they deal with the customers, giving the wrong information as well as issuing the cards with even checking the details even after telling them that we are from the different branch!!

                                If this would be the state of service that they provide to the customers than who would like to open an account there!!

                                There is need for urgent check and improvement on the people who are dealing directly with the information giving and interacting with the customer!!

                                    I present an Instruction Slip for delivery of Shares (on market NSE) at DP on date 30/03/2010 for Security Name: FACTLTD (ISIN: INE188A01015) Eq 5000 Qty (Five Thousand only).

                                    Name of Intermediary (DP) : Union Bank of India
                                    Main Branch (Depository), Sanyogitaganj, Indore.

                                    DP SEBI: Reg No. : IN-DP-CDSL[protected]



                                    I write CM-BP ID in the slip IN561758. But DP punch the slip to CM-BP ID: IN661758. So my slip failed due to fault of DP (DP Instruction Ref No. 480992).
                                    After the DP come to know failure of the slip they again punch the slip with correct CM- DP ID (DP Instruction Ref. No. 481432), but pay-in time is over & slip failed.

                                    So, to hide the mistake DP overwrite the CM-DP ID from IN561758 to IN661758.
                                    As per rule every overwriting on the instruction slip must be counter signed by client, and DP shall not accept or execute such instruction slips without counter signature.

                                    Scanned copy of instruction slip attached showing over writing of CM- DP ID from IN561758 to IN661758 & also showing two instruction ref. nos. filled by DP 480992 and 481432. (This copy is given by DP on my request “How the slip fails?”.)

                                    As my slip fails, I bleared loss of around Rs. 15000/- due to Auction & other charges.

                                    So, please instruct DP i.e. Union Bank of India to bear loss. I will present Auction Bill for Settlement No. 2010057 dated 01/04/2010 to you/DP on request.

                                      I made payment through ATM cum Debit card o[censored]nion Bank of India at Kashmir Vastrayalaya on 13th July, 2009. Subsequently, I found that same amount has been debited from my account twice.

                                      I attached letter from Kashmir Vastrayalaya mentioning that the said amount has been credited once only. They also have attached batch closed report for card transaction for 13th July, 2009.
                                      No response from local branch.

                                        respecfully i beg to say that myself deepak kumar pandey i am consumer o[censored]nion bank of india at rewa branch name saman rewa.my a/c no. is -[protected].a have withdrawl 800rs. through atm from cosmos co.op.bank ltd. pune aurangabad waluj maharastra date 02/07/2009 time b/w 11a.m. to 1p.m.but i could not get money and displayed transcation faild and in the same day 5.26p.m.withdraw again 400rs and total deduction was 1200rs from my saving account.initilly i had 3940 and after deduction remain balance was 2740.i have complained about that fourtimes in the costomercare no [protected] but there is no response.
                                        kindly grant me refund money through the bank with compentation as rbi rules.

                                        Message : dear sir on dated 03.08.2010 i went at ubi atm counter at keota lat bagan branch hooghly IDAKL1198U at7.24 pm to withdral from my sbi account i wanted to get rs 2500 amount the amount came out from the counter but emmediately the amout went back iside the machine and i got the statement which showing i have taken the amount.i have complaint written also but no action please look after the matter.susanto joseph email id [protected]@yahoo.co.in
