aaj ke din plot rate kya aur Rasitation kab ho raha hai pls dend me mail aur side pe kam kitna ho gaya hai.

Site per kaam start ho gaya hai.if you gave your full payment they will give your registry in may.
tension ki koi baat nahi hai dost. you willl get good apppreciation.

I have 14 plots in vian- neemrana, there is no work started at the site and they dont have any licence also. This company is tottally fraud, they are making fools by giving several excuses. i want my money back with interest but they people always saying that they have no money, i cant understand that where is all money gone . i request to all investors of vian - neemrana that please make an association and take strict action against this company,

we are 3 friends purchase 3 plot in neemrana on 2006 but after giving full payment i.e. 300000/- each, but still i m waiting for possition can any body suggest me what to do, i also would like to lounge complaint in EOW againest Mr Thakkar is any body would like to join me

i have also booked a plot at neemrana a few months back i also visited the site thay only developet only front part of site, the pictures can also be seen on thier web site,

the legal problem is the vian is doing only lease by making a member with some another name cooprative society,

pls also update me how i can get my refund back from company

I have also booked one plot of 120 Sq feet with Vian at Neemrana. We have paid 100% of the amount and they have given us the receipts of Gobindgarh Cooperative Housing society showing us as the members of the said society.
We have been following up to get the possession of the plot but everytime we call the Vian office, they tell that it will be done shortly.
Can anyone check the authenticity of this Gobindgarh Cooperative Housing society ?? What should be our next step to get the possession of the land ? I have book one plot of 200 sq.yd and paid 100% amount and they have given us the receipts of Gobindgarh Cooperative society showing us as part of this society.
We are following-up for the possession regularly but not getting any response from them. I am with you, if we can fix a day and time to visit Vian office and understand why there is delay in giving us the possession.

The company is fraud . I and my friends have 5 plots . paid 50 % . we are neem rana based only and there is no development nor there is any scope . best is to get together and file cases in consumer court .

There is a need to get together . some body has to take initiative and collect all people . My mobile no - [protected] .

we have filed case in consumer court and notice has been sent by court . let see what happens .

I also have booked plot in vian neemrana project and made full payment they promised for position by year end 2009.But still waiting..l called them many time sbut no proper responce..if anyone have updated pls let me know..my no [protected]

This is a major fraud. This also shows the status of law and order in our country. Let's all get together and approach Econmic offences wing and get media coverage on this. I had booked 1 plot in neemrana and 3 in haridwar with Vian and have paid full money for all of them. The ones in Haridwar are already registered but mutation has not been done. There is no developement there as well.
We should not only get the original amount but double the maount for harrassment, agony and loss of other opportunities.
We should arrnage for media support.

My Name Satvinder Pal singh, i have booked one plot in vian neemrana in my name at the rate 2590/ i paid 15540/ by Chq.No.201836 Date03/12/2006 of Canara Bank Ashok Vihar New Delhi vide reciept no.3487 dated 05/12/2006 (Customer Code No. NR-4109) issued by VIAN INFRASTRUCTURE Ltd.for the plot measuring 120 mtrs company asked me to pay the balance money in two installments but i have come to know from some reliable sourses that this is a fraud and where as i feel there is no work going on there at the site therfore i have not deposited any installments demanded by the company.I visited VIAN office at Barakhamba Road New Delhi and found office locked and some nearby person told me that VIAN office has been shifted to "3-E/14 Jhande Walan Extn. New Delhi so i went there and for applying refund of my booking amt.I found many other customers who has booked the plots were crying for the same reason but the staff availble didi not responded and fled away from office.and there was no one to hear for our help.

I also purchased 2 plots in neemrana in 2007. i deposited 50% payment. They promised us many times to handover the plot but still we are looking to them. please give me advise how i can recover my money from vian company. [protected]
