Even I have invested money in their Mumbai project but the project failed and also their return amt chqs have bounced back. Their so sweet tongued Director Mr Thappar kept promising me that I would get my refund amt but till date there has been no amts received. Whenever u call there is no proper answer now they have said they will give the amts in 3 installments of 3 post dated chqs starting from Dec every month, already 2 yrs have passed and looking at their track record I am sure I will not get my money back. There is no law and order in this country for the common man . These criminals should be hanged but 1st our hard earned monies should be returned. If any one from Mumbai gets their money refunded please send me a mail.

I have invested Rs.3 lakhs in vian infrasturcture ltd. in 2006. Already three years since my invetsment elapsed, no tangible progrees made at site. Seeing this i have contacted the company sevarl times requesting for refunsd of my hard earned money which they refused. This implies that this company was floated only to cheat the innocent people.
