[Resolved]  Vighnaharta Direct Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd — False information given to purchase a policy

Dear Sir,

I was in need to take mediclaim policy for my Mother. During this period I got a call from your head office from Mr Akash and he had offered me a policy with following commitments.

1. I will have to pay Rs 50,000/- for 3 years

2. My Mother will get cashless hospitalization for 3 years and sum assured is of Rs 5,00,000/- medical chech up may be required.

3. At end of 3 years I will get Rs 2,33,000/- (Assured)

4. If I keep Rs 20000/- with you (which is non-refundable), I will get Rs 17,000/- per year for next 20 years and mediclaim cover will continue.

5. My mother will get tax benefit for premium paid amount.

6. Medical checkup cost beard by you side.

7. If I dislike the policy after getting the policy documents I can cancel the policy within 45 days and not a single penny will be deduced and my money will get credited to my account.

8. This is a special plant and I was selected among the 100 lucky customers so this product is form company to direct customer and not available in market. Also company wants to share it excess profit to special customers.

As I was in need and having trust in ADAG I opted the policy on verbal commitment and fulfilled the required documentation. (I have audio record of conversation of Mr Akash as all call to my mobile are recorded)

Even after all the commitments and follow-up I had not allowed medical checkup of My Mother and wanted policy documents prior to that so I had given a email which is at the bottom of this email.

Again I got call from Mr Akash saying that whichever I have committed will not be violated Pl do the medical check up to punt your policy and only after medical checkup he can release the policy documents. Again he has committed the same which has been stated above (Same call has also recorded & I have an audio saved with his calling number)

Subsequently he fixed medical checkup which has been completed by my Mother as a final requirement to see policy documents for assured commitments.

Yesterday I got the policy documents, which is self explainer.

I have issued two cheques of HDFC bank with my Mother’s sigh one is of Rs 40,000/- another is of Rs 10,000/-

But I was truly disappointed after going through the policy documents which I received yesterday. Now I do not wish to avail you policy even if you stay with your commitments. But at the same time I want my money back without any deduction. And one cheque which is with you of Rs 10,000/-

Requesting you to exclude the bad elements in your team, this will hamper your business and reputation of esteem group.
