Virgin GSM Mobile — falls calls from my connection [protected]

i m yogesh from varanasi.imy cell nr is [protected]. i am prepaid customer of vergin GSM mobile service since last 3 months. i recharged my conection with Rs 550/- in the month of june.
yesterday on 12 august at 11.30 , when i checked my prepaid account , i found that only 0.04 paise are there in my account . i becamed so surprised because i didn't any call from my mobile and the account was Rs 225/ in my account. when i querry to customer care , one mr karan replied me that there is an international call from my nr. at 11.12 am on 12 august 2010. i am sure that there was no any call rom my nr. and my cell was with me , so there is no any chance for that.
by the way, i enquerrrd from my call log by my handset nokia 6630, i got a shock, because there is no any dialled nr in my dialled call list but in my call log these were existed. and it was started from 11august 2010. i m giving the details as follows:

hi i am navid from im a Airtel prepaid customer even im having the same issue what the airtel customer service said was it could be your phone virus in nokia n70 i am really shoked when i checked my call log
if there is any idea who can give me just call[protected]
you have to update or format your phone this is the only solution and it works
checks for free from nokia site to update your nokia n70
UPDATE your phone

DO IT, IT WORKS
the soft is on mobile9 or getjar it's called "free mobile to mobile calls"

updating the software of your phone will kill the malicious application because it is installed in phone memory not in the micro sd and it works in background to deal numbers and eat your money

even the anti-virus can't kill them

be carefull once intalling software
