am using tata virgin since 5 months ..no proper internet connection.. it takes 30 minutes to connect after retrying. and get disconnected in 20 minutes... and the customer care services cant solve this problem.. i hav complaint about it 30+ times.. still they can't solve the problem that we are facing.. its frigging ridiculous.. it sucks. pissed off.just making fun o[censored]s and wasting our precious money..

Tata Virgin Mobile — BARRED THE NUMBER

AS I HAVE TAKEN A VIRGIN MOBILE GSM CONNECTION NUMBER [protected]. IT HAS BEEN BARRED AFTER SOME DAY EVEN SUBMITTED DOCUMENTS AS MANY TIMES. AND I HAVE A HUGE BALANCE IN MY SIM CARD SO I AM UNABLE TO MAKE CALLS.

    Hi, my new virgin gsm no is [protected] to which i had recharged with FRC 47 on 23jan 2012.but still i don't get the benfit of recharge ie. 25 rupees talktime and 500mb gprs.then i talked with my retailer and he called customer care.The cc replied that the recharge is aleready done but due to system problem u should get recharged till midnight but today 2nd feb2012 till i don't get the benifit.and from our no.cc never attain the call.so it is my humble request to you to take serious action against virgin gsm

      Hi,
      I'm Saravanan My *Virgin Mobile GSM* no. is *[protected]*,

      I lost the SIM and I blocked it on 16/11/2011. I was informed that I can get a duplicate SIM on that number in TATA TVH.

      When I asked in the Tata stores, they said that there is no stock available.It will be available only in TATA head office at silicon terrace, Koramangala, Bangalore.

      After searching all the stores at last 0n 26/11/2011 I asked in the TATA head office in Koramangala, Bangalore. But I didn't got a good response.

      After contacting number of persons in the office at last the person in the counter told that there is* no Duplicate Virgin SIM* and *no
      more Virgin Mobile service available*. I was shocked and frustrated for choosing the service.

      On 28/11/2011, I sent mail to the *Virgin Nodal officer* (nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com), regarding the issue, but till now i didn't get any response for my mail.

      On 28/11/2011 I contacted the nodal officer in the number [protected], made a compliant and my interaction no. is [protected],
      they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs.

      On 02/12/2011 I contacted nodal officer no. [protected], I was informed that the SIM will be available the head office.

      On 03/12/2011 I contacted the head office, there is no good response. They again said that the SIM is not available, my call was escalated to a
      higher officer there, they said that they will call back in 30 mins after checking. but I didn't received any call yet.

      Again I contacted the nodal officer in the number [protected], and made the compliant again they said that they will solve the issue in 48 hrs, and update me after resolving the issue. But till now I didn't get any call.

      I also contacted the Appellate Authority in the number [protected], But the number was switched off.

      On 05/12/2011 I contacted contacted nodal officer no. [protected], again they are saying the same answers repeatedly and they assured that they will get back to me with in that day. But no response again.

      I also sent mail to [protected]@virginmobile.in, nodal.[protected]@tatadocomo.com ,appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com

      I also contacted the Applet Authority in [protected], but the number is switched off or not answering the call.
      I also sent mail to the applet authority, no reply yet.

      I was very frustrated, I have given this number ([protected]) as my contact number to all (including my bank account). I also had Rs 238 TT
      Without the SIM I'm unable to Know about my bank transactions also.

      Every time when I complaint, whoever picks call, says that they will call back in sometime, But I haven't received a single response call yet.

      I was treated badly for choosing Virgin GSM service. I was also not informed about the Stopping of their service.

      On 07/11/2011, I contacted the Nodal in [protected], to know the status of my compliant, but a lady responded me saying that the services to the number [protected] was completely stopped. Nothing can be done and you cannot get the number, Sorry.
      I told that I was asking for that number from the past 3 weeks, you didn't have the duplicate SIM, then how can I get, she again nothing can be done.
      get a new SIM.

      Then I contacted Appellate Authority in [protected], A person from the Appellate team told me that he will try to activate the same number, and will get back to me with in the day. But Again there is no response from them.

      Later again When I asked the Appellate Authority in [protected] regarding the number [protected], they said Its deleted from our Database, nothing can be done. get a new SIM. I also inquired about my compliant regarding the no stock of the Duplicate SIM, for that they said the Request is still open and we will resolve soon.

      Regarding this worst service I have sent emails to ([protected]@tatadocomo.com) Deepak Gulati (Executive President - TATA Teleservices Ltd), But he also not yet replied to my email. Below is his assurance
      " Your satisfaction with our services matters most to us. If our efforts do not meet your expectations,

      I assure you of our prompt attention. "

      Because of their lazy worst service I lost my valuable time last four weeks, the TT Rs.238 and the number [protected]. I was made to wait by giving false information and wrong promises. For all these they are saying this one word "Sorry".

      For their mistake I was made to suffer. Will they accept if say sorry for anything. I paid money for the service, I didn't value for my money.

      Please any body help me with the procedure to take legal action, I'm having all the communication details.

      The service providers are in the very safer side, they don't loose their money.
      we the customers paying money to use the service and loosing our money.
      These Telecom operators suck customers blood and they are enjoying Luxury.

      This TATA Network is the one among the worst service provider, they only look to cheat the innocent people.

      Please everyone come forward to start campaign against this(TATA DOCOMO & VIRGIN GSM) worst service provider.
      and to save the people who are using this network.

      You are right man, even i am facing the similar kind of frustration, They really dont care about customer. In my case i have already submitted my documents 2 times. and even after that they barred my service . I talked to the customer care manager he assured that it wont get barred. and still it get barred. Its really worst service.

        Dear sir,
        On 10th Nov 2011,i have done a recharge of 150 in between 7-8pm.
        After making 4- 5 calls i have my balance approx Rs.199.00.
        But at 10pm when i did balance inquiry i got my balance Rs.44.
        Virgin customer care executives cant able to give proper reason of deduction.they are saying their system still not updated(As it is the 6th day)
        they provide me a complaint no-VGBR09260599.But it did not work.the told me you can go for consumer court also.
        They are not ready to help me.
        Each time i call they saying me call later (after 24hours).

        Please do help me.

        Virgin Mobile — Deducting money without reason

        Dear Sir,

        i am a prepaid([protected]) customer of virgin mobils and having lot of problem with them in every two days there are activating extra services like devotional pack, spicy jokes and many more after activating there are deducting monay from my account, i have complained many times to customer service desk(125555) agent are making faults statement by saying it will not happen again but in every two days i am getting messages like your devotional packed has been successfully auto renevered and the amount is getting deducted from my account. I request you to take some action on them.

          Dear Team

          I have a Vflash postpaid internet connection number [protected]. From past 15 days, I am receiving more than 10 calls in the day by their customer care or their call center. In spite of telling them every time they keep on calling us to pay the bill, with everyday the frequency of calls is increasing. The issue has gone to so much extent that we have blocked that number by the service provider, and service provider sends us the message when ever they try to call us.
          The number I am getting the calls is [protected]/561. They are getting entertained by irritating us, though we have already sent the mails as well on [protected]@virginmobile.in but no proper response has come from their end.

            You are giving advertisement in all daily news papers everyday as follows:
            “ IDEA/ Aircel Co. Req. Land, Roof, Plot, Shops for mo. Tower Instltn Mthly Rent 70,000/- + 55 Lacs Adv. In 48 hrs. Agent Req. [protected], [protected]”.

            In response to above cited advertisement in daily news paper 23.8.2011 I, have called the mobile no. [protected] one by name Natasha picked up the phone and given me the Web Site Address www.cellularservices.co.in to register the details. On the same day we have done the registration, after registration we have received acknowledgement as under (Copy Enclosed)

            Dear Sir/Mam,
            ”Your Registration with No. “WSD3242191'' has been Done Sucessfully!
            Now you have to make a Refundable payment of Rs- 5400/- In Favour of our Manger Account.
            For any assistance or help just call us on our Customer Care!!
            We are Happy to Help You”.

            Employee of your company by name Natasha called me in the evening and told me that to deposit an amount of Rs.5400/- in favour of our Manager, if our land is not suitable amount will be refunded on the spot.

            Next day morning on 24.8.2011 she has sent a message for my mobile [protected] asking me to deposit amount of Rs.5,400/- (Rupees Five Thousand Four Hindered Only) in ING Vyasa Bank Account No.[protected] name of the account Pankaj Batra.

            Immediately I, have deposited an amount of Rs.5,400/- in the above said account at Hunasamaranahally Branch, of ING Vyasa Bank, Bangalore. Natasha, your employee confirmed the receipt of amount by you to Account No.[protected] of Pankaj Batra.

            After receiving the amount my calls being not attended by any of the employees. When I, called from other phones/mobiles they will pick up the phone once when I tell my name they will disconnect immediately.

            I, am one of the customer cheated by you, like me you are receiving the amount from all over India by seeing your advertisement daily news papers everyday. Just imagine how many people would have cheated by you like me, how many lakhs/crores of rupees earned by you daily. It is a day light robbery.

              I have a VFLASH connection for connecting to the internet. My VFLASH number is [protected]. THe service providers are Virgin Mobile Pvt. Ltd. The connection had a facility to have a credit limit of Rs. 1500/-. The connection had been working fine of-late till the last 10 days, when it was inadvertantly suspended without intimation or reason. When I checked with the customer service number, the rep informed that it has been done due to over usage. When I went through the payment history in the past one month (month of Aug), I had already made a payment of more than Rs.6500 in the past 30 days. After due cross checking, I received a call from the Virgin rep that it was a mistake on their part & they had wrongly suspended services, even though there was adequate balance lying in the account. When I requested for an immediate re-connection of the account as I had to send some very important emails which was a matter of life & death for someone, I was told that the connection has been placed for activiation & it will be re-connected at 3:30 am (in the middle of the night). It did not happen. The connection was only established by the next day afternoon. I was unable to send the vital information by email & had to use alternate expensive measures. However, I then received an email from Virgin Care dept. on 18th Aug, mentioned that they were pleased to inform that they had a credit balance pf 3088 /- which would be adjusted against my bill. After this, the connection was working well. I did not get an opportunity to connect to the i-net through Virgin dongle for the last 2 days (i.e. 20th & 21st Aug.). When I tried to connect it this morning, it was agian suspended. When I have checked again with their CRM, the same old story has been repeated of eceeding of Credit limit, even though I have not used the connection once in the last few days, & have a credit balance of 3088 which was to be adjusted in the earlier bill. I had to send a very important business proposal today to a client worth a atleast 5 crores which I have not been able to send due to these anamolies & mis-appropriations from Virgin Vflash. I have lost business due to this & would want to lodge a claim through the consumer protection courts of law for re-imbursement of losses due to faulty service provision, leave alone the agaony caused mentally in the past 10 days. I have had regular telephonic talks with various of their toll-free no. reps like Usha from Hyderabad, Asif also from Hyderabad and many others & had requested them tho keep the conversations in their log for reference in future. Kindly please do the Needful to shut down the operations of this company so that we do not go through such suffering. Please settle my claim of atleat 5 crores of business loss from the comapny - Virgin Vflash.

                sir i am a customer of virgin gsm service and facing many problems with that connection and was also getting disturbed with calls and messages and during late night also messages are coming ...i tried to register for the dnd service (1909) but it was not working telling as number barred and when i tried to register a complaint on virgin website it was also not responding and not accepting the dnd request .. i had been charged 96rupees when i clicked on the message came to me for internet on july 2011 .....facing much trouble in using vas services customer care is also not supporting in this regard do the suitable need and investigate on my account to provide better services ......registering for dnd service should me made feasible and check dnd service is working or not ......hope you understand my problem and resolve it as early as possible .......i am losing too much in this regard hope you resolve the problem

                  I have changed my service provider from Reliance CDMA ([protected]) to Virgin GSM through Mobile Number Portability option in the month of July 2011. I submitted all the forms and documents and based on this, I received message regarding your documents are in progress. I did as per the instruction and my number was successfully ported to Virgin GSM in a week.
                  Later, I recharged my number with Rs 150/- + 30/- and started using as a Virgin GSM customer.
                  On 1 August 2011, my outgoing facility was blocked and I approached the Virgin GSM store at VIG Communications and I was told that the outgoing has been blocked since I have not submitted my documents. I again submitted the fresh form with documents and my connection restored based on the newly submitted documents on 11 August 2011.
                  On 12 August 2011, my outgoing & incoming facility was blocked and I approached the Virgin GSM store at VIG Communications and I was told that the outgoing has been blocked since I have not submitted my documents and your sim is permanently blocked for future.
                  Now since 12 August 2011 my incoming and outgoing stopped and in mobile it is showing “invalid SIM”. It means I have completely lost my number.
                  Let me to ask few questions to you:
                  • How my number was ported from Reliance CDMA to Virgin GSM, If I have not submitted the documents. It is not a new connection. In new connection, the sim will be purchased from local shop and Virgin GSM will not come to know about the customer until, all the documents received. In MNP, only after getting the clearance from Virgin GSM I can switch over.
                  • Why did Virgin GSM accept my application for MNP without verification of documents?
                  • What happened to my documents which I have submitted along with MNP application form?
                  • What happened to my second set of application form?
                  • Why the message was sent to me saying that all the documents received and updated on your system?
                  • What happened to my balance amount with Virgin GSM?
                  Please resolve the services of my number ASAP.

                      I Gulshan Sharma from Karnal 132001(Haryana) were using the Virign GSM Mobile no[protected] which were MNP from Aircel apprx. 4 months ago. 15 Days before suddenly i got my outgoing call are not going. Than i checked from customer care, Customer care tell my that my outgoing and incoming call are stop due to non submitted of documents. Which were deposited at the time of MNP. Is it possible of any Mobile no MNP without receiving the documents. But i again submeted documents to the retailer of Virging GSM Mobile service. After 7-8 days my mobile no start to show invalid sim. I talk regarding this to customer care, Distributor of Virigin GSM company, Service manager but they not give me satisfactory reply & my no are still not in service.
                      What is the my fault. I have no way to go to Consumer Court.

                        I had been cheated by the Virgin Mobile Company an amount of Rs. 4,500+35,525 for setting up a tower in my land. The representatives were supposed to come in 10th August 2011 but not reached and the given nos. is switched off. The suspected persons are Deepak Chavan from Nodia, Delhi. The address of the suspected is Sector-18 near metro station nodia-201013. Please do the needful and save others to get cheated by them and if possible my money to be refunded.

                          i've just got a new virgin card. also activated its GPRS of 44/- for 15 days.

                          but when i tried to connect it via my samsung ACE (android 2.2.1 froyo) . it was not connected.

                          now i called twice to CC. but they comes after 30 mins. waiting for both times.
                          and told your device is not supported by us !!

                          and without listening any thing, they cuts off line from thair end both time.

                          any chance to get rid of from this problem?

                          as they are very rude and no retail outlet of thair own are taking resposibility (The Mobile Store).

                          I HAVE RECHARGED GPRS 44 PACK FOR INTERNET BROWSING. THIS WAS VALID FOR 30 DAYS. AFTER 6 DAYS I AM ANABLE TO INTERNET BROWSING.I HAVE MAKE COMPLAINT TO THE CALL CENTER NUMBER OF TIMES BUT NO ACTION TAKEN. MY COMPLAINT NUMBERS ARE AS 1.VGNR09184520

                          Virgin mobile make the people fool the csr and as well as team leader are also not supportive. When i call on customer care and tell i want to talk team leader they told the team leader r not there they r going out from office that means they dont do their duty properly.and everytime csr tell different thing.They r also not able to solve problem. the network of virgin mobile is worst, When Virgin technical team try to call me they show my number switched off, But my mobile is in full network everytime, Thats show the worstness of virgin network, their team r unable to call me because of the network.

                              I am one of your prepaid customers of virgin cdma. In the morning of[protected], 7.39 a.m. I have charged my cell phone online for Rs.102. My balance shows only 2 Rupees. When I inquired with the virgin services, the person informed me that the 100 is taken for life time validity. I requested him to tranfer that money to talk time and he refused todo so. I wanted to talk to his seniors whom he claimed to have connected never replied.

                              My case is simple. I have already paid for lifetime validity to virgin on this mobile number. ([protected]).

                              This payment is a duplicate one, this requires to be returned to me.¿ In this world nobody takes payment twice for the service provided only once.

                              You can draw hundreds of examples in our daily life.

                              My demand is what service you have provided for my 100 rupees. No business can take money just like that. Even accounting practices will not allow it.

                              If I don't receive payment back, I have no recourse except to take it to higher authorities.

                              Keeping in view of good business practices, I request you to transfer the money to talk time.

                                the hackers found a new way to hack and use VIRGIN services for free.here is the method:
                                the user has to download a modified app for example HANDLER UC,OPERA MINI,etc.

                                then add the following proxy:
                                :M.VBYTES.IN
                                10.124.94.8 PORT 8080
                                n for vpn use APN : vinternet.in and no port n proxy

                                so please sir ban the above proxy toprevent the hacker from making any further exploitation

                                SIM Card Replacement

                                I've a Virgin Mobile number. I lost the SIM card, but I need the number. Company is not able to provide me a duplicate SIM card. They are not able to transfer my number to other service provider also. How should I proceed ?

                                  I (manoj kumar gautam) am a virgin gsm customer and my no is [protected]. I get a call from a company no.[protected] regarding tring tunes on dated 22/06/2011. I don't know that this call is from company so i attended the call. after that when i know that this call is for subcribing tunes. i disconnected the call without subscribing. After 5 minutes i fet messages from company that tring tune is activated on my no. then i checked my balnce. I found that Rs.45 has been deducted from balance.I make a call to customer care for complaint.I get reply from customer care that you attended the call that's why tune is activaed on your no. I didn't read about such kind of rule that tunes can be activated if we attended the call from the company only. so i want that immediate action should be taken against the company and my balance should be returned to me. i sall be thankful to you.

                                    This is Puneet Aneja and as i complained earlier my virgin mobile number is [protected] which i got ported into virgin from idea 2 months back is not still updated with all my credentials, when i contacted customer care to enquire about the same, they told me that my documents have not yet been submitted whereas i have submitted them twice, first at the time when i got the virgin mobile sim from the retailer(Taneja foods, SCO-45 sector-11 Panchkula) and the second time to the distributor (Vijay Sales sector 9 Panchkula) when my number got barred after a month due to the inappropriate reason of again non submission of documents and they both have ensured me that they have forwarded my documents to virgin.

                                    so i am requesting you to please check on it and contact me as and when my credentials get updated.

                                    if in case they are not updated and any of my services get barred this time, I AM GOING TO TAKE A STRONG ACTION OF FILING A CASE AGAINST VIRGIN MOBILE AND TATA TELE SERVICES, FOR THE HARASSMENT CAUSED TO ME SINCE MY NOT SO INTELLIGENT DECISION OF GETTING MY NUMBER PORTED TO VIRGIN.

                                    Virgin Mobile — Unsatisfactory Customer Service

                                    I want to lodge a complaint against Virgin mobile services. I had purchased a new connection with mobile this march 2009 and i got it in due time but after some time my phone deactivate due non submission of Application Form. As this connection is directly purchased from company via their website www.virginmobile.com hence it is the company's responsibility to collect the application form from the customer but after several emails and telephonic conversation and repeated reminders, the company is not willing to collect application form and not even activate my mobile service.
                                    You are therefore requested to look into the matter as I am very much suffering financial and mental disturbance. you are also requested to guide me in this matter and i want to solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    I am raja sekhar [protected], using virgin mobile post paid connection from past months. I am facing the billing issue from day one onwards. I raised complaint against the same to the customer care around 2 months back. Still the issue has not been resolved.
                                    Last time when I recharged with 1200Rs/-, in that 700Rs/- got deducted as my credit limit went to negative. So, if i recharge also my problem is not getting solved.

                                    my name is rohit kalyan and i bought a virgin mobile last year.so my problem is there is no proper easy recharge system bcoz today i had recharged my number with .rs149/-, which has a offer of 30ps to any mobile and 750 messages and rs43 talktime but still now i dint get that rs43 talktime and they are saying that talktime balance wouldcome after 72 hrs.Is this correct????can i believe them and i wanted to know eveerything about recharge of rs149/-.kindly rectify ur mistake and make my problem solved and my mobile number is [protected] and in THE MOBILE STORE those people are not giving correct and full information about offers and all.hoping that u would solve my problem.

                                    Iam using virgin mobile from last 8months, i activated caller tune, but it was not activated, i tried calling so called customer service, who are so pathetic they are disconnecting the line I have tried your so called customer care number atleast 50times, there is no response at all, its so unprofessional manner, I to work for a customer care, but in my tenure i have not heard about such a service.

                                    Please my suggestion is to have service not very good but satisfactory.so slogan says " VIRGIN " i dont think this word will suit for your brand.

                                    If you really care for the customers using your so called " VIRGIN MOBILE" call on [protected]
