MNP

I have applied for MNP from Virgin to Vodafone and it requires clearance from Virgin. My porting code ( UPC ) is TK764185 Mobile No: [protected]
After 25 days they have rejected my request and giving no reason.
I feel being cheated .
I have followed each and every steps correctly , got a sim from Vodafone and they have charged Rs 19.

Unable to extend the validity
