    My name is Puneet Aneja and one month back I had got my mobile number [protected] ported into VIRGIN MOBILE GSM from idea through MNP, and submitted the set of documents of identification to the retailer i.e. Taneja foods Sector-11 Panchkula, at the time of taking the new virgin mobile sim card. which got activated in a week's time i.e. 23rd of february 2011.
    and today after more than a month, without giving me any kind of intimation or notification about my documents not submitted, VIRGIN disconnected all the services on the said number causing a lot of loss at work.
    when i called the customer care, they do not respond well, not even they are ready to tell me the location of authorized distributor where i can submit my documents and make sure they have been properly submitted and i can get my number activated instantly.

    so i request you to please take some action as soon as possible, as this number is distributed at my work, and if its ceased or even disconnected temporarily, i am suffering a lot of monitory loss.

    should take some action on these mobile service providers, its harassment to people.
    yes, the service has been activated, but the customer care told me that it is just a temporary activation, and my documents have not been updated to your system, and i have again submitted my documents to the virgin mobile distributor ie Vijay Sales, Sector-9 Panchkula, and he told me that he has forwarded the documents yesterday itself.
    so i am still in a doubt that my service is not going to be barred again in sometime due to non submission of documents,
    so kindly make sure that my documents are received and updated at its earliest, so that i don't have to face any kind of inconvenience by temporary withdrawal of services on my number.

          I have applied for MNP from Virgin to Vodafone and it requires clearance from Virgin. My porting code ( UPC ) is TK764185 Mobile No: [protected]
          After 25 days they have rejected my request and giving no reason.
          I feel being cheated .
          I have followed each and every steps correctly , got a sim from Vodafone and they have charged Rs 19.
          All customer care executives were mum in the issue. Neither they have answered my mail. Virgin is Worthless.

                I am named venugopal resident of andhra pradesh living in east godavari dist at rajahmundry ,i am user of virgin gsm with the number [protected],i am using this number from last 8months, the problem is recharge cards are not available in the market so i moved to the online recharge and started doing online recharge in their authorized virgin site. some times i found that the recharge i made is found to be unsuccessful but the amount has been debiting from my account ,i have informed to the customer care about my problem and theyreplied that their was problem in their server and theamount will be debited in your account with in 72 hours but i could not find it any where ,from last two months this problem is came to a very sevire extent and many people are suffering, there is no response from the customer suppor team and from the mangnment and another issue is there is no showroom and outlet for virgin in andhrapradesh,so i request you to please solve the problem and do the needful to the customers as soon as possible

                i am v.sai gowtham, ..resident of andhra pradesh living in east godavari district rajahmundry, i am the user of vergin gsm with no [protected], i am new to tis network only since 15 days... i have satisfied with your tariff rates but only a thing is that i am facing a lot of problem regarding to my network, ... though even i informed to customer care, i found no response regarding the solution, ... they were simply saying that to meet the customer care showroom.. as i only belongs to rajahmundry we didn't have ur office found here...so i request you to please solve the problem and do the needful to the customers as soon as possible ...

                      I am using Virgin GSM service([protected]) since 1-2 month. Yesterday(08,Dec 2010) I receive a phone call from Virgin GSM for subscribe Caller Tune,but I could not answered it, after few second dat call automatically diconnected.
                      But after few minutes,I got a message "You have subscribe Caller Tune Service for 20 days" and they detect 25 Rs. from my mobile main balance.
                      So I want to take immediately action upon Virgin GSM and renew my balance.

                        I have purchased 2 Nos. virgin mobile number last 2 years back 1) [protected] and 2) [protected]. on july 2010 my 2nd number has been suspended due to non submission of document which i already submmited at the time of purchasing of mobile at UNIVERCELL MOBILE AMEERPET HYDERABAD. So i visited that showroom for submission of document but they did not accepted and said there is no more cocern with virgin mobile and advised to visist TATA INDICOM OFFICE at KLK estate Nampally. I visited their but they also refused to take document and said there is no more service running of virgin mobile. Whenever i called up to customer care number they people said that you can submit your document any where like BigC, Mobile Store. But no one ready to accept.

                          virgin mobile — Horrible service and attitude

                          I purchased a slide phone from Virgin online.Received the phone dead.Asked them to replace it.They said I have to go to get it repaired .after much nagging they replaced it
                          was not able to recharge fone online for two weeks as their site said the phone no. i want to recharge does not exist. after innumerable mails and phone calls they provided the facility after 10 days.
                          Now the new phone incoming voice is dead for last 10 days.
                          they have promised a back pack gift,which i have yet to receive.Funniest part is that they do not have my address and date of purchase.It means they are selling phones without verification.
                          please do not go for the lousy service.

                            Going through an advertisement for tower fixation on land. I call on the given numbers they told me to deposited the sum of Rs.4150/- in the A/c of Mr. saheb ali [protected] state bank of india, which we deposited on Dt. 16.10.10, than after they call me back and told that we send you a letter by post. A letter received Dt:[protected] an Agreement Letter in which they are asking us to deposit a sum of Rs.41000/- under Telecom Act, 1972, and for more details contact on the Mob. No[protected] they provided than after I call them back and they again told me to to Deposit in the A/c of Muslimuddin tax [protected] State Bank of India Amt. Rs. 41000/- deposited on Dt. 10.11.10. But after three or four days the all mobile nos. were switch off. I find the address on the Internet B-19, Sec - 9, 2nd floor, Lucknow, UP, which is given in letter, but the address is wrong.                             Virgin Mobile Company — Payment Made Handset Not Delivered

                            My name is Ankit Malhotra. I was approached by Virgin Mobile company personnels to buy their product.
                            I was given the offer that the call rate will be 50P local 50P STD Virgin to Virgin Free & 5P you will receive on incomming. But later when the sets were purchased I came to know that the call rate is Local 50P STD Re1.5 & Virgin to Virgin is 10P.
                            I was also committed that whatever number you will choose the company will provide you with that. Nothing happened.
                            I paid them for three handsets, One for Rs.2400, another for Rs.2800 & the last for Rs.4700
                            I received only one handset and the one which was for Rs.4700 I never received.
                            Aftet a while I came to know that the real price of that handset is Rs.4250.
                            I made many calls to the company & their executives but no one responded.

                            Its been a month now and no one is making any effort to do justice with me.

                            What should I do ?

                            I have ordered an I phone from virgin mobile store uk by seeing there add in quickr.com. They have quoted the price of the phone as 25500/-rs including all the charges from shipment to clearance to delivery to home.but later they continusly charged me with extra amount which comes to 11000,15000,12000 and 15000 which also includes the air ticket of there delivery agent to deliver the phone to my home address. They agreed to refund the amont to me but later on no action is being taken by them to return it!! As per there terms and conditions it was not my problem to pay for the air ticket. So I want to take strict action against them so that they don't fool people like this from now onwards and I want refund of the excess money borne by me.                               Dear sir, I am Vimal from Chennai. A week before i noticed a advertisement in thina thanthi paper regarding tower fixation for rent. So i called them to enquire about the details. They attended the call and told me to deposit the amount of Rs.5500 to their bank account and once the amount is credited they will send a letter which contains the rent details and they told that some people will visit the site and they will confirm it, whether they like the place or not. they told me that sure you can believe us. since they told like that, i believed them and credited the amount to their bank account. after crediting the amount they are not at all picking up my call, and the number is in switch off mode too.
                              but daily they are giving the same advertisement but with different numbers.

                              That lady name is Ramya. and the company name is CROMA TOWERS PVT.LTD and the account name is mohit kumar shakwat.

                                  I am a customer of VIRGIN MOBILE no. [protected]. Recharge of Rs. 19 was done on[protected]. Message for balance of Rs.17.23 was recieved from 58473 at 18:42 hrs on[protected]. Just after few minutes Rs.15 deducted from the balance, immediately I talked to Customer Care no.125555 and the person attended the call, introduced himself as Mr. Subash. He told me that MEDIA service on VBYTES was activated before few days. When I asked the detail, he changed his words and said RINGTONE is downloaded on[protected] at 18:40 hrs. He was totally wrong and no ringtone was downloaded. The diducted amount of Rs.15 must be added in my balance.

                                    I m Saaval Grover owner of a samsung mobile since last 10 months. i have facing a prob. using the phone its a samsung virgin phone. when i went to samsung service centre for the repairing the concerened person Mr. deepak says that sofware of the phone is duplicate . well this is not my fault about the software as i m using a brand name like samsung. he also says that i should contact the shopkeeper from whom i hav purchased the phone.he also says that there will be a charge of Rs. 800 my phone is in warranty period so i want my phone to be repaired . I also had a word with Mr. Satinder whose Mob. no. is [protected] he is also not able to sort my prob. I want to do the needful as soon as possible.

                                      I had seen an ad regarding mobile tower installation in new paper & call in this no. [protected], in which a female sapna sharma pickup the phone and tell me to deposit Rs. 4600/- in SBI A/c in A/C No. [protected] of Rofiqul Islam, Delhi, which I had deposited on 31/08/2010. After a week of deposit of amount Rs. 4600/- I received a letter from company in which they write the As per Telecom Act, 1972 you have to deposit Rs. 31,000/- as Govt. Tax. then after few days a call from Lucknow Office a call come from No. [protected], they say as soon as you deposit the tax of Rs. 31,000/- the tower will installed in your land/building. In this statement, I said to the calling person that I also work in Income Tax Department & know all the rules for depositing of tax & the Govt. Tax is deducted by you when u do the installation work & pay the advance payment to us, in which you can cut Rs. 31000/- as TDS (Tax Deduction at Source) & deposit it to the Govt. A/c. In which they tell me that this is not the Tax but this is amount for taking permission by the govt. for installation of tower in your land/building & pass the file by the govt. Now, till date no call come 's to me for deposit of Rs. 31,000/- & all the mobile no.'s by which the call's me are all switch off.
                                      After that I search about the company in Internet & found many fraud cases done by this company.
                                      My only request is that please provide our Rs. 4600/- from the fraud company & ban the company like this, so that in feature they can't be able to make fraud other peoples. A list of fraud case's & Address's of Virgin Mobile company are also mention with the file attached.

                                        2 months back i have purchased one V Flash (Instrument) Data card for using internet services of Virgin mobile. I placed an order online and their sales executive came to my office and delivered me the card with all required formalities. for ID proof i have given my passport copy and for address proof i have given bank passbook photocopy and i am working for the same bank. They immediatly started my postpaid connection and i was using it normally.. suddenly one day it was stopped working, i thought it may be some network problem but my service was stopped by them because of document missing or related some issue.. i tried to contact them but their customer care no.[protected] never works. I called on different no. but they told we don't have any information. Then 1 day they called and told u have to submit your document in Bandra , The Mobile Store and they gave address also. i went and submitted the documents but still it did not start working. i again tried to contact them but failed to do so. Then i called on customer care of virgin Mobile rather than of V Flash data card, they told me you go to borivili east and there is one shop "ONE MOBILE", Shop No. 7 in some appartment. I went there and asked abt this issue and they told we don't even have any brand like virgin and you are talking about to give details.

                                        This whole issue took 2 months. I am a working proffessional and not get time to take any action on these issue but when i got this much dissatisfaction with a brand like virgin to whom i am brand loyal, i am forced to complained.

                                        I had purchased that instrument of Rs.2300 and that instrument is useless for me now.

                                        please take this complaint as serious as you can because i don't know how many people like me have also faced this problem

                                        yes, you are right recently only i recharged my virgin number with 44rs gprs pack, and i recieved that sms mid night, that rec for rs 44 with 2 gb free access, and get add tt of rs 20, and i did that recharge the next day, but i did'nt recieve tt till now, and also called cc so many times, but giving different responses, but still tt not added, and in addition unable to browse gprs, finally i trashed that sim so guys please please do get virgin, and even tatadocomo number, which is totally useless and waste of money.
                                        I have same problem with virgin data card. has your problem solved??

                                        they are forcing me to pay by calls from polish & advocates.
