Sir,
I am using Virgin sim. Mobile no.is [protected]. I made a Special Terrif Voucher(STV) recharge of rs.64 for availing the facility of free sms on 3rd April 2013. After making the recharge i got a message saying "Hi! STV Recharge Successful. MRP Rs.64, Validity:30 days, 100 SMS/day Tranc ID: [protected]".
I still don't have access to this free sms facility. I made a phone to it's costumer care on 4th april. They told me to wait for 8 hours. After waiting the sms didn't get free, i phoned them again. They again assured me that i will get access of free sms facility after another 8 hours. Five days are passed but i still don't get my problem solved.

    i recently recharged my mobile with 17 as it is a message offer having 600 sms valid for 15 days.
    after i recharging i got 300 sms only and it expired within 8 days.for this i called customer care executive,their response is like they dont care about the customers and they are telling that there is no such offer.they are not listening that i get recharged and got transaction id[protected] and vpb no[protected].this kind of happened to me several times
    Actually i dont have bother about it but they are not just lazy they are cheating us.they not even taking my complaint.
    this kind of happened to me several times with virgin gsm,

    ONLY my balance comes under RS.40 rupee.

      Dear sir,
      I'm Navin My *Virgin Mobile GSM* no. is *[protected]*,

      I was set a collartune on my mobile *[protected]* in 1st week of february2013 for three months collartunes. And i was charged RS 60 /- for it and i set my tune song as "Hasratein bar bar" from movie "murder3" its ok. but after 1march2013 i noticed that it was automatically changed to another song "hukka bar" which i dont know how it changed but i am conform it was not from my side. so i called in care no on 121 no 2 or 3 times. they replied me it was changed from my side, while its totaly wrong. fine it also ok but i sad i want to change this tune i dont like. and given my choice song and they said i am changing your tune you have to wait 4 hour . but no one can do it i waited 3day sir but it was not changed. then i activeted a song "Dil ko aaya sukun" movie "Rangrezz" through sending a sms on "5868699" was changed on 8th of march2013 and i recieved a conformation messege . i wait 4hrs but it was singing only with company tunes not my choice song. again i contact in care 121 i have talked with 4 officers and two sinior officer one sinior officer name was sachin he said. all said me you have to wait 4 hrs. it means i wait almost 28 hours now but till now noone haelped me. then i decided to mail on this id.
      its my humble request please help me sir.

Since 6 weeks I don't use my internet connection . Though it will be expiry on April . I call customer care but they gave me some technical excuses.

            If they had to charge me then y do i activate my sms pack. I pay for sms pack & even i have to pay to send sms above 100. Then what is benefit for me to activate sms pack.
            So kindly look in this method & do the need full as fast as possible....

              i had purchased a virgin mobile sim card around 2 years ago (no. is [protected]). Last month my cell phone got stolen and i went to the virgin mobile store in Fort to get a new sim card with the same no.
              First of all i called the customer care no.[protected] and they did not know where their service centre was. So i had to go to four different service centres before finally going to Fort. On reaching there i realised the sim card was registered on some random person's name. having submitted all the documents and a photograph our documents were nowhere to be seen.
              I have the sim card kit with me and so on that basis they issued me with a sim of the same no. Again i submitted a new set of documents.
              2 days later my sim was blocked and again i had to go to their centre in fort. They are saying my verification failed, so again i submitted a fresh set of documents, filled another form and the lady there told me it would start working in three days.
              It has been more than 2 weeks now, my sim is still blocked and they are saying it's not their fault.
              I asked them to return my documents since they are not doing anything anyway but that too have not been returned.
              On top of that they are arguing with us and trying to prove its not their fault.
              i would like all my documents back and atleast some compensation for all the times i had to go and fight just for a sim card.

                Sir, I have purchased Vargin Mobile siim no -[protected] in Aug 2012. During sim purchase it was commited by sim seller that 500 mb monthly data will free for one year. but after one month (Sept). It becomes 100 mb. After that no data found for month October. I have called Virgin mobile customer care but they are misguiding me and not giving correct information. Somebody says that i will send information to seniors,and u will get data within 24 hrs, somebody says that this facility (free data) is not available in this sim scheme. But what is currect I could not know.Virgin mobile is giving fake and false information to the customer for selling sim. So I request you to file a complaint against Virgin mobile and do the needfull.

                    My VFlash device ([protected]) is not working for over 5 weeks and inspite of repeated calls and reminders no one has responded to it till now. I received a mail saying there would be some action taken and customer service guys telling me that work is ongoing. But one of the managers took my details to send his technician to collect the device about 10 days back and till date no one has either come to me or called me after that. Pathetic service.

                    I have long email conversations with Virgin which I am now planning to take up with the Consumer Court. This is the 4th time in the succession that Virgin is giving such issues. Earlier Virgin had taken more than 2 months to resolve my issue.

                    Pathetic service from Virgin Vflash. They should be shut down. Moreover, they have sent their monthly bill now.

                      I requested to unsubscribe a service "V-flirt" from my number on 7th July 2012 through a mail and operator from Virgin mobile assured me that, the service "V-flirt" has been deactivated successfully from my number, but on 5th Aug 2012 a received a message from virgin saying "aapki V-flirt id hai........." and deducted a sum of Rs. 30/- from my balance, when I asked them about the concerned matter operator from Virgin mobile asked for some time to look upon the problem and then they sent a mail saying that they have charged correctly and again assured me that they unsubscribed the service already, but again on 1st Sep 2012 I received sms from Virgin Mobile saying "your service will be renewed on 4th Sep 2012" to which I sent a e-mail to virgin mobile asking to deactivate this service but they did not replied me in 2 days, so I called on customer care(on 3rd Sep 2012) asking to deactivate the service and they told me the service has been deactivated and I will not be charged for the service again, but on that very night I was charged for this service, so I called to customer care next day(i.e 4th Sep 2012) asking for explanation, to which they told me that service has been deactivated and I will get a confirmation message about deactivated service but no message was sent by them, so I again called customer care today(i.e 5th Sep 2012) and customer care again told me that service is unsubscribed and I will get a confirmation message, but till now I have not received any message from the company. Now I'm scared that I will be charged again on 9th Sept 2012 because the service was activated upto 9th Sept 2012 on 4th Sep 2012. Till now I been charged a total sum of Rs. 35/- unfairly, as they already assured me about the deactivated service. I have attached a file of email conversation between me and Virgin mobile operator.
                      So I appeal to deactivate this service as soon soon as possible, reimburse Rs. 35/- in my main balance and please not to bother me about this service again and no wrong deductions in future. Please !

                      I would like to draw your attention that I had done re-charge of Rs.51 thru online net banking the payment has been process but not received re-charge sms updated. The same thing I had for 2nd instance same things happened.

                      Had tried to call virgin customer care but the call is not routed to customer care executive. Kindly help in this matter urgently.

                      i have a problem of daily money deduction. I used to call customer care(198) 5 to 6 times in a day.
                      they says that i have subscribed any wwe. something.. and when i ask them to unsubscribe that they said ok it ll be done. dont worry! but same thing happen next day. again money deduction again calls. just fed up...

                        Hi.this is virgin cdma customer .As per TRAI the maximum sms per day is limited to 200.And then the virgin cdma has taken off it's message offers for A.P customers and they didn't introduce any message offers till today i.e 7/6/2012 .And whenever i call customer are they were sayings me that,"TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT PEOPLE IS WORKING ON THAT AND THEY WILL RESOLVE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE"But till this day they didn't introduce any message offers Not only message offers no other offers is also introduced.SO i want the concerned authorities to take the concerned actions regarding this.
                        this is how the virgin Mobile cdma cheats it's customer.

                          I had received an inhuman behavior from the virgin mobile customer care. I have sufficient proof for that. I have called five times. But there is no solution. In fact I have received a sms from their services that suggests clearly that Rs-11/- has been deducted due to activation of astrology pack. But the representative said that there was not such updates in their records.. one of them is Monojit Kr. Dawn. This is not the last they did not know the manners that how to behave with the customers. Some of them disconnect the line directly and did something for that I couldn’t call to them for that entire day.. Please verify clearly the matter within a few days.

                              I wanted to purchase an Iphone(27,500 Rs) from online through Quickr website. They informed to pay 50%, and remaining on delivery.

                              But they cheated me, and took 81,500 Rs and have not delivered the phone still.

                              I had already talked with virgin's CCE for this issue that virgin's sales person said to me that I can try it free for one month if with in one month I face any problem then I can return it & he will give back my money.

                              when I face problem with in month I call him he told me he will come to me then he never pick my call. I talked with your CCE he said that he has left jobs.

                                this is rajendra panth, mob no [protected] from shamshabad vidisha. i bought a new vergin sim yesterday. connected it with a data card to my pc. Every thing seems fine and internet is connected but no sites are gettiing connected at all i.e. google etc. i talked with cut care 3 times with three different people all of them had different views. no one could resolve my prob. though i had been using vodafone sim in the same pc happily till yesterday. most irritating thing is what the cust care people do, they use to black list some numbers with such complaints so that the customer cannot call in 24 hours twice or thrise. Again today i tried to call cust care several times but no response at all. finally i recharged my vodafone sim and i am currently using it.

                                I have purchased virgin connection before two weeks ago then it was working but now i opened my no. but now when i try to use that no it shows its not in service even i am not able to call customer care i dont understand how does it possible i have submitted all the formalities 2 times bcoz once it was lost by your retailer then i resubmitted it and now again same problem what is your problem are you not able to manage your customers documents.                                 Whenever a single SMS is sent for KBC Rs.3.00 should normally be deducted, however Rs.6.00 is being deducted each time an SMS is being sent. Why am I being charged double? I have Samsung C3010S handset and Virgin SIM.

                                  I am a customer of VIRGIN MOBILE no. [protected]. My amount of Rs 45.00 deducted from my balance, immediately I talked to Customer Care no.121and the person attended the call, introduced himself as Mr. Umar . He told me that Ring tone (Song) service was activated at night ( date 14 April 2012). When I asked the detail, he tole me that he can not any help for me , so I ask nodal officer number and say him to want the talk to nodal officer . He did not reply me and break the call.. So you are requested to please check the detail and credit my amount as 45/- Rs. I will remain ever grateful to you

                                    My name is Amit Jasani and I am leaving in rajkot.
                                    I am using Virgin CDMA Prepaid connection.
                                    My Number is [protected].
                                    I'm using this number from 2 years. but from yesterday my number doesn't works.
                                    i was wondering because, i made recharge of 100 rs. at 4.47 pm and i get credited balance is 87/-
                                    I'm continuous using number and even i don't have second number. This is my Primary number.
                                    I was walking in to customer service but they are said that the number is incorrect because, it's unused number...
                                    it's doesn't make any sense..because i cont. using number from 2 years...
                                    the company can check my record i mean number of outgoing calls, incoming calls, receiving messages.
                                    from the recently activities i get balance from [protected] id.
                                    my recent call list from dial, receive, misscalled..
                                    [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
                                    [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]
                                    and company said.. the number is in unused...
                                    I'm doing business of foundry material trading and my business depends on my cell phone...

                                    Now, i only need that, my number will working as usually and i want to my balance of 85 back...

                                      My Mobile no is [protected].I have recharged the internet pack of virgin mobile last week.But when I try to open internet from my mobile an error message has been showed "Connecting Failed".Samely when I try to open in laptop via mobile the error message "Authorization failed" has been shown.So I cant use internet from last week.When I call customer care they advised to open internet after 3-4 hours but after the time the result is same.Please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I'm a VIRGIN MOBILE user. I want to port my service provider from virgin to some other service provider, but when I send the text PORT 8792XXXXX to 1900 I get no reply. I contacted my service provider they said it is not in our hands but in TRAI. They said me to wait for 24hours first, then 48hours and its been more than 4days now. I still didn't get my porting code. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. Jai Hind!
