I am using Virgin sim. Mobile no.is [protected]. I made a Special Terrif Voucher(STV) recharge of rs.64 for availing the facility of free sms on 3rd April 2013. Sms Not Sending

My phone number is [protected]. My sms pack is activated & if i send more then 100 sms a day they charge me for above sms i send.
If they had to charge me then y do i activate my sms pack. I pay for sms pack & even i have to pay to send sms above 100. Then what is benefit for me to activate sms pack.
So kindly look in this method & do the need full as fast as possible....

Device not working for 4 over weeks. Customer Service Not responding.
