[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile Tower Company — Money fraud case.....no work done

Tata Indicom/Rana Telecom — Non-acknowledgement of the money Paid

On 24th of June 2009 I paid an executive of Rana telecom- a distributor of TATA Indicom located at B-5, 515 Sec-16 Rohini, Delhi110085, a sum of Rs. 599(of which 500 is the security deposit and Rs. 99 is the processing fees) for converting my prepaid no. to postpaid no.. We were told that some executive will visit us in next two or three days for verification of the details and then our connection will be activated within another 2 or 3 hours.But since then nobody has come and we have tried innumerous times to contact the concerned agency for which the number wa given as: [protected].
But to no avail, everytime we were told that we will soon try to contact you, but nothing happened.
15 days have passed since then, and now we think that the agency is some fraud agency because even the numbers printed on the cash receipt were also not correct.

Please guide us in this regard.

I purchased the above set bearing no A1000006C84509 ON 30.06.2009 FROM M/S GUPTA COMMUNICATION, DEHRADUN. MY ABOVE SET WAS DEPOSITED AT YOUR SERVICE CENTRE WITH OFF/ON PROBLEM ON 21.11.2009. DESPITE OF MY BEST EFFORTS I COULD NOT ABLE TO GET MY ABOVE HANDSET DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF SPARE PARTS. THE ATTITUDE OF THE SERVICE CENTRE EMPLOYEE IS VERY RUDE. THIS BEHAVIOR OF YOUR EMPLOYEE MAY DESTRUCT THE IMAGE OF YOUR COMPANY. THE AREA SERVICE MANAGER HAVING CONTACT NO [protected] CONTACT SO MANY TIMES. ALL THE TIME HE PROMISED TO ME THAT I WILL CALL BACK BUT HE NEVER TURNED UP. THIS ATTITUDE GIVES ME UNWANTED MENTAL AGONY AND UNNECESSARY HARASSMENT. I REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IMMEDIATELY.

be aware of mr purushotam bharadwaj, gaurav, manish, asif mulla. these guys are frauds. they dont have office but they presume to deal with billon dollar billing BPO and call center process. these guys operate from bangalore.

I call on the given numbers they told me to deposited the sum of Rs.4600/- in the A/c of Mr. Raj Singh [protected] Punjab National Bank, which we deposited on Dt. 02.03.10, than after they call me back and told that we send you a letter by post. A letter received Dt:[protected] an Agreement Letter in which they are asking us to deposit a sum of Rs.15000/- under Telecom Act, 1972, and for more details contact on the Mob. No.[protected] they provided than after I call them back and they again told me to to Deposit in the A/c of Rakesh Kumar [protected] State Bank of India Amt. Rs. 9000/- deposited on Dt. 11.03.10. But after three or four days the all mobile nos. were switch off. I find the address on the Internet B-19, Sec - 9, 2nd floor, Lucknow, UP, which is given in letter, but the address is wrong. virgin — Talk Time not Received yet from before 1 day evening.

I have e-recharged 2 Virgin nos. with 100 rs. each, from a shopkeeper, in the market (called perhaps 'Gol Market') near Karol bagh Metro Station.

But till now i didn't received any talktime related with 100 rs. e-recharge coupan.

Now i need a perfect solution, either getting accurate talktime value OR money refund of 200 rs.

I am awaiting a proper response very soon.
