[Resolved] Vodafone — 3g and 2g | |||
I bought a smartphone recently and I inserted my sim. 2G immediately became active and it started consuming my recharge. Soon I looked for 3g internet plan and did a online recharge for 251 rupees 1GB plan and got a message that 3G will be active in 24 hrs. Since my talktime also was consumed, i did a 4 rupees recharge for 2g/1 day. This seems to have caused 3G to deactivate and contacted customer care several times only to tell me that it's impossible to encash or even enable 1GB of data into my account because of forementioned activity. This is a total rip off from Vodafone. I will move to airtel or someother carrier.. Vodafone never in my life.. Was this information helpful? | |||
