i took a sim fro vodafone on[protected]. i have already submitted the all required documents. why from my sim all local,std &isd calls barred. my mobile no.is[protected]
pls reply me as early as possible.

i m an vodafone west bengal customer.my no is [protected].i lost my original sim and then availed a new replacement sim card with the same number.now i dont know how my gprs is active and money being deducted abruftly.sometimes ioo/ sometimes 25/.anyways i cant understand y my outgoing calls r barred.it says sarvice not available.other sim r working.i called customer care go to manual,select vodafone,itried that several times still no gain.thank god my incoming is all right.can u plz cancel this bloody gprs or mms whatever it is.plz do something or i throw away this sim card.

Vodafone — barred out going calls

Hi, I m Bhawana Mehta. I bought a vodafone sim card before 1 & 1/2 month ago from a retailer he allotted me mobile no. [protected], that time I got a sim and provide all relating documents to shopkeeper. But after 3-4 days my sim was completely blocked. I went to shopkeeper and told him about the sim card. He sent me vodafone store at Ansal plaza. I went there and told my problem than they told me we did not received any document that’s why your sim is blocked, pls submitted your document for further assistant. I resubmitted my all document which they required. But now from 3 week they barred my outgoing calls. Several time I told my problem to vodafone customer care but no action has taken from your side.
Pls solv my problem as soon as possible and take it on top most priority.

Vodafone — Barring of outgoing calls

Dear Sir / Madam

I am one of the customer of Vodafone. I got the new number on 11-05-08 & submitted the relevant documents to my operator. On the 15-05-08 i got a SMS from vodafone that my documents has been lost & therefore i have to again submitted the relevant documents within 24 hours. Due to non-submission of documents within the prescribed time limits my outgoing calls been closed / barred. On the 16-05-08 my outgoing calls has been barred by the vodafone. On the 16-05-08 i have submitted the relevant documents to my operator & my operator has assured me that my number will be working on monday[protected]. But i sorry to say that my outgoing calls has been still barred today[protected]. I have suffered a lot of problems. My number is [protected]. I request Vodafone customer care to open my outgoing calls as soon as possible. Your service in this regard is highly appreciated

Very Bad Service I have ever seen.

My calls barred from last 4 days without any information, so see what a great service Vodafone provide.

Hence, I request you to look into the matter on priority and instruct the concerned executive to clear my connection (barring/outgoing) without any further delay.

I m on roaming to pune from lucknow. My outgoing is blocked. Though i m having sufficient balance in my account. Incoming calls are ok. There is no response when i try to call. I have complained to pune customer care but got no help. Please look into the matter.

Vodafone — OUTGOING CALL BARRING

I have taken a Vodafone connection no.[protected] from Mr. Naved-[protected], M/s. Raja Communications, H-94, Sector-23, Sanjay Nagar, Ghaziabad near about 4 months ago. At the time of connection, I have furnished all the relevant documents (like ICICI Bank statement & PAN card photocopy), as told by the above Shop Keeper authorized by you for the distribution of SIM.

After 2-4 days, I received one call from your Customer Care that the documents furnished by me have not received by them so far. I then approached the shop keeper and he told that all the documents had been sent to the Vodafone office and there will not be any problem in your connection.

Now, my connection got “barred” and no out-going it possible from this connection. Upon approaching the shop-keeper, he tells Vodafone used to review the documents once in 6 months and may be possible that the documents then furnished should not be valid now.

I am astonished to say that the Customer Care no.111 / [protected] not entertaining at any time as yours is 24x7 customer care. I have tried 5 to 6 times yesterday and spent Rs.50/- from my pocket. It is your fault to appoint such a distributor for your SIM, who have no knowledge about what to receive and what not to be.

If the documents are not sufficient to give the connection, it is crystal clear that it is the fault of said Shop Keeper and not mine. Any action to be taken in this regard must be in favour of the Shop Keeper.

Hence, I request you to look into the matter on priority and instruct the concerned executive to clear my connection (barring/outgoing) without any further delay.

If could not hear anything from your side within 24 hours, there would have to approach the local legal authority to get the matter solved immediately.

I have purchased a Vodaphone mobile connection on 15.11.2008. I have subbmitted all required document. Line was also live. Two days before shopkeeper in Jugsalai (Jamshedpur) call me that my paper is returned from Ranchi (Hd Office) because he forget to get my signature in Form at two places. From yesterday, my ourgoing call is restricted by Vodaphone authority.

I am requesting you to please resume my Mobile line. From beginning this type of mishap give wrong message amongst the new customers.

Vodafone — Barring of incoming and outgoing calls

Dear sir,

This is bring in your notice, that I bought Vodafone Prepaid Sim Card from one of your authorized dealers, on Sankat Mochan Marg ( VARANASI, U.P.)

I Completed all formalities. Given Address proof, I D proof, filled form with photograph attached and singed.

My Sim card worked for 10 days. Now all out going/incoming calls are barred. One dialing any no opretor tells me that since i have not submitted address proof.

Right now i am in lucknow and distributed this no to many people, who are not able to contact me.

Since I have submitted all relevent documents to dealer authorised by vodafone company, this is sheer negligence on their part.

Also Custmer care exicutive is not approchabel on phone. I am asked for phone no and after providing it, recorded message is repeted that pls provide address proof to vodafone.

This has created a lot of difficulty for me as it is fault on their, my should be activated with immidiat effect and suitable compensation should be provided.

this is devi varaprasad, a prepaid customer of vodafone my mobile no is [protected], i taken this no in 16th April, in 25th april i received one message, your out going calls are barred due to non submission of id proof, but i submitted 16th itself, dealer asked me to submit again so i submitted again and waited for 2 days. but i didn't get the connection, i called customer care, they refused to take the complaint, they told me to submit documents in vodafone office, i submitted in vellachery branch in april 28th evening, they told me, it will activate with in hour, but did not provide the service so again went to office in 29th morning for enquiery purpose, they simply telling we will activate soon, but stll they did not activate my service, iam preparing for the interviews due to this iam suffering lot, so i kindly request you to take necessary action against them.

Vodafone — My Out Going Calls Barred

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am The Post Paid customer of Vodaone No [protected], w.e.f. 05 Jan 2009, holding life time post paid plan.
As per the 28 th Apr Bill Statement, I have to pay Rs. 384.12/- due on 16 May 2009.
On 30 Apr 09 all of sudden my out going call and Customer care was barred. I was surprise to know that my unbill amout became Rs. 1323.20 in one day. Every month my uses are between Rs. 500- 600/-. My credit limit is Rs.900/-. It is not understood to me that How can I, make a call for Rs. 1323/- in a day, and if by mistake it was happen by me how the amount reached beyond credit limit.
After contacting to customer care through my friend's Mobile they also could not give any reasonable responce, one thing they were repeatedly telling that I have to wait till 28th May 09, i.e. bill generation date.
Sir, I am very much disturbed, I am marginally salarried person. Maximun time I stay out of the home town. Mobile is very much essential for me to be in touch with my family members and others essential persons.
I am sure that you could have under stood my problem, and definnetly you will give me an amiacable solution at the earliest.
