[Resolved]  Vodafone — outgoing calls barred

i took a sim fro vodafone on[protected]. i have already submitted the all required documents. why from my sim all local,std &isd calls barred. my mobile no.is[protected]
pls reply me as early as possible.

For the below mentioned vodofone moblie number

outgoing calls are barred becuase of some data mismatch. I got a call from vodafone care on Sat 09/01/2010 saying that there is a data mismatch of proofs, please resubmit the proofs once again. I have done the same on that very day. But on Tue 12/01/2010 my outgoing salls were barred, I called customer care regarding the same, they replied back saying the documents are yet to recieve. Then I went to Vodofone Store with the issue, they said that it will be done by end of the day, on that day it didn't happen, the resons given was due to some techinical problems we were not able to process the data. We'll do that tomorow. But still on Wed 13/01/2010 the action was not taken by Vodafone Store person same resons were given to me that due to techinical problems we were not able to process the data. When I called customer care regarding were I can complaint regarding this issue they denied to help and were not ready to give any further information.This was complete non cooperation from there side. I have submitted the proofs which they asked me tosubmit on that very day but they were not able to process the request from there side.

Vodafone — Call barring and poor customer care

I have a prepaid connection from vodafone. All calls are being barred starting from 19 Feb 10 morning. I called the customer care of Punjab [protected] twice to find the reason for the same. The response was absolutely uncalled for and the call cut on its own. The reason for the call barring is not understood and the poor response of the customer care is also not acceptable.

i request i have a vodafone post paid connection that no. is [protected]. i have already paid the bill but the company stop my all services bcoz a reference of my no. [protected] had been not paid his own bill that amount is 3900.00 approx but that maximum credit limit is Rs. 2000.00 then how is that amount is possible for the credit limit. & when that person is not paid his bill thou the company is stop my no. [protected] i have many complents to company but his excutive had pressured to deposite that bill i say him i say that person but he say how the cross my limit i paid my creidt limit amt. Rs. 2000.00 but not paid Rs. 3900.00 approx. i have that dispute many loss in my job that time is closing month of the financial year[protected] i am an accountant in P.G. college so i have loss my humanity so please help for open my no. otherwise i dont paid the bill & that all responsibility to vodafone company the comapny loss me more types

Despite submission of papers ID proof and Address proof at Mulund Vodafone gallery on 10.09.10. Vodafone has barred my outgoing calls on[protected].

I had sent several emails to them, but is of no use.

Today surprisingly when I called up theie customer care[protected] they have asked me to resubmit the same.

Pl. look into the matter.

I am 6 ears old customer for vodaphone. I have submitted my verification documents couple of times, initally they rejected the document saying some information is missing. And second time it has already been a week that I have submitted all my document and they have not activated my outgoing. Saying it will be done tommorow, whenever I use to call their customer care. I even have logged a complain ([protected]) which initally they were hesitated to do, god knows why!!! And they were always asking me to wait. Many times I tried to ask hem the escalation point of contact, but they are unwilling to provide the same :( Service is becoming worst as I think they have stopped bothering about for each and every customer. Think they already have too many cusomers, so it doesn't affects if someone stop using there service. Feeling helpless and very sad for a company whoes logo is "We are happy to help".

An overview of the problem:

Last week
- Noticed that my Caller ID service was deactivated
- Got to know that is was due to document verification process
(I'm pretty sure they lost their customer data and now look to cause inconvenience to customers)

This week
- On the 20th of this month, I submit all the necessary documents, which were then approved by a customer rep.
- Was informed that the Caller ID feature will be activated within 48 hours, after the processing is complete.

Today
- It's the 23rd and I find that my outgoing calls have been barred as well. No reason, no updates, nothing whatsoever!

You'll be pleased to know that:
-The Vodafone toll free numbers are a joke, as one simply doesn't get through to a representative!
-On 22nd I had sent an email to the Chennai office and the central address (complaints form), no response till date!

As a Vodafone customer for over 5years, I find this absolutely pathetic! I'm almost ready to change my mobile connection, but that's not an easy task.

Hi,

I have submitted my documents related to Photo ID, Address Verification and photo at the Kukatpally Store in Hyderabad city on 10th of this month.

But from the last 4 days I am not able to call from my phone as the Outgoing calls have been barred.

I have already raised complaint 3 times and at last they say that the Vodafone Central office has not received the documents and I need to check with the Store about it.

I dont understand why I should go there and confirm that whether I have submitted my documents or not; even though I have the Receipt number.

I am providing the details and ask you to close this issue as soon as possible without me visiting the Store.

Idea — Reg Closing of outgoing even after submission of valid documents

Reg Closing of outgoing even after submission of valid documents .I am talking about Prepaid Ph no. [protected].They ask us to deposit the valid documents and we submit all required 10-15 days back in the office for which they also tell us an scheme of 20-30 TT.But again they are sending the same messages that submit your documents . Even now again they stop our Outgoing calls again.Kindly look into the matter. It is too much. My application no is[protected] along with which i submit my documents. Kindly Check it and start my phone as early as possible. This is the height of harassment.we can't spare our valuable time for visiting your offices again and again.Kovid Sharma

This is the worst service I have ever received, Idea, Airtel and Tata Docomo; I have used them all and not got such a treatment as Vodafone did to me. Even after submission of the documents my out going calls have been barred and the customer care says I need to once again submit the documents...I dont understand why to do it when once I have done it. I think I will have to go to their store and break some glasses, then they may understand my problem. Called several times to the customer care, once they placed me on hold for 16 minutes... do I recharge my phone to talk to their foolish customer care executives?????

Vodafone — call barred although making full payment

i had a very bad experience with vodafone although i have done full payment of my bill, still after 6 hrs i m unable to make a call. i have hard tried customer care no. 111 & [protected] but could'nt talk customer. care. customer care executive also does not pick the call and call disconnected.i have done Rs2544.00 cash payement while i did not recieved my bill copy.I want change my service provider really i am not
happy with vodafone service.

Vodafone — OUT GOING CALL BARRED

My Out going call has been disconnected though i make my payment before due date.

After talking to the Call center executive MR Mehfooz who was not able to address my query properly he told me that i have made a usage of 3600 amount it has crossed my credit limit.Without my consultation how vodafone can disconnect my line.before disconnecting my line vodafone may have requested me shall they can disconnect my line. How can vodafone disconnect the line before due date if the customer is making his payments on time though he is crossing his credit limit. How one can trust such service. I have already missed making some important phone calls during market hours for which i had a loss Do vodafone will give me compensation for this. Neither i have received any Post Paid bill through email or through courier. The call center employee told me that you need to make 80% of payment to continue the services i asked him for bill he told me that it will be generated on 24 april 11. If i dont bill then for what i am supposet to make payment ? I find something fishy.

I requested for number portability on 29th may 2012 n i submitted all the required docs at that time only..on 6th of june i got msg from vodafone that my request is done n i got vodafone nw...now on 9th june i got msg that i have to submit docs otherwise my outgoing will be barred...i called customer care they said we didt recieve ur docs plz go to that store where u submitted ur docs and request them to forward ur docs..my 1st question is " is it my responsiblity to remind vodafone people that plz forward my docs?"

still i did that..those people said it will done till next day..means till 11th june...but its not done till now...so i went again on 14th june then that person said ur docs may be rejected i cant tell u the exact reason bcoz we dont have access to server u plz do 1 thing bring me 1 new set of docs n i will do that....so in the eve i went again with set of docs then he said no now its not required i talked to verfication deptt person n ur outgoing will start today or next morg i e 15th june but still my OG is barred n now my incoming is also barred and customer care people are saying they havenot received my docs....and the vodafone store person is saying he has submitted n it will start...but till now my services r barred...


Can u plz tell me wht to do now...i visited vodafone store 5 times but my prb is not solved yet...
