Vodafone service — callertune deactivation

i deactivated my caller tune past from 2 months but again & again they are charging and cutting rental charge every month. this is not fair we are applying for deactivation but again & again they are charging rental . It is so inconvenience to customers to make urgent calls

How can u ppl active a cllrtune wthout my request. plz deactivate it soon, my no:[protected]

I would like to stopped vodafone caller tunes from my mobile no [protected] immediately and i am unable to talk to anyone. and pls ensure that no any further deduction of any amount related to this callet tunes.pls confirm through sms in my mobile

It is in the interest of all that caller tune be provided to those who will opt for the same . It is indescent that the company will activate a ct without any request and any choice of the customer. It is the second time that my caller tune has been activated since two months without any request from my side and the rental is being deducted from my prepaid mobile no. [protected].
I would like to deactivate my caller tune with immediate effect and a confirmation from your side. Else, let me know why I should not go to consumer forum for an appropriate redressal?
