[Resolved]  Vodafone Bill Desk — Vodafone Billdesk Complaints - Fraudulent transaction from net banking to Vodafone billdesk

Sir,

I have noticed 15 fraudulent transactions to Vodafone billdesk on 22nd Sep 2010 .I contacted HDFC bank and lodge complaint on the fraudulent transactions.

I request you to investigate this matter and help me in getting the money back from Vodafone since I am not the customer of Vodafone.

I have recharged my prepaid mobile for Rs.555 from vodafone bill desk. CITIBANK deducted the amount from my credit card account but I did not get the talk time. Kindly do the needful.
