I have deposited all outstanding dues for Rs. 4037/- on 28/04/2009 as per ID No.[protected] for Rs. 3037/- and ID No.[protected] for Rs. 1000/-. Request surrender my phone No.[protected] forthwith. If any pament received from your airtel office I could not be paid.

Vodafone — number sarender

hi i have vodafone number [protected] which i can sarender in april 2010 in my nearest vodafone mini store and i pay the bill rs 550 (receipt no. is 217816) after that vodafone calls me in June and says my bill is still pending rs 600 i can also pay rs 600 (receipt no. is 3146_7) which is received by gurdeep a vodafone employee and he clear out me that i have not any pending bill after this payment after this vodafone again call me and said that my bill is still pending rs1350 .i can also visit the vodafone hub in civil lines in kanpur and tell my problem but i can not get any satisfied answer i still not know Wat can i do i am very disappoint with vodafone .

vodafone postpaid mobile. connection — anybody using mob,no, on my Id.

iused a vodafone no. [protected] till 13/09/2010 and after this i
surrendered the number company's store. but that no. is given to anybody
else on my id again without my permission. I complain to you for this on
dated 13/11/2010 & 22/11/2010. then in reply your company's R.M. called me &
said that [protected] & [protected] has been closed on 22/11/2010.
Still i am getting the bill of [protected] at my address while i am not using
this no. so now you have to reply for certain things listed below:-

1- who is using this no.?
2- if somebodyelse is using this no. then why i am getting the bills?
3- when i closed this no. then how anyone else can restart this no. without
my permission on my id?
4- is there any system or policy in your company for customers as i am not
getting any response or any kind of services from your mini stores. they are
not supportive as well as they are misbehaving with us.
