I would like to deactivate my vodafone postpaid connection because of the bad service from vodafone, Also iam trying to disconnect the services from past 1 week but there is no response from anywhere please do the needful ASAP

but they refuse to this copy as ID

I have surrendered my Vodafone postpaid no. [protected] by writing an application to Vodafone store, jalpaiguri. West Bengal.But, the attending personnel was neither willing to accept the dongle with SIM nor ready to give any receipt against my surrender. I have mailed to [protected]@vodafone reg this and i got reply to visit the mini store. I have visited the mini store regarding this and there is no response from them. Please de-activate this number as soon as possible.

Pls close my vodafone no [protected] as i don't required this number due to very high bills make by vodafone company (like first give free 8GB data offer for 3 months & after that suddenly added 499/- (taxes extra 18%) on last due to over data usage.

It is not good, its a type of cheating with customers.
