[Resolved] Vodafone — Vodafone worst service provider in Kisan Nagar Thane. | |
I, Anil Nevase is postpaid customer using Vodafone service([protected]) for last 2 and half year, now I facing a network problem, I called to customer center for 15 times . They are not responding properly. I think they have many customers in India so they don’t care about existing customer. Government must keep watch on these service providers. Hi Dear,
Instead of cribbing...I think you must note down who is speaking with you on call. Name, time, complaint type etc and then simply go and sue them.
Its simple...they will fetch you with a complaint number and the time duration in which it will be solved. If not done by that time...just give them a follow up call and after any failure you can simply sue them.

vodaphone customer service has gone SO downhill. its been the worst service i have EVER recieved...I am looking foward to the end of my contract, so that I can leave them.

I am S.M.Ingulkar working in private company having Samsung SGH-M200 with Airtel
Sim Card Number : [protected] (IMEI No : [protected] ). I Lost my mobile on 9/11/09
while travelling in the ST from Jejuri to Swargate, Pune. Immediately I complained at
near police station, Swargate.
I did not get a proper response from Service Provider, Please kindly help in this matter
because i have an important phone numbers and company data.
Please kindly help in this matter and report to me on this mobile : [protected].
