[Resolved] Vodafone — REG MISSED CALL ALERT COMPLAINT
Dear sir/ Madam,
In my mobile missed call alert was in activisation for past 8 months i have been charged 10 rupees every month . suddenly de activate that option in my mobile i rice the complaint to customer care .the exe told that problem cleared 48 hours .aft 48 hours they told again activate the missed call alert without any charge. but i have charged 30.again i inform to customer care they told that amount refunded .now it self no response fron our side .so kindly do the need ful in refunding that amount .
