[Resolved]  Vodafone — REG MISSED CALL ALERT COMPLAINT

Dear sir/ Madam,

In my mobile missed call alert was in activisation for past 8 months i have been charged 10 rupees every month . suddenly de activate that option in my mobile i rice the complaint to customer care .the exe told that problem cleared 48 hours .aft 48 hours they told again activate the missed call alert without any charge. but i have charged 30.again i inform to customer care they told that amount refunded .now it self no response fron our side .so kindly do the need ful in refunding that amount .

Vodafone complaint NO :[protected].

vodafone/prepaid — unnecessary call alerts by vodafone

Dear Sir/ Madam,


We have two vodafone prepaid nos. ([protected] & [protected]). Fist no using from last one month and second one is using from last one year. on daily basis we have received vodafone call alerts which distrub us time to time when we are busy in our job work and when on drive. This becoem irritate us.

You are requested kindly stop this unnecessary call alerts as soon as possible.

Vodafone — MISS CALL ALERTS

SIR, i have deactivated the mci alerts on 29 apr 09 and confirmation for the from the company has been recieved through sms on 29 apr but on 02 may the has been activated without my concorrence as i was not in favour of it so i have deactivated it n 29 apr and Rs 30 has been cut from my pre paid account then i call the customer care for the same problem but they attended it after i called them thrice and given a request no [protected] dt 03 mayand askedme do asms to144 t6o deactivate it, i did the same and got a sms that it will be finally deactivated from my no.and amount wil be returned . but again on 04 may the same was again activated on my no and Rs 30 was reduced fro my accountand there after they are no attending my calls even. sir pls hlep me to come out this promblem created by the company .my mobile no is [protected]

Vodafone/Prepaid Mobile — Actvation of service alerts

I haven't forwrded any service alerts to them but they use to activate and deduct balance, then it becomes our head ache to deactivate and file complaints to get back the deducte amount and they refund will take place in next 48 hrs, this has happening second time in this week 18 th & 22nd august 2009, and before this sometime 2 month back they did the same at that time I didnt notice their message and my balance was deducted and not paid back, kya vodafone walon ka time pass karne ke liye hum baithe hain woh salee service activate karenge aur hum deactivate karne ke liye unhe phone karen complaint karen,
I have to cancel callertune my no is: {[protected]} last time i recharged rs 30 and my balance was 1.rs
this is vinoth kumar and im using vodafone more 4 years but the past 8 months i didnt get proper network while im in my native. i think more then 20 times i compliant for this in the coustmer care but i didnt get any proper solution for it. while im in my native means i loss lot of calls even i cant send a msg. if i get any calls then i have to run out of my home and talk . is this proper service pl think of my position and recover my problem. my mobile no is[protected]...

I would like to have incoming call details for the month of August 2009 dated from 1st august 2009 to 31st august 2009. It is must to have this report, there are some misunderstading due to one miss call. That we want to verify it as soon as possible before it turn very serious matter.

Vodafone — Missed call Alerts are not Alerted

Dear Sir/Madam,

My Cell no is +91-[protected].i had activated missed call alerts on my cell before some days and i hasn`t recive the alerts for some days . i had turned off my cell for last two or three days and after that i had Started my cell i recived no any Message of the Alerts. Even number of callers are tried to me.

i shall be very thank ful to you for this act of Kindness.

Sir i received a msg frm vodafone on 29th may at 4:12:24 PM that ASTRO service
has been actvated on ur no-and Rs 30 deducted frm ur account .So many times
this happend to me but this time i realy astonished that i never apply for any alerts
on my no.when i got this msg i hve onlly 36Rs in my account i was in field and i
was 70 km far from city there is no mobile shop for mobile account recharge.
Sir i loss contact with my customer and i loose my deal also.Sir i m a insurance
agent and that deal was very important 4 me and now i m in very big loss.These
companies are hidden thieves .Sir kindly take a legal action on this company so that i
can fulfil my loss.
